Abstract: According to the biodegradability of wastewater and better adaptability of biological treatment processes, and advantages of using biological contact oxidation process to treat sewage, biological contact oxidation method was used to study the removal conditions of domestic sewage treatment in high latitude area, and a set of experimental device of biological contact oxidation method applied in treating domestic sewage in low temperature was designed, to solve the serious pollution of domestic wastewater and its higher treatment cost in high latitude area.

Abstract: Characteristics of the high concentrations organic industrial wastewater and its pretreatment methods was developed in detail, on this basis, introduce S wastewater treatment equipment, which has a effective pretreatment on high concentrations organic industrial wastewater, such as equipment characteristics, working principle, equipment specifications, equipment installation and commissioning, removing operation trouble and application areas as wastewater treatment. The device is the first choice of pre-treating high concentrations organic industrial wastewater, in foreign countries, particularly Austria, have a wider range of applications.

Abstract: The performance and MUI features of UWB is deduced in the paper. For THMA –UWB system, SGA can lead to a more optimistic ber. The performance of the orthogoal PPM and reverse polarity PAM are alalyzed. The simulation show that the reverse polarity has better performance of resistance to multi-user interference than orthogonal.

Abstract: The choice of pulse is crucial for ultrawide-bandwidth (UWB) communication system, bescause it will affect the power spectral density of emission signal. In most cases, the spectrum of single pulse waveform do not meet the federal communication committee (FCC) emission mask.The text proposes that the optimal waveform can be got through a linear combination of different derivatives of the Gaussian pulse so that it can approach the standard of emission mask in the whole band.

The article makes analysis on the moment of inertia and maximum stress of the H-VAWT arms, and calculation is made on an equilateral triangle and a rhombus which has the same perimeter with the former. The article provides a method for analyzing the designation of H-VAWT.

Abstract: This article aims to introduce and apply the concept green construction, demonstrating its feasibility and finding ways for achieving it. ‘Green construction’ indicates the building that is both zero-energy qualified and environmentally friendly. This article mainly includes two major parts, in the theoretical part, existing social and technical methods for this term are introduced and critically analysed, the feasibility of green construction is discussed in theory. Then the theory is put in practice in the second part of the article, the possibility of their applications are discussed in a real UK shipping container house case, whose thermal performance is simulated by software IES Virtual Environment, through the result comparison of models with different variables in glazing insulation, wall insulation, window size, window direction, the energy-saving effects of different variables are ranked, which indicates some practical ways to better achieve the feasibility of green construction. ‘Green construction’ in UK is feasible; however its realization is still with some conditions, which need a series of work done by both architects, scientists, government and householders.

Abstract: Taking a landslide in the three gorges reservoir area as an example and considering the seepage field in different time periods with rise and fall of reservoir water level of the eight conditions, we use GEO-STUDIO / SEEP module to establish a seepage model and to calculate the distribution of seepage. The results showed that: the groundwater saturation line appears in the back-phenomenon during a certain range of slope in the rising water level, saturation line was concave shape, and with the rate of increase in water level increased and that concavity gradually increase; the groundwater saturation line appears in the downstream phenomenon during a certain range of slope in the drawdown water level, saturation line was convex shape, and with the rate of decline in water level increased and that convexity increases. The effective simulation studies of the greatly and cyclical fluctuations of water level under the slope seepage field has a certain reference meaning to the landslide control in the reservoir water level fluctuations about reservoir bank landslide.
