Abstract: The heat exchanger model of air-condition is deal with the reasonable simplification and in order to take numerical simulation about heat exchange in air side, the Fluent is adopt. Optimized design include four aspects: fin thickness, fin height, distance between two fins and the shape of ripple fins. After the numerical simulation, the best structural parameters of fin are received. It can provide a theoretical basis for design and research. After this optimized design, the exchanger can improve the heat transfer ability and save many materials.

Abstract: The system is a data acquisition and control system used for multi-channel. It is based on the integration of LabVIEW, PCI data acquisition card and intelligent self-tuning PID. Aiming at the ART’s data acquisition card, the paper introduces on the allocation of LabVIEW and Non-NI data acquisition card. The modular design is adopted to realize real-time acquisition, processing, display, save and error messages for multi-channel signals. Utilizing exported standard signals and real-time signals via data acquisition card, we have controlled furnace temperature by intelligent self-tuning PID and made its range in certain variation change according to standard time temperature curve. And the practical application shows that the system works in the stable condition.

Abstract: Influence of air humidity on thermal performance of armored vehicle is presented in this paper. Data is processed according to the experiment for research in performance of radiator and the heat, which exchanged in the radiator under conditions of different air flow, is calculated abstractly based on the data. Educed from contrast and analysis of the results, the heat exchanged in the radiator increases along with the increase of air humidity, however, the increase is tiny which is below 3.5%. The actual heat exchanged in the radiator can be predicted through the way of abstract calculation used in this paper.

Abstract: Currently, the agricultural water shortage in China has become more and more serious. It is of great importance for scientists and engineers to figure out the ways to utilize the limited water resources efficiently for irrigation. This paper proposes a new irrigation concept which combines advanced soil moisture conserving techniques available in the semi-arid and arid regions of China with the design of water-saving irrigation systems. To show the effectiveness of the new concept, straw mulching used widely in China, a soil moisture conserving technique, was tested in irrigation systems. The experimental results show the way soil moisture, soil microorganism, soil temperature, ecological and physiological indices and maize productivity were affected by straw mulching under irrigation and the improved performance indices with the combination of soil moisture conserving techniques with irrigation systems, which contributed to a higher water use efficiency. It is believed that the combination of soil moisture conserving techniques with irrigation systems will be a new trial for the water-saving irrigation of China, particularly for the semi-arid and arid areas.

And the flotation method is currently widely used in magnesite ore processing, but it also exists some problems.

Abstract: By comparing the characteristics of various turbocharging system, then hybird turbocharging system is proposed. In principle the technical approach of hybrid turbocharging system is analyzed to solve the steady and transient condition problem about vehicle diesel engine. Then several modes of energy flow about hybrid turbocharging system are analyzed, and calculation processes about each share of the energy flow are given. According to the characteristic of turbocharged diesel engine, the energy flow distribution of the two typical engine conditons is calculated. Analysis of energy flow is of great significance to properly distribute the energy share and improve the performance of the turbocharging system.

Abstract: The addition of different proportions of modified pitch and phenol residue to coal blends were co-carbonized in an experimental 40kg coke oven. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the coke indicate that with increasing of modified pitch and phenol residue in coal blends, the crystallite height Lc increases, microcrystal layer distance d002 decreases. It demonstrates that the microcrystal structure of coke can be improved by adding modified pitch and phenol residue, and modified pitch is more effective than phenol residue to improve coke quality.The overall objective of the study is the utilization of lower rank coals and by-products in coking plants,in the making of metallurgical coke. It would have obvious economic benefits.

Abstract: The main “energy saving indicator,” from among nine green building indicators, evaluates the electrical power consumption of air conditioners and lighting. This study developed a small indoor personal office system with a 500W proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEM fuel cell) as the power source, composed of LED indoor lighting, air fan, LED table lamp, notebook computer, printer, and acoustic equipment. Under continuous operations of 24h, this office system will generate 12kwh of electricity, which reduces 7.656kg of carbon dioxide output. If continuously operated for 1 year, it will generate 4,320kwh electricity, which reduces 2,756.16kg of carbon dioxide output. In addition, the side product water can be recycled as landscape water.

Abstract: This study is to construct a post-evaluation system for the social environment of the wind power project and make a comprehensive assessment by the introducing the cloud model-based analytic hierarchy process. The process manifests the weight and index evaluation in the form of cloud model, which takes account of both ambiguity and randomness, improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the results and provides application and arguments for the method through practical examples.

Abstract: In recent years, wind power is regarded as China's important way of adjustment of energy strategy and development of power mode .To promote the development of the wind power industry, this paper set up the evaluation index system of the input-output efficiency of the Chinese Wind Power industry, and use the Hierarchy Model to evaluation, with the characteristics of wind power industry in our country. Evidence shows: China's wind power industry input-output efficiency of good.
