Abstract: The quality of rural residential building products related to the construction pace of new socialist countryside in China. In order to improve the products quality, the optimum index of target analysis is used here. Analyzed and established the evaluation hierarchical model for the rural residential building products, using the optimum index of target analysis to evaluate the quality of the product, the concrete steps is given with the examples, obtained the quantify the quality of evaluation value. Compared with the other evaluation methods, the evaluation of the optimum index of target analysis has the feature of Intuitive, simple, quantitative, precise, and has greater application value.

Abstract: By use of architectural technology theory and simulation software, several environment parameters of a plan of a residential district have been simulated. According to the results obtained, the initial plan of the residential district has been optimized to meet the relevant green building requirements.

Abstract: This paper investigates hardness, toughness and microstructures of A572 Gr.50 steel built-up box-section welds jointed by electroslag welding (ESW). The welding heat from ESW, for example, is considered one of the main factors reducing steel toughness and causing the connections to fracture. The result of the investigation indicates that the 25- and 50-mm plates have small difference in hardness, toughness and grain sizes. The A572 Gr.50 steel absorbs energy more than 105J, satisfying the code requirement of 27J at 0°C in the Charpy impact tests. However, the welding heat increases the size of coarse grain and hardness in the heat affected zone (HAZ), reducing the Charpy value to 14.9 J. The HAZ absorbs much less energy than the base material, and this difference is more significant in the weld of 50-mm plates. Based on the investigation, it can be suggested that to enhance the seismic performance of welded steel structures, not only the toughness of base material, but also welding heat need further controlling.

Abstract: The acoustic environment is an important part of ecological residential area environment. It is one of the important evaluation indexes of environmental quality. The paper has analyzed the elements of ecological residential area acoustic environment and proposed the evaluation standard of ecological residential area acoustic environment. It could lay a theoretical foundation for the ecological residential area acoustic environment design.

Abstract: Human activity has changed city physical and cultural environments, formed the different soundscape which could take unique identifier for each city. Jinan is famous for the springs. Taking Heihu spring as an example, the paper studied Jinan spring soundscape. Heihu spring soundscape includes spring water natural sound and social sound of people taking the spring water. The paper takes the combination method of subjective and objective as the study method. Using acoustic instruments, the objective physical properties of the Heihu spring sound were recorded and analyzed. At the same time, by collecting and analyzing a large number of questionnaires, the subjective evaluation was concluded. The paper provides reference for the study on soundscape of city.

Abstract: Function is the basic attribute of villages and the buildings, and is also the basic guidance for the protection and development. The functions have become multi-dimensional and complex as era changes, and the changes of functions inevitably result in the initiative adaptation and the adjustment of buildings and the environment space. It is an original perspective for the research on the interactions between the functions and spaces of traditional villages, also for the analysis on the development of traditional villages, to explain the social and cultural phenomena on the aspects of space introducing the method of functionalism. In this paper, the important buildings and the environment spaces are divided into four types, taking a case study in a traditional village in the south of Zhejiang Province in China. This paper puts forward the basic guidance that village protection and development must be combined with the functions of living, environment, tourism and historical culture and meets the multi-demands of the tourists by improving the human habitation quality, protecting the traditional scenes and integrating the historical cultures and landscape spatial structure.

Furthermore, through analyzing the four factors: natural environment, urban architecture environment, region civilization and technique, and discover the content and characteristic, grasp the connotation of urban context. Abstract: The objective of this paper is to develop commonsense knowledge modeling and reasoning for ambient intelligence. Urban plaza activity is set to be the theme in this paper. By collecting various activities and events of human beings in urban plaza, dependencies are further analyzed. In this research, the commonsense knowledge model of activities in urban leisure space is called “SmartCypin”. This paper presents a semantic network of commonsense knowledge that is useful in capturing human experience in ambient intelligence environments.

Abstract: This paper takes the planning scheme of Xinyang Greentown Estate in Mudanjing as an example and studies the modern theory of human settlements. Meanwhile, we start the plan with general plotting, designing and planning, and architectural design. We also focus on creating humanized living environment, the harmony between commercial and residential buildings, and the separation of noise and silence. Then we use Air-pak to simulate the wind environment after the completion of it, and it fills the blanks of wind environment research of estate planning. Under the guiding principle of “people oriented”, the target of estate planning is to establish the mechanism which makes different functions of the estate run-in synchronism. In order to build a civilized, comfortable and healthy estate, it is necessary to follow the guidance of sustainable development strategy to meet people's increasing material and spiritual needs. Along with China’s economy development and the improvement of people’s living standard, people’s environmental awareness is becoming stronger and stronger, and the requirements of living environment is becoming higher and higher. After meeting with the basic material needs, people will begin to pursue a higher level of spiritual needs. Which embodied in residence is that the initial pursuit of shelter gradually transforms into the pursuit of a higher level of ownership, respect and value realization. Today high-quality living environment is the noble pursuit of modern living, and estate planning is directly related to the quality of living environment. This paper takes the planning scheme of Xinyang Greentown Estate in Mudanjing as an example and conducts some initial research on the improvement of the quality of living environment in various aspects.

Abstract: The influence of digital technique to construction industry has become more and more great. Current digital technique has transformed from the stage of “Computer-aided Drawing” to the stage of “Computer-aided Design and Analysis”. In recent years, along with the statement of construction information model and life cycle management of construction engineering concept, the digital technique penetrated the entire process of building program from project design, expand at the beginning of design, construction drawing design to the construction. The development and appliance of digital technique in construction industry were summarized. The digital technique’s development in future construction industry was also forecasted.
