Abstract: Modeling, design and fabrication of tissue scaffolds with intricate architecture, porosity and pore size for desired tissue properties presents a challenge in tissue engineering. Based on comparison and analysis of the two kinds of existing unit cells, the new micropore unit cell with a sphere hole in the middle and three cylindrical holes in the edge was gained. The negative model of bearing human bone was designed according to the new unit cell. Boolean Operation to the negative mode and entity contour profile, then the interconnected scaffold of artificial bone with certain porosity and gradient micropore was obtained. The results of simulation show that the average modulus of the model is 8.5Gpa, and the porosity is from 25.8% to 42.7%. It can meet the mechanical and biomimetic requests of bearing human artificial bone.

Abstract: In order to improve the low speed stationary of continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor and avoid the pressure impact in the sealed cavity during the oil distributing, this paper designed the shape of buffer groove, established the mathematical model of pressure gradient, and analyzed change law of sealed cavity pressure gradient under different dimension of buffer groove. The pressure field distribution of sealed cavity was studied in certain radial and axial gap, and it is validated the dimension of buffer groove is rational, which lays foundation for structure design and experimental research of large displacement servo motor.

Abstract: The CAD technology at home and abroad is analyzed. The necessity in research and development of cold extrusion die CAD system is proposed. CAD system of the cold extrusion die based on Visual Basic Programming platform is established. And in the CAD system, the functions such as tool set design, process analysis, optimization design of the cold extrusion die can be achieved. Reliability of the CAD system is tested by the instance of a bike steel bowl.

Abstract: Based on meshing principle, a calculation method for profile curves in a kind of cycloidal pump was proposed. According to the definition of the theoretical displacement and the accurate profile coordinates of cycloidal pump, the accurate calculation method for displacement was obtained. The accuracy comparison between this method and the usual approximation equation for the displacement was also given in this paper. The results show that this method can get the precise theoretical displacement of cycloidal pump, is convenient for the scientists and technicians reference to design and manufacture directly.

Abstract: Inspired by the human vision system, a new image representation and analysis model based on Gaussian multiscale multivariate image analysis (MIA) is proposed. The multiscale color texture representations for the original image are used to constitute the multivariate image, each channel of which represents a perceptual observation from different scales. Then the MIA decomposes this multivariate image into multiscale color texture perceptual features (the principal component score images). These score images could be interpreted as 1) the output of three color opponent channels: black versus white, red versus green and blue versus yellow, and 2) the edge information, and 3) higher-order Gaussian derivatives. Finally the color image denoising approach based on the models is presented. Experiments show that this denoising method against Gaussian filters significantly improves the denoising effect by preserving more edge information.

Abstract: Mold companies are always facing the urgent price quotation requirements for plastic parts from customers in today’s competition market. This paper analyzed the price composition based on the standard man-hour method of plastic mould. Furthermore, the calculation of manufacturing cost for injecting mold was discussed. A computer aided quotation package for small and medium mould company was developed on SolidWorks software, by which the quotation of plastic mould can be obtained quickly. The application results of a number of actual cases show that the method can satisfy the engineering requirements of mold price.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the disadvantage of present wire winding of the coil of electric welding machine, this paper studies thoroughly the keys to the problem of the wire winding of the coil of electric welding machine. By designing a new computer numerical controlled wire winding system for the coil of electric welding machine, it can promote greatly the wire winding efficiency, and assure the performance and the stability of the coil of electric welding machine.

Abstract: A research effort aimed at creating a computer vision-based augmented reality assembly system is presented. The architecture of this system for assembly interaction is described. To realize intuitive human-computer interaction, a computer vision-based hand tracking and gesture recognition approach is applied. This approach uses the color-based method to segment the hand from background, and locate the hand position by the marker attached on hand, and then recognizes the gesture according to the geometry constraint of human hand. In comparison with the traditional approaches, this new method does not require a stationary camera, and is not sensitive with intensity difference. So, it provides a real time performance and is easy to realize. Moreover, occlusion identification is studied in this paper to raise the real and virtual objects combination effect. Finally, a prototype system is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the presented approaches.

Abstract: According to the basic theory and method of concept design for products, the basic operational requirements of spraying robots were abstracted as its general performance, and the functional elements were obtained by applying the method of function tree and decomposing the sub-function. The function structure drawing of spraying system was established, and the principal solutions to functional elements were obtained. Then the combination of principle solutions to spraying robots were obtained by the application of the morphological matrix, three relatively reasonable principle solutions were chosen according to the compatibility and matching of the function solution.

Abstract: For the more effective cost management and control of product platform, on the basis of modular product family (MPF) realization process and the cost of product family, the cost estimation model of modular product family was proposed. The manufacturing and management cost of component part level, module level and product level was estimated, and summed up to the cost of product family. Finally, a case of wheeling loader product family was illustrated to demonstrate the validity of the model.
