Abstract: The adjustment of the primary and secondary air speed and air quantity in thermal power plant is generally based on the measurement of static meter to show its working condition. It is difficult to adjust the air-coal parameter of each combustor to a reasonable value according to the static value for no certain relationship between the static value and the air speed is available to calculate the air speed and air quantity. The on-line monitoring system of boiler air-powder computer for real-time monitoring is adopted to keep the boiler in a state of balanced and steady combustion. The steady and accurate monitoring system and the automatic input rate of boiler (100%), which could detect the load distribution, pipe blockage, powder interruption and spontaneous combustion accurately, shows considerable value in energy conservation and great practical value in regard to combustion adjustment and reasonable distribution of air and powder.

Abstract: Firstly, the present paper makes a brief introduction to types of the distributed power and the processing mode of PV node in the electricity grid; secondly, the forward and backward substitution method to calculate the power flow has been improved and used to analyze some examples; thirdly and most importantly, taking the multi-node distribution network which incorporates distributed generation (DG) as an example, the author analyzes the influences of DG on load flow distribution and network loss in different positions, capacities and power factors.

Abstract: According to characteristics about the Industrial Water, industrial water assessment index system is selected and analysed. Expert scoring method is used to determine the importance of each hierarchy. On that basis, we adopt fuzzy preference-selected scheme to assess the agriculture water level. So the problem about how to use mathematic method to analyse and deal with a lot of fuzzy problems of the agriculture water assessment is solved to a certain extent. The final conclusion of the example indicates that fuzzy comprehension evaluation can reflect water utilization characteristic in different areas and can make comprehension evaluation reasonable.

Abstract: According to characteristics about the agricultural water, agricultural water level assessment index system was structured, and Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine the importance of each hierarchy in the system. The fuzzy scheme optimum method which was adopted to assess the agriculture system utilization water level. So the fuzzy problems about how to use mathematic method to analyse and deal with the agricultural water assessment were solved to a certain extent. The final result of the example indicated that fuzzy comprehension assessment method could reflect utilization water characteristic in different areas and also showed that the method is correct and practical.

Abstract: According to characteristics about the ecosystem water, the ecosystem water level assessment index system is structured. We put forward Fuzzy Statistics method to quantify the qualitative indexes in the system, using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine the weight of each hierarchy in the system, adopting Fuzzy Preference Process(FPP) to assess the ecosystem water level. The final conclusion of the example indicates that fuzzy comprehension assessment method can reflect utilization water characteristic in different areas and make reasonable comprehension assessment, also show that the method is practical.

Abstract: Aerobic composting is a method for sanitary disposal of human feces as has been used in bio-toilet systems which can be used at family in city to save water and to control water pollution. In this study, batch experiments were conducted using a closed aerobic composting reactor with sawdust as the bulky matrix to simulate the condition of a bio-toilet for sanitary disposal of human feces. Attention was paid to the biodegradation of organic matters under the thermophilic and mesophilic conditions. The results indicated that: more 70% removal of fecal organic matters(mainly in first 6-8 days) observed at 60°C while more 63% (mainly in first 10-11 days) at 35°C in a two-week composting period. Removal of organic matters of thermophilic conditions was more than that of mesophilic conditions with maturity period (at 60°C) shorter than that(at 35°C). The organic matter’s biochemical degradation of similar level 1 dynamics model can build. Using the experimental data of composting reaction, calculated out respectively reaction kinetics constants 0.4413(at 60°C) and0.2864(at 35°C), the former is as 1.65 times as the latter. It indicated that thermophilic composting could be considered to reach more than 70% fecal organic removal and shorten maturity period of compost.

Abstract: Based on the theory of ecological hydraulic radius model (EHRM) for estimating watercourse ecological water requirement, the in-stream ecological water requirement for satisfying fish habitat in watercourse is calculated by using the example of Daofu hydrological station in Xianshuihe River at the Western Route First Stage Project of China’s South-to-North Water Transfer Scheme. Meanwhile, in order to check up practicability of this new model, the calculated result is compared with that of Tennant method. The result shows that the watercourse ecological water requirement calculated by EHRM is basic between the minimum ecological water required and condign ecological water requirement calculated by Tennant method. Because of more information of flow velocity for satisfying fish habitat taken into account, the ecological water required calculated by EHRM is more accord with the real instance of Xianshuihe River at the Western Route First Stage Project of China’s South-to-North Water Transfer Scheme. The in-stream ecological flow of every year is less than that of 40%per annual averaged flow during 1965 -1987, the range of percent is 12.0%-33.2%. If the flow is regulated by the calculated by EHRM after the Western Route First Stage Project of China’s South-to-North Water Transfer Scheme will be run, the watercourse ecosystem will be in better function state.

Abstract: This paper describes the significance of exploiting and developing renewable energy under the current circumstance of fossil energy shortage. The paper introduces the working principle and the overall structure of the circular mold briquetting machine. In the transmission and feeding mechanism, the “one shaft” structure is used. The “Double-roller” is symmetrically arranged in the compression chamber, and the combination circular mold is adopted. It is shown in the structural analysis that the briquetting machine is of simple structure, high work efficiency, and low cost. Moreover, it can be conveniently repaired and replaced. The structural analysis provides significant theoretical basis for the optimal design of the briquetting machine.
