Abstract: In order to set up a queuing theory model and propose an improved method of capacity calculation, the existing equipment of loading station, railway line situation and technological processes were analyzed, then each operation time was determined in this paper. And queuing system of Nanping Station was taken for example. Based on the system structure and operations of the loading station analysis, a survey of the event flows of the arrivals and services in subsystems to derive the queue parameters of queuing subsystem was made. At last, the system capacity of the loading station was calculated out.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of highway network for sustainable development and make clear the purpose and content of evaluation. On the basis of that this paper from network capacity, network traffic environmental carrying capacity, social benefit continuity and management system and policy this four aspects to set up the evaluation index system for the degree of highway network sustainable development, and illustrate the quantitative method of the attribute value of quantitative and qualitative indicators. This paper put forward the comprehensive evaluation method which is based on the Fuzzy AHP. Finally take the trunk road network of Zhang Jiakou city for instance to study.

Abstract: The determination of taxi demand in tourist city is affected by seasonal changes. It presents peaks and troughs so it is difficult to be predicted. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing forecast methods, this paper puts forward modified supply and demand balance method and ratio method to forecast taxi demand and then discusses the methods of dealing with seasonal fluctuations.

Abstract: As the hub-and-spoke network can achieve the balance of efficiency and cost, currently it is widely used in aviation, public and logistics transportation. The article chooses connectivity, node degree, entropy, and concentration indicator to analyze topology characteristic of hub-and-spoke transportation network; as well as structure reliability indicator considering sub-network numbers, shortest path and network dimension to research the reliability of hub-and-spoke network. The conclusion includes: hub-and-spoke network has higher connectivity, larger difference of node importance, higher order and less convenient; the ability to deal with random attacks is strong while the capability to resist deliberate attack is poor. The conclusion can improve planning and evaluation method of hub-and-spoke transportation network.

Abstract: Taxi drivers are viewed having more driving experience, being more familiar with road traffic condition, and in turn having more rational route choice behaviors than ordinary drivers. Using floating car data (FCD) of Beijing taxi in 2010, this study discusses the influence of road network conditions and traffic status to taxi drivers route choice behaviors. First, trip information is extracted from FCD using trip-identification method; Second, map matching and K-shortest paths are used to construct the trajectories and the sets of alternate routes, and route similarity evaluation is conducted to build the sample data of route choice behavior analysis; Finally, route choice model for taxi drivers based on Multinomial Logit (MNL) Model is estimated. The result shows that taxi drivers tend to choose the route which has faster driving speed, less frequency of left turns, more proportion of express way and less proportion of minor road, and increasing a left-turn or decreasing travel speed by 2.12km/h has the same effect on route choice utility. This study is expected to be helpful to establish map-matching algorithm of FCD, route guidance scheme and traffic assignment model.

Abstract: With the acceleration of the process of urbanization and motorization, the traditional development mode of passenger transport can not meet the requirements of the present era. Firstly, after the brief introduction of the characteristics of traditional passenger transport mode, the connotation of urban passenger transport in the background of the integration is put forward; secondly, the development trend of integration research of urban passenger transport is expounded; afterwards, the influence factors of constructing integrated development mode of passenger transport in city are analyzed; finally, the research object of this topic is set up, namely the integrated development mode of passenger transport in city, having very important and practical significance to guide urban benign development, integrate urban transportation resources and optimize the urban space layout and so on.

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of emergence of congestions caused by wrong intersection design, especially roundabouts. There is analyzed the problem of bad design of roundabout according to the known standards. The real design is compared with theoretical demands and with the real operation resulting from in situ survey. There is described the behavior of the drivers and parameters affecting driving path through roundabout.

Abstract: This paper studies the problem of inventory and distribution joint optimization for two level logistics system of a supplier and multiple clients by building the model of inventory and distribution joint optimization based on VMI to reach the goal of minimizing the total system cost. Moreover, this article not only designs the iterative algorithm to solve the model, and determine the optimal inventory and distribution program from the perspective of system optimization, but also verifies the validity of the model and algorithm through using MATLAB software.

Abstract: The safety of vehicle operating has tight relation with the road condition; vehicle operating safety accident is easy occurred in badness road condition. This paper studied the vehicle Operating Safety in rain weather condition based on Multi-Rigid Body system Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems (ADAMS). The models include Vehicle model, Road model, Vehicle and Road coupling model, Simulation module were set up. By changing road friction coefficient, road conditions in sunny day, dry, and rain weather were simulated. Single lane change text and ramp steering text were carried out, and the response output of lateral displacement was obtained. Computation result indicated that in the single lane change when road friction coefficient in rain weather is 0.4, vehicle speed is 60km/h in the single line simulation; the vehicle will be easily out of control. When vehicle speed is 55 km/h, maximum steer value is 70degree in the single lane simulation, vehicle will go haywire. In the ramp steer simulation when vehicle speed is 40 km/h, vehicle will go haywire.
