Abstract: Based on the project construction and investment feature of the Downstream of Yellow River, the structures were divided into flood control dike, water diversion, irrigation and water saving, soil erosion conservation and ecological projects, river mouth management and development and water resources information. Using fuzzy and decision making analysis theory and project planning investigation data, the different project weights were calculated and fuzzy ideal point model was set up. According to administrative region, the total area of the downstream of the Yellow River was divided as 14 sub-regions. Using the model to solve the project construction sequence, the sequence scheme of the water project construction was achieved. The results have an important significance for the different water projects construction of the downstream of the Yellow River.

Abstract: The prisoner’s dilemma is applied to make the new game model between Xi’an and Xian Yang from Game Theory angle of view. In this new model, the profits inequality is taken into account when both sides face the same strategic option, which can make the model to approach more actual situations. The prisoner’s dilemma is the main handicap. Furthermore, the author built the interpretation framework of the two cities’ integration on the basis of the Game Theory and the inspirations of the European Union benefits gained by its members.
Abstract: It is the important impulse for regional economical growth and coordination that city participates in the regional role and competition. The competition ability of city is based on wide hinterland development and city region coordination. In this paper, the authors address the planning thinking in city region perspective, and take Wusu as a case study. The development conditions of Wusu are analyzed and evaluated, and the development advantages of Wusu are compared with other areas in city region perspective. Then the concept towards the new integrated planning based on the regional coordination and working-in-existing plans system is put forward.
Abstract: As one of the most effective ways to create the urban scene, urban color planning was once a hot spot in the planning industry in the past years. However, the implementation of the planning always ended up with nothing or fails to come up to the expectation. This paper analyzes profoundly the reasons for the failure of current urban color planning in our country, and puts forward several aspects to be focused for the practical urban color planning from nature of the urban color and complexity of the problems existed in the urban color planning.
Abstract: The scientific view of development with the emphasis on entirety, balance, coordination and innovation is our guideline for transform development of resource-based cites. But it is an important and frontier issue to carry out the mode of scientific outlook of development, as to achieve total transformation including ecology, economy, society. Based on new background of the times, the author systematically summarizes main problems of resource-based cities, then brings up the main transformation paths and many countermeasures accordingly under the background of urban-rural planning, as to come up with references and suggestions.
Abstract: The dissertation analyzed Architecture of Yan’an revolutionary from 30 years to 40 years in 20 Centuries architecturally. Based on the investigation on site and analysis of relative literatures, the paper acquired feature of Yan’an Architecture. The feature played a significant role on protecting the History、Art and Scientific value of Yan’an during the revolutionary period. Yan’an is not only the foothold of Chinese revolution but also the jumping-off place of Chinese revolution. It is also the import historical turning point of Chinese revolution. Yan’an, as a halidom of Chinese revolution, is a famous city because of historical contribution on the Chinese revolution. Lots of revolutionary site is representation of Heroism Spirit and Yan’an Spirit and spirit treasure of Chinese Communist and Chinese people. Centuries-old history and great contribution of Chinese Revolutionary history decided that cultural site of Yan’an must be plentiful and not be replaced. In conclusion, the red base building from 30 years to 40 years in 20 century in Yan'an has significant meaning of its history, culture, development and continuation. The red base building in Yan’an area has also become a major architectural feature and plays an important role nowadays . We should protect them better.
Abstract: Determination of the overall spatial form of a residential area, which includes aspects such as building arrangement and site planning, is the primary step of residential area planning, and an important factor of formation of characteristics of the residential area. This paper analyzes the environmental factors that influence the spatial form of residential areas in sustainable residential area planning in China. The factors discussed involve aspects of the original eco-resources, building arrangement, greenery system, landscape and open space in the residential area. Through a comprehensive analysis of the factors presented above, the formation of the overall spatial form of residential areas can be effectively guided.
Abstract: For a long time, planners get used to apply qualitative analysis and subjective knowledge to define urban green space system. Lacking support of quantitative analysis, the incomplete inventory will result in subjective evaluation, low pertinence. And the required depth and level for planning will not be strong enough. This study strives for introduce ecological suitability evaluation to urban green space system, derives the supporting theory, framework, and evaluation model. By using GIS, Luancheng green space system is generated based on the ecological suitability analysis. Also, this study shows that green space system planning is more operational and reliable based on ecological suitability evaluation.
Abstract: In this paper, we propose a GIS-based method that combines factor analysis and cluster analysis to quantitatively classify neighborhoods type for Zhangshan City, China. First, the possible measures for neighborhood type classification are reviewed. Then, ten measures are chosen for the case study. Factor analysis is adopted to generate five major factors and cluster analysis is used to identify six neighborhood types.
