Abstract: Purification effects of riparian wetland in a natural state on pollutants are unstable and are always influenced by hydrology, climate, and extent of wetlands development. For this reason, study of the role of the purification function of riparian wetland in a natural state is ongoing. In this study, with the Kouma section of the Yellow River wetlands as the study area, using the field experiment method and the 15N enriched technique, the agricultural non-point nitrogen pollution control function of Phragmites communis Trin in riparian wetlands was studied. Artificial runoff events enabled the collection of a temporal and spatial array of samples within the wetland so that the plume of runoff water moving through the wetland could be traced and its attenuation determined.

Abstract: Lactic wastewater is a refractory high-concentration organic wastewater,and its treatment efficiency with traditional anaerobic processes is not high.The internal circulation(IC) reactor was used to treat this wastewater.It was successfully started up by taking measures including inoculating granular sludge,controlling the influent concentration,flow rate,VFA and temperature. The operation results show that IC reactor has high treatment efficiency and stable operation in treatment of lactic wastewater, and the removal rate of COD can reach 80%, thus reducing the treatment loads of subsequent aerobic processes, and ensuring that the effluent from the whole wastewater treatment system reaches second level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).The biogas produced in the IC reactor can be used for heating the raw wastewater.

Abstract: This paper describes the basic characteristics of the ecological floating island, the improvement and innovation in the construction method of the new eco-floating island and the basic basis of the configuration and choice of plants, as well as outlooks the development trend of the island. It has some inspiration on the design and application of new eco-floating island.

Abstract: Objective: Explore the practice and application of safety care management and quality management at work. Methods:Establish and improve the nursing management system, safety assurance and quality improvement through the development of clinical nursing assessment standards, supervision, inspection and evaluation of the hospital based nursing quality management to ensure the compliance of the basic quality indicators; raised the nursing quality,to improve with the basic pattern,we prefer both the long and short-term goals, implement and guide the nursing quality, to improve project implementation, quality management training and assessment. Results: Through the implementation of the management of nursing safety and nursing quality, hospital comprehensive nursing quality and service satisfaction has increased significantly. Conclusion: Implementation of nursing safety management and nursing quality management, which ensure the nursing quality of hospital-wide surveillance, improvement and implementation of nursing quality and service satisfaction improved to play a positive role in promoting. Through increased management, nursing quality management more standardized and institutionalized procedures, and enhanced the quality of nurses' awareness and sense of competition, play an enhanced role in the promotion of the service concept of "patient-centered", improve the nursing comprehensive quality, and create a safe and comfortable medical and rehabilitation environment.

Abstract: A growing number of organizations around the world are considering the implementation of radio frequency identification (RFID) systems to improve their business and operations processes in project management of the environment friendly industry. Environment friendly industry attempts to effectively obtain real-time information and enhance dynamic control and management via information sharing and analysis from involved participants to effective production and reduce conflicts. RFID technology is used in a great number of possible applications, like product tracking, animal identification, inventory systems and others. The paper (born from the authors’ experience on the field) introduces a new methodological framework in order to face the feasibility study for the application of the RFID technology, illustrating two cases in the environment friendly industry that today have exceeded the experimentation phase.

Abstract: A major activity in the journey towards lean is the effective management of the flow of products and services through the series of the activities involved in providing value to the customer, known as the value stream. Value Stream Mapping is one of the best tools to map complex production processes to identify activities and eliminated the waste. Researches show however non-linear complex systems cannot be dealt with effectively by simply using VSM. As a decision analysis technique, Bayesian Casual networkping solving cases under uncertainty. This paper aims to combine two methods in order to improve efficiency of non-linear production and service systems. Hence, the process complexity will be handled by the casual networks and the results are fed into the VSM, in order to identify the critical paths. By simplifying the complex processes will this study contribute to analysis of the lean Production and service systems.

Abstract: This paper designs a comprehensive evaluation system of environmental performance fitting for the silicon production enterprise, and uses the entropy and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess and analyze the environmental performance of a silicon production enterprise A. Finally we find that A’s environmental performance is worse, and then on put forward some suggestions that may help to improve the enterprise’s environmental performance.

Abstract: Jiuzhaigou scenic spot (Jiuzhaigou) is an ecological and economic system. The constraints and feedbacks between the economic subsystem and environmental subsystem are very important to the sustainable development. To study this system, the paper creates the system dynamics model about the constraints and feedbacks between economic subsystem and environmental subsystem. The model is made of one growth positive feedback loop of tourism development and two confine positive feedback loops of space constraint and pollution constraint. Then the paper brings up sustainable development management policies in Jiuzhaigou.

Abstract: Based on projection pursuit principle, a projection pursuit dynamic cluster (PPDC) model is developed, which is used in eco-environmental quality assessment for the first time in this paper. A new projection index is constructed based on dynamic cluster in the PPDC model. There is no parameter calibration in the PPDC model, which may lead to do an objective assessment. A case study of eco-environmental quality assessment of China is given at last. The results show the PPDC model is reasonable and easy to operate in practice, which is a new method for eco-environmental quality assessment.

Abstract: Reserve system is a far from equilibrium nonlinear complex systems, and paradigms that make use of linear scientific is difficult to grasp its essence. Based on the basic characteristics of nature reserve systems, utilize ultra-entropy production model, revealing the reserve system evolution, provide a scientific basis to the natural reserve tourism development and the harmony management of the ecological and environmental protection.
