Abstract: For a long time, Taiwan residents extended housing spaces in order to suffice their living demands and provide an ideal living space which they imaged. The rate of housing extended space in Taiwan is 65.9% [1]. For understanding the state of housing spaces extending phenomenon in Taiwan, the task of this study is investigating the formats and reasons of Kaohsiung housing extended spaces by the questionnaire and analysis. The results of this study indicated five of these findings are worth summarizing: ˙ The main sources of disobeyed spaces are the vacant by building coverage ratio, included the front of the house, the behind of the house, the side of the house, the flat roof, the balcony etc. ˙ The purpose of housing spaces extended to increase the use of spaces, the space functions mostly were laundry rooms and stockrooms. ˙ Most sizes of the disobeyed spaces were one floor of the metal shacks. ˙ The regulations of building coverage ratio, floor area ratio have some flows and let the residents to construct the disobeyed space. ˙ The mechanisms of the housing market and building design became the factors of the disobeyed house afterward. Besides strengthen the inspection of the disobeyed constructs to prevent disobeyed house, it is proposed to proceed from the following two strategies. First, revise the vacant of BCR and FAR and architectural design standards. Second, revise the mechanisms of the housing market and architecture plan.

Abstract: Hydration rata and temperature interaction is a complex problem. This paper focuses on variation of concrete hydration and its effect on temperature and stress filed simulation of concrete with cooling pipe. Through three-dimensional specified project with two methods that include consider effect of temperature on hydration rate and no consider effect of temperature on hydration rate, the computational results have been compared and the differences have been analyzed. So we advised that the temperature effect on hydration rate should been considered in temperature stress filed simulation of concrete with cooling pipe. It provide basis to the construction of mass concrete.

Abstract: Colorscape is important factor, which enhances the overall image of the university and takes part in constructing a harmonious campus; furthermore, it can not be ignored in the large environment of urban color. On the base of analyzing the existing problems of campus’ environment nowadays, the paper proposes the importance of colorscape, the concept and features of “university campus’ colorscape”, and point out the critical principles about colorscape layout, then, discusses colorscape layout about the macro-environment, mid-environment, and micro-environment of campus.

Abstract: Four kinds of traffic lighting sources HPS, MH, LED and EDL are widely used in roads and tunnels, the luminance at this place almost in the range of 1-10 cd/m2, which is the mesoptic vision. The mesoptic luminous efficiency can be calculated from photopic vision spectral luminous efficiency function. The results indicate that HPS’s luminous efficiency increased with improve of adaptation brightness, while the rest three kinds of light sources’ luminous efficiency reduced. At the same luminance level, HPS, MH, LED and EDL’s mesoptic luminous efficiency reduced in turn.

Abstract: Large-scale public building has high energy consumption and has great potential in saving it. It is necessary to do research on the calculation of energy consumption and raise some methods to save energy of large-scale public building. Basing on the theory of whole life cycle, the energy consumption of large-scale public building was analysed and the whole life cycle energy saving system was set up. What's more, it emphasized the importance of energy saving design at the stage of planning and design. Meanwhile, the paper not only analysed the whole life cycle energy saving contents and calculation formulas of large-scale public building by taking advantage of LCEA model, but also proposed some corresponding measures to save energy.

Abstract: The development of China's logistics market and the status of port logistics park's construction shows that port logistics alliance has become a trend. In this paper, a number of problems on alliance formation were analyzed and summarized to establish a set of formation procedures. Especially for the lack of current research on the structure of organization and management, present a distributed topology structure constituted by the core layer and outer layer, and design a dynamic existing task departments which has highly flexibility and rapid response capability . All of these provide a useful perspective for the efficient operation of port logistics enterprise alliance, which has important theoretical significance and practical application.

Abstract: Universities are facing a dilemma: The training of teachers can improve the competitiveness of universities and meet the needs of teachers in their own development, but may bring the cost of losses caused by job-hopping after training. This work analyzes the factors affecting the overseas training, establishes two-stage and three-stage game models successively, discusses on this issue. The work finds that a better solution is the combination of the two that improving the treatment of teachers and setting the cost barriers for job-hopping at the same time.

Abstract: There are many factors which affect the effectiveness of the gas explosion suppression by the water mist in the coal mine laneway. This paper studies the relationship between the wind speed and the status of the water mist by numerical analysis. The results shows, for gas explosion suppression in coal mine laneway, the water mist system must be arranged in the region that the wind speed is 5m/s or slower.

Abstract: The main way to flood control is to build flood-dam and don't let the flood into city. But this way may cause the dangers of rupture of flood-dam, the high cost, take up the land, and to hinder the way of flood, hidden dangers of resist terrorism. This paper put forward a new idea that may make our cities get along with flood friendly, it may named the accept flood city project. The project is, we can transport the things and peoples to the safe zone when the flood is coming, then let the flood into city, we can maintain the normal order of living and production by maintain the transportation, water supply, electricity supply and communication by proper means.

Abstract: The green and sustainable construction has become a popular topic, especially with the respect of the green house gas emissions. Meanwhile, the estimation of the CO2 emission during the construction is an important process among the CO2 emission management. The paper carries out the empirical research on the construction CO2 emission based on the EPA non-road modeling and a real case. Firstly, the research methodology is developed based on the EPA non-road modeling. Then, based on a real case, the total CO2 emission of the project and the CO2 emission of each machine are calculated. Finally, other scenarios are considered and compared, and the optimal solution is found. The proposed methodology provides an accurate, consistent & realistic quantification method of CO2 emissions at micro level during construction, which will be of benefit to the green and sustainable construction.
