Abstract: On the basis of a long highway tunnel, this paper has worked out different fresh air demands in tunnel under various conditions—different driving speed; renewal of vehicles; different combination of motor vehicle emission standards; emission of NOx considered or not considered. From three aspects (calculation methodology, exhaust emission, design concentrations of pollutants) this paper has made a comparative analysis between the results calculated according to JTJ026.1-1999 and PIARC2007. The research findings show that there still exists a huge gap between JTJ026.1-1999 and PIARC2007. Domestic specifications should be adjusted and improved in terms of exhaust emissions and design concentrations of pollutants, so as to achieve the purpose of determining reasonable fresh air demand.

Abstract: The design of this study employed an approach of literature review. Data were collected primarily by means of the search for the key word ‘ eco-security’ on the Internet in order to analyze and classify the related studies. This study organized the works, relative to the type of landscape , published in Chinese and English online journals by researchers in Taiwan and Mainland China. This pilot study tried to broaden the ground of limited research on eco-security by searching for more related online information including ‘ecological security’, ‘ecosystem & security’, ‘ecosystem & risk assessment’ and ‘environmental monitor & early-warning’. Therefore, this study had two purposes. One was to understand the classification, number and trend of the related research on eco-security through literature review. The other was to analyze the content of the related research on eco-security. This involved understanding the theories, assessment approaches, assessment subjects, applied instruments and new possibilities of the future study in this field. Our data consisted of 233 studies published from 1988 to 2010. In terms of issues, data were divided into four parts: eco-security, landscape security patterns, ecosystem risk and environmental monitor &early-warning. In terms of subjects , data were differentiated into urban areas, rural areas, river basins and particular areas and un-designated ones. In terms of purposes, three types of data were distinguished: theories, applications and dynamics. Finally, semi-natural or artificial ecosystem becomes the focus and Data Mining Theory’s tools will be used generally for constructing the non-linear model of eco-security assessments

Abstract: Urban river eco-security completely reflected continuous mutual impacts and conductions among many factors, such as the increment and the decrement of urban environment pollution, the type of land use, the technology to water conservancy engineering, the policy of ecological conservation. However, our early warning system of urban river eco-security was not perfect. In this study which aims to construct the urban vision for the urban river eco-security structure analysis, quantitative measurement and strategy simulation. This research , construction of five subsystems, “drainage control” ,”purification ability”, “water recycled”, “habitat” and “biomass”. A dynamic model of urban river eco-security forecast and simulation system was constructed by system dynamics software Vensim DSS 5.9. The error value between simulation and real situation are few to prove the model is effective .The study results indicate that the eco-security for Danshui River is going to biomass raising, drainage raising, Habitat increasing and pollution reducing. The cogitation has integrated by system dynamic model which coming together to form precaution,water use,conservation and ecological restoration. It is clear that urban river eco-security model may provide an alternative choice of urban river Engineering Construction decision and correspond to the direction of sustainable city.

Abstract: With the development of underground traffic construction in China, more and more indoor underground space has become the place for people’s gatherings and departures. In such a relatively enclosed space with lack of natural light and poor air circulation, the unfavorable influence of decorative materials on human beings’ physiology and psychology grows more remarkable. This paper intends to make a preliminary study on the ways of applying the decorative materials to satisfy more reasonably the people physical and mental demands, thus exploring a new design concept on the application of material.

Abstract: This essay has studied the environmental load during the construction process of Heilongjiang Province, and built the mode which based on the green construction environmental load of the province. Moreover, this essay has made further discussion on the key technology of the environment control during the green construction process of the province, and has established the green building materials and green construction assessment systems based on the province.

Abstract: In this paper, reverse atom transfer radical polymerization (RATRP) was used to prepare polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) with lower polydispersity index (PDI). The different ligands such as bpy and PMDETA were studied separately to control the polymerization of VAc. The results show that RATRP is not controlled with bpy as ligand, but it is possible to obtain PVAc with low PDI when PMDETA was used as ligand.
