The Application Research Based on the Idea of Revenue Management in the Market of High-Speed Railway
Abstract: Due to the fierce competition in the passenger market and the problem of low transportation capacity and seating rate in off-season, it is necessary for the railway station to carry out market-oriented revenue management and reasonable application of dynamic price control method, especially for the high-speed railway targeted at the high price and high quality of service. Combined with the practical operation situation of high-speed railway, the paper mainly puts forward the dichotomy method and implement step of dynamic price control and selling strategies with a limitation, considering the share of train all operation costs including the acquisition of train, aiming at providing certain suggestions for the operation management in high-speed railway.

Abstract: The disturbance factors in the traffic flow may lead to traffic congestion. The agglomeration characteristics shown in traffic jams are similar to the biological swarm characteristics. In this paper, acceleration-spacing model is established based on the potential field method and the Lagrange method. The vehicle in front is viewed as the main force source. Then the data of the traffic congestion caused by the temporary parking in front of the school are used to calibrate the parameters of the model. It can be verified that the model is effective.

Abstract: The agglomeration characteristics which are shown in traffic jams are similar to the biological swarm characteristics. It can be gat that besides the front vehicle causes acceleration, the side vehicle will lead to the deceleration and lateral displacement too, and the potential field will be influenced. This paper considers both the impact of front vehicle and side vehicle, and establishes the vehicles collecting and distributing model taking into account the interference of the side vehicle. After that the genetic algorithms is used to calibrate the relevant parameters, and the validity of the model is verified.

Abstract: Traditional transit travel information is acquired by Trip Sample Survey which has some disadvantages including high cost and short data lifecycle. This paper researched transit travel demand analysis method using Advanced Public Transportation Systems (APTS) data. The study collected APTS data of Nanning City in China and established APTS multi-source data analysis platform applying data warehouse technology. Based on key problems research, the paper presented the analysis procedure and content. Then, this study proposed the core algorithms of the method which are determinations of boarding bus stops, alighting bus stops and transfer bus stops of smart card passengers. Finally, these algorithms programs are experimented using large scale practical APTS data. The results show that this analysis method is low cost, operability and high accuracy.

Abstract: To meet the requirement of networked urban mass transit, the characteristics of urban mass transit emergency decision-making was analyzed, draw lessons from the thought of case-based reasoning technology, the method which combine CBR technology with expert knowledge was proposed. On the basis of which, the emergency decision-making support system was designed, analyzed the system structure and function module, discussed the key technologies involved in the system, focused on the representation of retrieval technology and case contingency plans and case. Provides support for the modernization of urban mass transit emergency platform.

Abstract: The research on the reliability of highway network connectivity has important significance in the western region. According to the characteristics of western mountainous highway, this paper sets up the reliability evaluation idea of highway network connectivity from the section to the route, from the route to the road network, and establishes the reliability evaluation model of the connectivity of section, route and road network based on the analysis of highway unit reliability. The research results provide the theoretical basis for western mountainous road network planning and construction as well as disaster-resistance and disaster-prevention countermeasures of highway system.

Abstract: The scientific evaluation of the safety system risk of airlines is an effective measure, which can ensure its safety operations. In this evaluation, there are lots of fuzzy factors affecting the safety system of Airlines. The fuzzy theory is introduced to assess the risk of safety system of airlines. In this paper, an indicator system of safety system risk evaluation of airlines has been established. A model of safety system risk evaluation of airlines based on the comprehensive theory has also been set up. An experiment is conducted to examine the performance of this method. The experimental result shows that this method is rational and pragmatic in the safety system risk evaluation of airlines.

Abstract: Tow kinds of leisure vehicles are considered here, private car or parking & riding on subway. A case of Xianlin University City in Nanjing is chosen to help train and test a BP neural network, based on which multivariate linear regression assists to research the way of how to raise the use of parking & riding on subway. A four-layered structure, composed of those influencing factors, is designed first for establishing a neuron model which will help choose from driving or parking & riding on subway. This structure includes 6 indexes and 11 neurons. Then, a BP neural network trained and tested with the data from the case of the Xianlin University in Nanjing, consists of 3 layers with 15 nodes in the middle with the error less than 10-3. The original data are gained by Delphi technique, questionnaire, measurement and calculation. Finally, some conclusions are gained. Its considered necessary to continue improving the parking conditions around leisure places, especially for those health and amusement ones. Its also important to focus on the exit locations of subway stations, the route of underpass and the inner circumstance there. The real distance for foot to the destination is not so crucial as thought before, while the perceptible one plays a role. Its a good way to inform those private cars owners the conditions of the transportation congestions before their decisions on the leisure vehicles.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the relationship between the gap selection and the types of oncoming vehicle in the process of pedestrians crossing the road. The oncoming vehicles were divided into large and small vehicle; six groups of pedestrians were recorded, young-male, mid-aged-male, old-male, young-female, mid-aged-female and old-female. The accepted gaps were recorded and analyzed using one-way ANOVA analysis. The results showed that, oncoming vehicles type had significant impact upon gap selection of pedestrians. A large oncoming vehicle had a shorter selected gap than a small oncoming vehicle. It is concluded that pedestrians have a smaller perceived velocity and overestimate the gap, large oncoming vehicle arrive conflict point. However, the overestimated gap was likely not safe to crossing the road. So, at no signal control intersection, a strict speed limit was necessary for large vehicle.

Abstract: The safety of the unpowered mooring vessel was influenced by human factors, vessel condition, meteorological factors, hydrological and environmental factors. To ensure the safety of the unpowered mooring vessel during mooring, on the basis of unascertained measure evaluation model, the method of Monte Carlo and interval weight was put forward to assess the safety of the vessel. This method enables policymakers, in the treatment of evaluation, to avoid weighing the key factors from the traditional model. It also provides more valid intervals for policymakers while dealing with uncertain information of safety elements and errors caused by human preference. Through a random value of interval weight using Monte Carlo simulation method, the final average value of the simulation is taken as the final weight. Finally, a 16000t unpowered mooring cargo vessel is taken as an example to have a detailed discussion of the application of this method, and a safety result is obtained according to each key element. This method can provide new evaluation method and references to policymakers concerned.
