Abstract: The continuous wavelet transform enables one to look at the evolution in the time frequency joint representation plane. This advantage makes it very suitable for the detection of singularity generated by localized defects in mechanical system. This gives a desirable ability to detect the singularity characteristic of a signal precisely. In this study, the impulse response wavelet time frequency joint representation is used in conjunction to detect and diagnose the bearing fault. The impulse response wavelet time frequency joint representation is found to show distinctive signatures in the presence of bearing inner race or outer race damage. The experimental results show that the impulse response wavelet time frequency representation can extract the transients from strong noise signals and can effectively diagnose bearing fault.

Abstract: Objective cost management and Activity-Based cost management are both more advanced cost management methods, but they are difficult to overcome their own shortcomings. In order to overcome the defects of these two methods of cost management, in the meanwhile, to find a new way to perfect the cost control system in enterprise, the writer planned to make this study. By analyzing and summarizing the domestic and international research results based on the integration of the Objective cost management and Activity-Based cost management, the writer pointed out the lack of current research and raised from the development, design, procurement, production and service to the full range of “Target-Operation” cost management, and designed three functional modules, including target cost estimate module, operation chain optimization module, cost breakdown and control module and auxiliary module to improve the model's content. This study offers a new way for the managers of enterprises in the field of cost control system and strengthening enterprise competitive power.

Abstract: Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) inspection is a common method for detecting inner corrosions of oil-gas pipelines; the Hall Effect element is the core sensor of MFL inspections. The Hall sensor is sensitive to temperature, so environmental changes will lead to output error of Hall sensors. In order to compensate for temperature errors of Hall sensors, a segment of oil-gas pipeline with diameter 6 inch was taken as a research object. A fusion model including 50 Hall sensors and 1 temperature sensor was built up, and a functional link artificial neural network optimized by the artificial immune algorithm was used to fuse the output data of the multiple sensors. The lab research results show that the artificial immune algorithm can improve training speed and precision of the functional link neural network; the model built up can compensate effectively for temperature errors of Hall sensors and under the conditions of changing temperature, the precision of magnetic flux inspections of pipelines to detect corrosions can be improved significantly.

Abstract: In the last few years, there is a significant growth in enterprise computing. In a typical large enterprise, more than thousands major application systems are logically interconnected to support enterprise’s business process. With the Internet technology grows explosively, most enterprise organizations adopt e-business strategy. Enterprises sometimes have to merge with other enterprise, reorganize their internal structure, and adopt new technologies and platform as they strive for competitive advantages. Enterprise application integration(EAI) provides enterprise with the option to leverage their existing systems and integrate them with new application to enhance functionality. Connector, which is a software component, is an essential layer in the EAI architecture. It provides connectivity between application and integration server.

Abstract: Geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) represents the geometric effect on the relationship between measurement error and positioning determination error. In the calculation of GDOP value, the maximum volume method does not guarantee the optimal selection of the four measurement units. The conventional method for calculating GDOP is to use matrix inversion to all subsets. In this paper, we employ GDOP using the matrix inversion method to select appropriate base stations (BSs) in cellular communication systems. The proposed BS selection criterion performs better than the random subsets of four or five BSs chosen from all seven BSs. The performances of MS location strongly depend on the relative position of the MS and BSs. Therefore, it is very important to select a subset with the most appropriate BSs rapidly and reasonably before positioning.

Abstract: To satisfy the real-time requirement of collision detection, we presented a dynamic collision detection algorithm based on bounding box-tree. The algorithm had a high detection rate through the establishment of multi-level priority policy when the objects were in the collision state or non-collision state. And it can provide the dynamic spatial and temporal information including collision parts, collision level and the relative speed. The algorithm well adapted to the needs of the dynamic collision detection, and experiments showed that the algorithm greatly improved the efficiency of detection

Abstract: Since the enrollment increase in China’s higher education from 1999, the gross admission rate in China’s colleges has yet reached 24.2% until 2010, and the number of examinees in art majors has also largely increased. The followed issue is the surged workload from exams for the professional courses in art majors. Particularly, the exams in performing art majors need multiple judges to score onsite, the final scores will be calculated by different rules, and then the total scores will be collectively calculated according to different percentages of various courses; and the workload of these tasks jump even more. Countering to the existing deficiencies in traditional manual calculations and computer simple data processing programs, and as well integrating multi-Agent application theories in computer software design, this paper proposes the multi-Agent-based art exam scoring system model and detailedly designs and analyzes the functions of various Agents in the system.

Abstract: With ever-changing and fast-changing in current business environment, traditional business process is more and more incapable to meet the demand to share information, visualize both high-level and detailed process data, track status and expedite business processes. To address these challenges, the visual workflow platform is introduced. As proven by an industrial case, the workflow platform can greatly help business units to improve work efficiency.

Abstract: Multiple factors are required to take into consideration when evaluating the performance of candidates. This paper formulates selecting partners for virtual enterprises as a multi-criteria analysis model, and presents an effective approach by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for solving the problem. A relatively complete database of indicators for different types of candidate is established first. AHP and entropy are simultaneously uesd to weight these indicators. An empirical example is conducted to illustrate the application of this model. The result shows that the approach can reflect the information emitted by the ratios used.

Abstract: Digital signature schemes allow a signer to transform any message into a signed message, such that anyone can verify the validity of the signed message using the signer’s public key, but only the signer can generate signed messages. A proxy re-signature, which is a type of digital signatures, has significant applications in many areas. Proxy signature scheme was first introduced by Blaze, Bleumer, and Strauss, but that scheme is inefficient and with limited features. After that, some Proxy re-signature schemes were proposed by researchers. This paper constructs a blind proxy re-signatures scheme. Comparing to the previous proxy re-signature schemes, the scheme adds a message blinded feature, and then the security of the scheme is proven.
