Abstract: Experiment of co-combustion of coal and biomass pellet on a 7 MW chain stoker boiler was carried out and the performance of the chain boiler was tested under 5 mixing ratios of biomass pellet to coal, 0%, 10%, 25%, 20% and 30%. The results of experiment showed when mixing ratio of biomass pellet was different, the boiler could work safely and stably, the boiler’s fuel consumption reduced and sulfur dioxide emissions of the boiler decreased significantly. When the biomass pellet mixed, the coal was easier to burn out, the carbon in ash residue of coal boiler and heat loss from solid incomplete combustion also decreased, enhanced the overall operating efficiency of the boiler.

Abstract: In this paper, it is researched the cooperated R&D problem in new petrochemical product development for petrochemical enterprise. Based on game theory, a cooperated R&D game theory is established. Given the payoff matrix and the strategy set of this model, and it is analyzed the game process of the two players and the dominant strategy. For the reasons of high development costs, great failure loss, individual limited rationality and lack mutual trust, this dominant strategy cannot be achieved in practice. This paper also provides us a pattern for analyze the cooperated R&D between enterprises and institute.

Abstract: We calculate the carbon dioxide emissions from the combustion of energy and production process of cement in Jiangsu Province from 1990 to 2009.Through the indicators such as carbon emissions intensity, per capita carbon emissions, we analyze the status and trends of carbon dioxide emissions in Jiangsu Province. Based on the factors of industrial structure, energy structure and high-carbon products, we give some suggestions.

Abstract: In the design of a carbon dioxide heat pump water heater evaporator, the effect of the circuit number on the evaporator is investigated numerically by EVAP-COND 3.0 version simulation package of American National Institute of Standards and Technology. It is found that as the circuit number increases the temperature difference between the air and the refrigerant increases, but it reduces the overall heat transfer coefficient. The evaporator capacity will rise firstly, and then drop with the circuit number and achieve the maximum in the optimum circuit number. Therefore, selecting the appropriate circuit number of the evaporator can significantly improve the efficiency and optimize the design.

Abstract: Appling Malmquist index method to calculate total factor productivity (TFP) with a sample of 29 provinces in China from 1995 to 2008, based on following two scenarios: taking CO2 emissions as an undesirable output or not. The efficiency of this process is calculated by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) formulations, related to GDP and CO2 as outputs, capital and labor as inputs. Comparing the results of the two scenarios, we analyze the differences of TFP, its determinants and growth mode among the 29 provinces. Results show that: significant regional differences in TFP exist, and under the two scenarios, the eastern China has the highest TFP, followed by middle China and western China. Moreover, the slow-down of the TFP growth in scenario 2 is mainly because that the technology progress is discounted by the environmental factors. Especially, the growth method of western China illustrates “environmental-extensive”. As a result, China’s governments must take into full consideration regional differences of TFP and carbon reduction potentials, so as to realize low-cost or no incremental cost reduction.

Abstract: The traditional lighting control system has many defects such as poor energy-saving effect , comfort , management and control technique. What's more troublesome wiring is also a problem. This paper is based on the ZigBee wireless technology and designed a low-power dissipation intelligent node control hardware platform.Which used the MSP430F2619 for processor of TI company, CC2430 RF( Radio Frequency) chip and silicon controlled dimming circuit. It is designed with software that has different lighting modes according to the different environments. The design achieved the brightness autoregulation of light in different environment- s.Therefore create a comfortable household environment.

Abstract: SCADA, as the foremost subsystem of energy management system, has the advantages of information integrity and high efficiency, and it can help diagnose system’s faults soon. Now it has become an indispensable tool for power dispatch. Through expounding the power energy supervising system, basic frame and application of common SCADA system was summarized and the configuration of both software and hardware were introduced in detail.

Abstract: As one of the edible mushrooms currently promoted in China, shimeji is quite nutritious, and regular use can bring anti-inflammatory, anticancer, lowering blood pressure and other medical effects, which is well received by consumers at home and abroad. This study made full use of industrial spent bleaching clay (SBC) to replace cottonseed hull, wheat bran and other costly traditional cultural materials for shimeji production. Generating economic benefit can not only promote the development of edible mushroom industry, but also solve the problem of environmental pollution by wastes. This paper set six additives with respectively 0% - 40% SBC substrate formula, took shimeji production experiment, and analyzed and compared the substrate formula suitable for both mycelial growth and its application effect. The experimental results showed that among all the substrate with different proportions of SBC, all treated mycelium were in a good growth state, and formulae with SBC had no incidence of contamination to shimeji mycelium. After comparative screening tests, it can be found that the carbon-nitrogen proportion of Formula-5 formula added with 40% SBC is the most suitable for shimeji growth, which can obviously increase its growth rate, shorten the breeding cycle, reduce the production costs and improve the economic benefits.

Abstract: In this paper, the ghost plating problems of crystalline silicon solar cells is studied in theory and experiment. After laser doping process, a pretreatment process is needed to remove SiO2 in the heavy doping area and keep SiN mask simultaneously by using chemical solution containing HF. Otherwise, the unexpected non-heavy-doping area would be plated with silver, resulting in the ghost plating problems. The mechanism of HF etching SiO2 and SiN is analyzed and the feasibility of selective etching is discussed. By changing the main aspects of affecting the etching rate, the ghost plating of crystalline silicon solar cells is improved.

Abstract: The optimal conditions of production of biopolymer by the culture of Bacillus sp.were examined, using molasses wastewater to replace glucose as carbon source and energy source in the culture medium. Results showed that the COD concentration in molasses wastewater favorable for the growth of the Bacillus sp.was 4500 mg•L-1, and inoculum size of 6%(v/v), 28C, initial pH 7.0 and shaking speed of 160 r•min-1, under the optimal culture conditions, the highest flocculating activity achieved for Kaolin suspension was 97.5% and 4.0 g biomass /L broth was obtained. The Bacillus sp. biomass was effective in flocculating some soluble reactive dyes in aqueous solution, reactive Light-Yellow K-4G and reactive Turquoise Blue KN-G with a decolorization efficiency of 98.5 and 92.5%, respectively, using 20 mL of the flocculant in 500 mL of 100 mg•L-1 dye solution.
