Abstract: To meet the demands of data exchange and data sharing in informatization of transportation industry, and to eliminate of information islands, it analyzes the problems in construction of transportation informatization and presents cascade structure of data center in one province, designs general framework of provincial transportation data center aiming at industry management and business application in this paper. In this framework, it uses enterprise service bus (ESB) to realize the coordination in different industries and internal coordination in transport industry, and uses business intelligence (BI) to realize intelligent analysis in transportation industry, which provides reliable basic support for process integration and application.

Abstract: Pseudolites are ground-based transmitters that send global navigation satellite system like signals, such as GPS, GLONASS, or Galileo. As an independent system for indoor positioning, pseudolites technique can be explored for a wide range of positioning and navigation application where the signal of satellite GNSS can’t be received. However, with indoor environment, the positioning method of pseudolite navigation system is not entirely same as GNSS, and there are some challenging issues in research and system design. In this paper, a signal difference carrier phase measurement system with pseudolites is design. Furthermore, two major problems are studied that they are multipath error and linear errors.

Abstract: The improved advancing front method is proposed for quadrilateral grid automatic generation and used in multi-media and complex domain. Background grid does not need to be given first, multi-media complex domain is divided into several closed sub-domains, information of points and lines from these closed sub-domain boundary is automatically extracted from the AutoCAD model, the generation of internal node is controlled with mesh density parameters and topology relation of points and lines from the closed domain. Grid density is controlled by the global density parameter and the relative size of adjacent sub-domains. Mesh quality evaluation system and multiple refinement measures are used to improve grid quality. First, the whole domain is divided into triangle meshes, after optimizing these triangle meshes, quadrilateral elements are obtained by combining or dividing these triangle elements, good quadrilateral meshes are obtained by these optimization measures. Finally, a railway embankment example shows its feasibility and reliability.

Abstract: Cloud computing as a new business model that allows the user according to their needs using the resource pool which formed by data on a large number of computers. Hadoop, as the distributed software platform is the most widely use of cloud computing. It can run applications on the computer cluster which formed by a large number of low-cost hardware devices, and turn the calculation into data completely then deal with massive data. This article describes the basic framework of Hadoop and the advantages of dealing with massive data, the concept of cloud computing, and research of computing and storage model which base on Hadoop and cloud computing.

Abstract: For design of a class of stream cipher algorithm reconfigurable coprocessor, it is necessary to realize efficient and flexible distribution between the initial chaos source generator and nonlinear transformation unit. From the analysis, it can be seen that the data distribution should have any data extraction and repeatable permutation characteristics. In this paper, design of data distribution network’s main circuit based on Inverse Butterfly network and Crossbar network is presented. And an algorithm of control information generation is given. By analysis and comparison with other realization ways, this design can save 16% hardware resources.

Abstract: The important method of studying cipher coprocessor is focus on system architecture of processor in combination with reconfigurable design technique. How to improve performance of cipher coprocessor is important. Based on very long instruction word (VLIW) structure and reconfigurable design technique, specific instruction cipher coprocessor is designed. In this paper, the cipher coprocessor instruction level parallelism compilation technique is studied to enhance the cipher coprocessor performance by increasing the instruction level parallelism.

Abstract: To solve the problems that exist in present affine-invariant region detection and description methods, a new affine-invariant region detector and descriptor are proposed in this paper. First, affine-invariant regions in an image are detected using a connected-region based method. And then a vector composed of a group of affine invariant moments is adopted to descript the regions. Experiments show the effectiveness and robustness of the method. It is also very fast.

Abstract: Spherical Delaunay triangulation (SDT) which is a powerful tool to represent, organize and analyze spherical space data has become a focus of spherical GIS research. Projection stitching algorithm is one of the main construction algorithms of SDT. The basic idea of stitching algorithm is that the sphere is divided into two hemispheres to avoid projected image point coincidence. So, the practicality of projection stitching algorithm is lower because of merging two hemispheres. Aimed at the disadvantage of projection stitching algorithm, this paper puts forward a new algorithm to construct SDT used perspective projection principle. The projection center is placed on sphere to establish one-to-one mapping between spherical space points and plane image points. Experiment shows that the time complexity of our algorithm depends on Delaunay triangulation construction algorithm of the plane.

Abstract: Fuzzy AHP Method is applicable to estimate ergonomics of mobile maintenance shelter. Workload, usability and user questionnaire grade are selected to constitute alternative set. Comparison matrixes are constituted by pair-wise comparison according to Saaty1-9 scales. The relative weights between alternatives are determined by calculating the eigenvectors of comparison matrixes. Then fuzzy evaluation of every stage is carried out. According to maximum membership degree principle, the ergonomics evaluation grade is determined.

Abstract: An LCF style tactic can be used to verify that the conclusion is a logical consequence of the premises, however, in mathematical practice, we often construct a conclusion in a proof step. This paper proposes a calculational style of tactic, and illustrates the characteristic and the realization issues of the tactics on the top of a theorem prover.
