Abstract: With the Fast Development of Economy, Urban Transportation Problems, such as Traffic Congestion, Energy Consumption and Pollution Emission, is Becoming more and more Serious. to Deal with this, Low-Carbon and Ecological Become Significant for Urban Development, and they are the Evaluation Criterions for Urban Transportation Development. Based on the Former Research on Transportation Evaluation, we Add Evaluation Indexes about Pedestrian and Bicycle, which Completes the Evaluation System. Whats more, we Combine the AHP and Coefficient of Variation Method while make Evaluation, which is Different from the Traditional Evaluation Method. Finally, in Order to Test the Evaluation System and Evaluation Method in the Paper, we Choose Jinan as the Example.

Abstract: The Yangtze River bulk shipping has a supporting role on economic development along the river. How to choose the most economic and reasonable shipping organization method is crucial to the maximization of ship utilization ratio. This paper established a logit model to solve the problem of shipping method choice, solving utility function by adopting possibility and satisfaction degree method rather than Delphi method, which is widely used in fuzzy evaluation. In the end, it conducted shipping method choice analysis in Wuhan to Shanghai leg in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The results indicate the model is reliable, effective and practical.

Abstract: Forecast the car sales by BP-NN and analyze the market of automobile logistics by SWOT method to master the car logistics development trend and learn the automobile logistics market demand. On the background of the conservation-minded society, this paper proposed some advices of developing car liner trains to promote the development of railway high value-added industries and expand transportation income, combining with the characteristics of railway's own advantages and absorbing domestic and foreign automobile logistics development experience.

Abstract: A logistics system is made up of a set of facilities linked by transportation services. Freight transportation plays a fundamental role in every modern supply chain as it allows production and consumption to take place at locations that are several hundreds or thousands of miles away from each other. Logistic networks are designed in order to get the right materials to the right place at the right time, while optimizing a given performance measure and satisfying a given set of constraints. This paper is to study providing object-oriented simulation constructs for Wuhu large-scale modeling of sense and respond logistics in supply situations.

Abstract: A new kind of traffic separation mode for the two-way channel was proposed primarily by extending the channel to left for the heavy traffic side during the peak period, forming a new kind of channel--Tidal Reversible Channel. This method can improve the general navigation efficiency and meet the navigation demands of both sides of the channel at the same time. The two key points of the reversible channel which are the operation occasion and the reversible width of the channel, called Dynamic Time and Dynamic Zone, were discussed, also their further research directions. Then, the feasibility of the new channel was verified by two different design ships in Yangtze River Estuary Deep-Water Channel, indicating that the reversible channel will have wide study and application prospect.

Abstract: In order to improve the objectivity of urban public transport network evaluation and achieve the sub-file of quality level of preliminary scheme, a comprehensive evaluation method for urban public transport network was proposed based on TOPSIS, and then constructed the evaluation model of urban public transport network. This method was applied to Xian urban public transport network planning, which obeyed the basic theory of scheme evaluation and some related requirements. The result showed that planning-5 was the best one among the five urban public transport network planning in Xian and consistent with the passenger flow prediction. The evaluation model for urban public transport network based on TOPSIS was objective, which involved few parameters, simple operation, scientific evaluation and provided a basis for urban public transport network planning decision.

Abstract: With the official operation of high-speed railway lines, the number of passenger train on the existed railway will be reduced with the transport capacity of baggage car lessen concurrently. Meanwhile the existing baggage and parcel transportation resources will be idle. According to the problem, in the context of fierce market competition and logistics developing trends of small pieces of goods express, a new product named Baggage Car Special Train to transport baggage and parcel is proposed and studied. Taking Beijing-Guangzhou channel for example, the Baggage Car Special Train planning on Beijing-Guangzhou line in 2015 is made out.

Abstract: An appropriate traffic organization scheme of highway reconstruction can ensure the normal operation of the traffic flow, and reduce the influence of reconstruction. Based on evaluation principles, this paper will analysis and screen index systems such as level of service, negative economic benefit and traffic environmental impact. The evaluation criterion of each index will be ascertained based on existing research results of level of service for highway. Then an integrated approach combined with dynamic comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process is proposed to evaluate the traffic organization during the highway construction. Last, we combine an example of a highway reconstruction project to analysis the proposed integrated approach.

Abstract: In order to determine layout location of variable message signs (VMS) scientifically and reasonably and give full play to its transportation guidance effect, the optimal selection method of expressways VMS layout location is studied based on general rules and requirements of expressways network VMS layout. Construct the multi-objective optimization model of VMS information utilization maximum, VMS effectiveness and VMS total cost minimum based on fuzzy constraint conditions, and the Hang-Jin-Qu expressway VMS layout is analyzed. The results show that the proposed multi-objective optimization model is more in line with the actual need of VMS layout and easy to operate, and has important practical value.
