Abstract: A new method was advanced that the cutter was magnetized using the low Frequency Pulse, and to elaborated the work principle, base on the method of improvement performance of cutter in internal and overseas. The new method was applied at the magnetization of cutter, the performance of magnetization cutter was compared with the un-magnetization using the mensuration test of coefficient of friction and the anti-impact impact test, the influence of cutter was analyzed after the magnetization.

Abstract: Mean-variance model, value at risk and Conditional Value at Risk are three chief methods to measure financial risk recently. The demonstrative research shows that three optional questions are equivalence when the security rates have a multivariate normal distribution and the given confidence level is more than a special value. Applications to real data provide empirical support to this methodology. This result has provided new methods for us about further research of risk portfolios.

Abstract: Garbage cleaning robot will gather and process most of the garbage under certain circumstance for people. It can economize labor, enhance efficiency and improve the working environment. Unfortunately, most garbage-gathering devices of these mechanisms are singular and can be used for only one kind of environment as far as the land and water conditions are concerned. A kind of new amphibian garbage cleaning robot is brought forth and analyzed from three aspects, including mechanical structure, control system and programming method. And prototype of the robot is given. Analysis shows that this robot can directly move either from water to land or from land to water and above all, the robot has the advantage of low cost, long duration, better rigidity and convenient to operate.

Abstract: We provide a general analysis of duopoly game in endogenous timing. The Nash equilibrium outcomes are compared with Stackelberg equilibrium outcomes. The different sets of conditions are provided for yielding respectively simultaneous and sequential plays and these conditions only depend on the monotonicities of the reaction functions and the payoffs functions in rival strategic variables.

Abstract: In this paper, the characteristics of health safety risk and key issues of health safety management of construction industry in China have been analyzed first. Then, to make construction safety management and supervision available, health safety risk assessment model of construction industry is mainly converted into how to get the controlling indicator and health safety risk classification. Because of the dynamic nature of construction health safety development and the specificity of sample data, an intelligent assessment model based on support vector machines is presented to improve the assessment process. The proposed model takes advantage of SVMs abilities to solve the problem with small samples and nonlinear regression. Furthermore, the proposed approach is shown more accurate for prediction in the case of real-word application.

Abstract: The characteristics and feasibility of the dielectric can be evaluated by the deposition of the dielectric in between two electrodes to form a capacitor. In metal-insulator-silicon (MIS) structure, 100 Å Ta2O5 films are deposited on 1000 Å doped poly silicon as a bottom electrode layer and 500 Å TiN metal on top of the dielectric film consecutively [1]. The measured capacitances of larger areas roll off at higher measuring frequency [2]. With the setting of an equivalent circuit, one successfully explains why the roll-off effect shows up. The deduced formulas give the common, reasonable, and convincing C1=1.1255×10-5 nF/mm2, which determines the equivalent dielectric (oxide) thickness 30.5Å.

Abstract: In metal-insulator-silicon (MIS) structure, 100 Å Ta2O5 films are deposited on 1000 Å doped poly silicon as a bottom electrode layer, followed by 500 Å TiN metal as the top electrode [1]. The measured leakage currents as shown are either temperature dependent as the top electrode is negatively biased or temperature independent as the top electrode is positively biased. Therefore, the mechanism of current conduction is believed to be Fowler-Nordheim tunneling as the top electrode of the capacitor is positively biased. As for the top electrode is negatively biased, the temperature-dependent leakage currents satisfying reasonable arguments about dielectric constant suggest that the most probable conduction mechanism should be attributed to Poole-Frenkel emission.

Abstract: To solve the lot-streaming flow shop scheduling problem with the objective to minimize the total weighted earliness and tardiness, a hybrid discrete harmony search (HDHS) algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, an effective harmony memory initialization approach is presented,an initial solution in harmony memory is generated by means of the famous NEH heuristic. Secondly, the HDHS algorithm utilizes an effective improvisation mechanism to generate new harmonies represented by job permutations. Lastly, the insert neighborhood search and swap operator are designed and embedded in the algorithm to enhance the local exploitation.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed HDHS algorithms.

Abstract: China's economic and financial imbalances become increasingly prominent. The imbalances of financial credit are showed as follows: urban-rural imbalance, regional imbalance, state-owned and private business imbalance, virtual-real economy imbalance, and internal-external economic imbalance. The imbalanced financial credit has increased the risk of China's macro-economy, reducing the effectiveness of monetary policy control. Therefore, we should promote the balanced development of financial credit, and so as to promote the balanced economic growth.

Abstract: For some circumstances, it would be extremely dangerous to use direct human labor and then robots are often required to complete those tasks in this kind of environments. Unfortunately, computer control and intelligence are not sufficiently developed to permit the robots to fulfill these advanced technical tasks only by their own initiative. Tele-operation robot may be a good way for this problem. Robots will fulfill the given task at the real environment to avoid the possible harm to people and engineers will give out the proper instructions to robot in tele-operation mode. A type of manipulation robot will be introduced and key technologies will also be explained. It synthetically adopts wireless network video technology, photoelectric sensor technology and wireless Bluetooth technology. By this method, the operator can obtain even more information of the working environment, and the robot will also complete the dangerous task more effectively.
