Abstract: As an advanced machining technology, virtual manufacturing has been regarded as an useful tool to carry out analysis and research work with digital model instead of practical manufacture. For the virtual manufacturing process, it is a mapping of the practical machining in computer virtual environment, no real production is created and without material or power wasting. Several typical definition of virtual manufacturing dominate in this fields were listed out, based on which expressed an explicit interpretation. Main features and three type of virtual manufacturing, such as design-centered, machine-centered and control centered virtual manufacturing were analysed respectively. The virtual manufacturing system, supported by cutter tool magazine, pallet storage, production database, material storage and NC storage, have been demonstrated in an architecture figure. Finally, the author concluded the important role of virtual manufacturing and illustrated an example of applying virtual manufacturing in five-axis machining process.

Abstract: The reconfigurable manufacture system (RMS) combined with the merits of both two systems, professional manufacture system and flexible manufacture system, could respond to the market change or uncertain requirement, adjust the production ability or function for changing the hardware or software. This paper presents the main architecture and major characteristics of reconfigurable manufacturing systems. Normally, the quality of RMS can be evaluated by several factors. Firstly, the gross cost of production and reconstruction should be less. Secondly, The time of design and manufacture (ascent time) should be shorter. Thirdly, the utilization ratio of existed resource should reach to the utmost. Finally, the cargo stream planning in common space should keep in optimal condition. At last, two examples, the hydraulic integrated package for a gearshift device in automobile, are mentioned to compare and analyse.

Abstract: Welding power source is an important research content in the field of welding technology. It is of significance to organize the design database of welding power source, construct its development platform, and realize its CAD and simulation system based on Web. In the scope of this paper, the core technology applied in above aspects were analyzed and summarized, the current development status and future trend of the application of computer and internet technology in welding power source areas were introduced.

Abstract: The fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making (FMADM) problems, in which the information about attribute weights is partly known, the attribute values take the form of triangular fuzzy numbers, and the decision maker (DM) has fuzzy reciprocal preference relation on alternatives, are investigated. Firstly, some concepts, such as the multiply between two triangular fuzzy numbers, the projection of triangular fuzzy numbers vectors, etc, are given. Secondly, in order to reflect to the DM’s subjective preference information on alternatives, we make the objective decision information uniform by using a translation function and establish a goal programming model, and then the attribute weights is obtained by solving the model, thus the weighted attribute values of all alternatives are gained. The concept of fuzzy positive ideal solution (FPIS) of alternatives is introduced, and the alternatives are ranked by using the projection of the weighted attribute values of every alternative on FPIS. The method not only can sufficiently utilize the objective information and meet the DM’s subjective preferences on alternatives as much as possible, but also it is characterized by simple operation and easy to implement on a computer. Finally, a practical example is illustrated to show the feasibility and availability of the developed method.

Abstract: This study intends to investigate PHS phone and its application in an elementary school. The interview process targeted on the projector who directed the plan of PHS phone from an experimental elementary school located in Kaohsiung County, southern Taiwan. She joined all of digital experimental project and observed interaction between the parents and their own children in that specific elementary school. In the experimental period, the projector observed each parents using a PHS phone through message transmission and mobile net communication, and the parents discussed and shared feelings with the teacher and other parents through using PHS phone. The research summarized the projector’s ideas and provided references opinion information to instruction designers and mobile learning projectors to develop further innovative instruction.

Abstract: That the advantage and restriction of using PDA to support teaching. Meanwhile, it probes into the cognitive will of teachers in Kaohsiung using PDA to support teaching. At first, developing the investigation meter of using cognitive will in PDA supporting teaching. The teachers in Kaohsiung information seed schools assist to investigate. There are 374 samples which are all effective samples. There is no invalid sample and returns-ratio 100%. Therefore, using One-way ANOVA analyses this effective questionnaire. The result of analysis will display teacher's experience period of service with PDA supporting teaching, and the difference of using will in network experience period of service. It shows: (1)「Perceived Usefulness」is the biggest influence factor of 「using will」in this research to the PDA supporting teaching. Next is「Perceived Easy of Use」. (2) 「Technical support」is also the direct influence factor of 「using will」. As regards this research sample, there are still 86.1% survey responsers who have not used PDA supporting teaching yet. Therefore, when users initially use the PDA supporting teaching system environment, they will have intensely the demand of “technical support” in the new technical installment, development and the use way. This is also a key point which the primary users are concerned. (3) The user, who has PDA support teaching experience, has stronger「using will」. (4) The user, whose network or computer period of service is longer, also has stronger「using will」. This research infers that PDA supporting teaching has brought more forward benefit.

And the pluralism of mobile phone is application program which is from Push Mail to newest Push Data. Push Data is very pluralism. This text mainly probes into Push Data application in the system of the electronic official document. How to structure a system of accelerating the official document and signing nuclear prescroption, and raise the efficiency of treatment of the official document. The result of study will be offered to the insertion electronic official document. Mobil government bodies are like school unit and the enterprise-like corporation in the future, and do the further research.

Abstract: Digitization is a perfect combination after the human abstraction and technological high development. We can pass the procedure of digitization to reappear everything. Textbook in the 21st century is expanded to the electronic textbook from the paper. Computer and technology are not only transmitted tools. The digital content should not change paper of this textbook directly to read on the computer either. The digital content should be an E-book. It must combine the high-quality course content material, and the high-quality teaching activity, and appropriate carriers.

Abstract: With rapid change of science and technology, human life has brought a lot of progress and convenience. This progress has already brought serious and negative influence for our living environment. Because the mankind excessively utilizes science and technology in the environment, it derives a lot of environmental problems out. In addition, people have different faith and values so that it is unable to make the common understanding to its solution. Therefore, this research is to utilize film teaching cognition of environmental topic to attract people to pay attention about our living environment. The environmental topic of this research refers to relevant global warm topics.

Abstract: At present, students receive a large number of messages with the progress of science and technology. Simple traditional study has been already unable to meet student's demands in the past, so the teacher needs to change some teaching methods to attract students. E-learning is one of new teaching methods. The teacher can utilize E-learning to let the student love to study.
