Abstract: weapon system is a complex system, there are many fuzzy or uncertain factors that have led the operational effectiveness of the weapon itself is certain ambiguity. The traditional assessment methods can not deal with this problem, that will inevitably lead the assessment results having some certain risk. FAHP is a method which can decompose of the complex ambiguity with a series of fuzzy factors, then determine the relative importance of various factors in levels by pair-wise comparison, finally determine the Sequence of the relative importance of various factors. This paper introduced FAHP into the comparison of operational of several weapons, and be able to reduce the risk of the evaluation results.

Abstract: Multi-task scheduling networkis extended based on the complex network theory, from new angles and perspectives to study the multi-task scheduling. The description of method and related mathematical models of complex and multi-task directed network aregiven. Combined with topology of the product development process and their own characteristics,the evaluation model and algorithmto describe the importance of the event node are presented. It can assess the nature ofdifferent nodes effectively, including the key nodes, at the same time,the scheduling algorithm based on the importance of active nodes hasbeen proposed.The study has a certain significance toarrange the execution of tasksin complex product development process reasonably and realize optimal allocation of manufacturing resources.

Abstract: The whey protein has a highly nutritional value but poor functional properties. Ultra-high pressure (UHP) is a new technology for food processing. It dose not cause environmental pollution and could maintain food nutrition as much as possible. The effects of applied pressure and treatment time on functional properties and conformation changes of whey protein isolated (WPI) treated by UHP were studied in present paper. The results indicated that WPI treated by UHP showed reduced solubility, foaming and emulsifying property with the increasing of applied pressure and prolonging of treatment time. For WPI treated at 400MPa for 15min, the 1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulphonate (ANS) studies showed the increasing fluorescence regions when the applied pressure increased. The most fluorescence regions were exposed to aqueous solution for WPI treated at 400MPa for 5min, and degree of exposure reduced when treatment time was prolonged. With the increasing of applied pressure and prolonging of treatment time, the amino acid residues having ultraviolet absorbance showed the same change as hydrophobic group.

Abstract: The paper introduces the hydraulic jack-up system design about the first domestic self-installing product platform. According to the production platform features, the jack-up system chooses the mode of hydraulic cylinder driving. So the jack-up system is both economy and safe reliability. The jack-up system is equipped with proportional valve and the PLC programmable controller which has a touch panel to show the inclination of the platform, the synchronism of hydraulic cylinders in the four legs of the platform, the state of the piston pin and the alarm indication of the hydraulic power station etc.

Abstract: The SPI was applied in food industry widely, but the functionalities of it may change during storage. The effect of store temperature, time, RH and package material on SPI component and oil absorption were studied, when SPI was packaged in 100% N2 and Al, 80%N2:20%CO2 and Al, 60%N2:40% CO2 and Al, vacuum and Al, white paper/plastic/HDPE, and PE and then stored for 5 months in the conditions of RH 80% and 30°С. It was observed by SDS-PAGE that the subunit of SPI disaggregated and molecules aggregated. Comparing the functionalities of SPI with different packaging material, it was shown that the sequence of the barrier property of material to T and RH was Al packaging >factory packaging >PE packaging. Analysis by relatedness, it was shown that the 7S/11S of SPI with PE packaging storage was significantly positive with oil absorption (0.942**). The content of -SH with 60%N2:40%CO2 was significantly negative with oil absorption (-0.819*) but the -S-S- of SPI in 60%N2:40%CO2 was significantly positive (0.811*) correlation with oil absorption.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Ampicillin as bacteriostats on the number of P solubilizing and antibiotic-anti- Rhizobium. meliloti cells and contamination in inoculants during one year storage, and plant promotion ability of subgeneration cells of antibiotic-resistant phosphate-solubilizing R. meliloti strain LW107 growth on YMA plates containing different concentrations of ampicillin were also investigated. In the first experiment, 100 mg liter-1 ampicillin was added in inoculants, number of R. meliloti cells and contamination in inoculants were investigated at two temperatures, using both liquid and peat based solid inoculants in experiment. Statistical design was a complete randomized block in a factorial 2×2×2 experimental arrangement with 4 replicates. Results show that there are various viable cells and contamination levels in inoculants. The ampicillin increased R. meliloti LW107 viable cells and inoculants stored at low temperature with lesser contamination when ampicillin been added. To clarify whether ampicillin affect the main character of R. meliloti LW107 cells, the ability of calcium phosphate solubilization and IAA production in ampicillin-containing conditions was determined. Results indicated that the ability of calcium phosphate solubilization and IAA production have no significant difference on 6th generation cells of R. meliloti LW107 between the growth plates and the lack of ampicillin. In the third experiment, the plant growth promotion of the ampicillin-containing inoculants on alfalfa seedlings was determined in sterile sand conditions in a temperature-controlled growth chamber at 20 -25°C for 35 days. We also found that no significant difference on nodule numbers between diluted liquids ampicillin-containing inoculants and the common liquid inoculants containing no ampicillin, but plant growth and efficiency of nitrogen-fixing responded to undiluted liquids inoculants containing ampicillin with a decrease in biomass and nitrogenase activity indicating that the five-fold dilutions of the ampicillin-containing inoculants are necessary for applications.

Abstract: Remanufacturing of food processing equipments not only follows the demand of transforming economic growth mode, but also has great significance to China sustainable development that needs less investment and gets higher benefit. The remanufacturing approach of large-scale food processing equipments is analyzed in design requirements, including hygiene requirements, energy consumption requirements, reliability requirements and man - machine integration requirements. Then, technical and economic analysis of the remanufacturing is carried out through establishing the profit objective function: Whole life cycle profits Ez= R(multiple life cycle revenue)- C(whole life cycle cost). According to economic evaluation of life cycle and multi-life-cycle, remanufacturing of LEF can get best enterprise benefits and enhance the competitive power of enterprises.

Abstract: For most past scheduling problems, research condition is based on enough orders. But on the condition of production capability more than the number of the orders, how to accomplish the limited orders to make the production cost as small as possible is a significantly considered question. Based on Plant Simulation and its Genetic Algorithm, a method of optimizing production cost when scheduling is put forward. This research realizes the relevant scheduling to minimize the production cost and propose a solution for these problems of complex combined cost optimization.

Abstract: Biscuits are popular with many people, including young and old man. In present, much attention is paid to biscuits taste and flavor, but proportion of protein from different material in biscuits is usually ignored. It results in less nutrition value. This can be improved by increasing protein biological value through proper mixture of different protein resources. The best optimization proportion of different material protein is quantitatively determined through mathematics model and the application of computer technology. This model is applied in the formula design of biscuit made of wheat flour protein, soybean protein and milk protein, the result is as follows: wheat flour protein: soybean protein: milk protein=11:5:7.

Abstract: Based on the value chain of manufacturing enterprise, this paper puts forward the producing service framework for manufacturing enterprise. Then for manufacturing enterprise’s producing service, three kinds of typical operation modes, which are self-management service, service outsourcing and collaboration service, are analyzed. Base on the above analysis, a producing service industrialization model is introduced, which includes demand of producing service, modular service, service evaluation and integration. Then the paper studies the corresponding operation management of producing service from the four aspects.
