Abstract: In order to prolong the life of steel worm pair used in track tension adjuster, a test method was designed to evaluate the effect of hardness on the fretting wear behavior of steel worm gear on a SRVⅣoscillating friction and wear tester. Through this method the fretting wear behavior of 40CrNiMoA steel-18Cr2Ni4WA steel with different hardness matching was studied under dry sliding condition at room temperature. The results show that in the steel worm gear pair composed of 40CrNiMoA steel and 18Cr2Ni4WA steel, the fretting wear volume loss of 40CrNiMoA steel decreased and that of the 18Cr2Ni4WA steel worm material increased with the hardness of 40CrNiMoA steel increasing. When the hardness of 40CrNiMoA steel is about HRC49, fretting wear volumes of the worm specimen was equal to that of the worm wheel specimen. Based on the experimental results, reasonable hardness matching for prolonging the life of steel worm pair used in track tension adjuster was proposed.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of VE theory and energy-saving features of the project, the paper proposes an improved VE application model for existing public buildings energy-saving renovation. It introduces the time factor and expands the "function" extension to study the value optimization problem with a broader vision on the basis of the original theory. Considering from the comprehensive benefits of energy saving renovation, it builds a comprehensive evaluation indicator system by using AHP and further establishes an improved VE application model to evaluate the renovation programs to realize value optimization. Finally, empirical analysis is presented to verify the feasibility and scientific.

Abstract: In this paper, the research focus on NC process information integration methods based on database and process information extraction from macro files of heterogeneous commercial CAM platforms. First, analyzed the macro file characteristics of studied CAM system to build heterogeneous systems variables mapping table and establish standard macro file for each studied CAM systems; Second, designed macro file self-learning mechanism based on characteristics of the macro file, extracted implicit process information in macro files and saved to build General process Database; Finally, used the General process Database and the standard macro files to generate target macro files to achieve automatic programming. The process Information integration method in this research improved the efficiency and processing quality of NC machining, and made excellent process experience well inheritance and reuse.

Abstract: Nowadays the profile of integral shaped milling cutter is designed by diagram method. This method is low efficiency and bad precision. This paper deals with the application of conjugate surface theory to the profile design of integral shaped milling cutter. According to the structural characteristics of integral shaped milling cutter, the method for design of cutter profile to wood workpiece is investigated by use of conjugate surface theory. In the present study, the curve equations for integral shaped milling cutter profile are put forward, based on principles of coordinate transformation, mill cut mechanics and conjugate surface theory of differential geometry.

Abstract: This paper studies on the design methods and key technologies of the system of rolling mill equipments management based on Web, in accordance with the the practical needs. This system adopted B/S as its structure, while developing software for rolling mill equipments management on the platform of Microsoft Visual Studio.NET. The system uses a three-tier hierarchical structure: User layer, Web Server layer and Database server layer. User layer refers to the user through the browser to complete the system remote services and information sharing. Web server layer is the link to contact the browser and the database, and used to store system function modular and application program. Database server layer is mainly used to store various data required for the system after being put into practice for a period, the efficiency of maintenance and management of rolling mill equipments has been increased obviously, thus the method can be used in the maintenance of rolling mill equipments.

Abstract: As people’s life quality rise continuously, the fitness industry has developed fast. At present, people mainly focus on the improvement and research of fitness bike’s comfort and security, not on the movement manner. Thus it causes the movement process to be drab and boring, which has negative effect on the exercise. Therefore, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology developed a new kind of multifunctional interactive fitness bike. Its characteristic is that both hands and feet can driver it independently, which can add different movement manners. This paper mainly aims at designing a new kind of resistance automatic adjustment system according to its unique drive mode. This system can make the rider obtain smooth and comfortable feel. At last, through the manufacturing and debugging of the prototype of fitness bike, we know this scheme is feasible.

Abstract: With the gradual complication of micro devices, the poor manufacturability of product becomes a bottleneck. In this paper, we discuss the optimal design method that involves the model restriction, model revising and cooperative design management. Firstly, the design rules checking for the original model is introduced, which constrains the 3D models into an appropriate form to satisfy the manufacturing requirements. Then, the informational description of micro device involves two levels. The device level modeling focuses on geometric information, while the process level modeling works at manufacturability. Based on the two level models, the model revising procedure is performed in cooperative design environment. Furthermore, a polysilicon electro-thermal actuator is used to illustrate the cooperative optimal design approach.

Abstract: Through the discussion of the design studies of the injection system belongs to the device of bearing strengthening and polishing, a design of jet and recycling integrated system for the abrasive materials is proposed, during which the defect of traditional injection device is overcomed, the periodic duty of the strengthen strengthening and polishing material injection is achieved, and the bearing strengthening and polishing efficiency is greatly raised, the structural design and the calculation of essential parameter of the injection movement are also given .

Abstract: In this paper, there are two kinds of material (cermet and cemented carbide) to be used. Different grinding conditions were performed for evaluation of RMS of acoustic emission(AE) signals and understanding the effect of each grinding parameter on AE RMS during grinding process. A kind of on-line monitoring method based on wavelet analysis and acoustic emission was raised and the nonlinear relation model between AE RMS,wavelet energy coefficients and wheel passivation state was built. During the process,the wavelet analysis method was used to decompose the original signals for extracting wavelet energy coefficients. The results of experiments indicates that AE RMS increases with increasing table speed;The corresponding relation between AE RMS and table speed is good and could take the table speed as the main parameter for studying wheel passivation state. As a result, the nonlinear relation model can monitor the wheel passivation degree on-line accurately through training. This provides a kind of viable method which has very high practical value for confirming the wheel dressing cycle.
