Abstract: For the explosion of information in the World Wide Web, this paper proposed a new method of query-focused multi-documents summarization using genetic algorithm, search engine are used to extract relevant documents, genetic algorithm is used to extract the sentences to form a summary, and it is based on a fitness function formed by three factors: query-focused feature, importance feature, and non-redundancy feature. Experimental result shows that the proposed summarization method can improve the performance of summary, genetic algorithm is efficient.

Abstract: This paper presents an alternative and efficient method for solving the optimal control of manufacturing systems. Three different inertia factor, a constant inertia factor (CIF), time-varying inertia factor (TVIF), and global-local best inertia factor (GLbestIF), are considered with the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm to analyze the impact of inertia factor on the performance of PSO algorithm. The PSO algorithm is simulated individually with the three inertia factor separately to compute the optimal control of the manufacturing system, and it is observed that the PSO with the proposed inertia factor yields better resultin terms of both optimal solution and faster convergence. Several statistical analyses are carried out from which can be concluded that the proposed method is superior to all the other methods considered in this paper.

Abstract: A novel Ant Colony Optimization algorithm based on Quantum mechanism for Multi-objective traveling salesman problem (MQACO) is proposed. To improve algorithm performance we use self-adaptive operator, namely in prophase we use higher probability to explore more search space and to collect useful global information; otherwise in anaphase we use higher probability to accelerate convergence. We analyze the technology to improve algorithm performance. Self-adaptive algorithm has advantages in terms of the adaptability; reliability and the learning ability over traditional organizing algorithm. TSP benchmark instances Chn144 results demonstrate the superiority of MQACO by different parameter in this paper.

Abstract: In order to study the surface characteristics of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement, the measurement mechanism of surface texture depth was analyzed by using digital image technique. Based on the principle of least square and Table curve 3D software, two-dimensional digital image of road surface was reconstructed into three-dimensional space surface and a method of evaluating and measuring pavement surface texture depth was put forward. With this method, digital image samples were calculated and the results were compared with the results of conventional measurement method. The results indicate that exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement has excellent road characteristics; there is a good correlation between the digital image technique and the traditional sand patch method and the relative error is less than 7 percent. Thus, the digital image technique is feasible in evaluating and measuring pavement surface texture depth.

Abstract: Dyadic interaction between a single project and an individual stakeholder has largely been the focus of research. But an increasing number of projects, in essence, are a multi-organization social network system. Study on the project governance social networks will be helpful to visualize and understand the project governance structure and governance strategy selection in specific condition. Therefore, we try to study methods to draw the social networks in project governance, discuss the configuration of the networks, and analyze the relationship between social network structures and stakeholders’ strategies.

Abstract: Cryo-electron microscopy (CryoEM) is a very important method for studying the structures of macromolecules. Structure fitting is one of the key problems in CryoEM technique. We propose a novel structure fitting method for automatic alignment of the atomic model and CryoEM density map. Based on the domain knowledge, 3D density map is presented by local maximum points. And the atomic model is presented by atoms with high density value. According to characteristic of CryoEM density map, these atoms must correspond to one of the local maximum, then employ absolute orientation algorithm to calculate the rotation matrix and transfer vector. To show the efficiency of our method, we apply the algorithm on two pairs of test data.

Abstract: Synthetic aperture radar seeker (SARS) is the extension in the field of the synthetic aperture technology, and now has become a hot spot in the research and development of radar seeker. In this paper we summarized the research of the SARS related system and imaging guidance related technology. We analyzed the way of long range ballistic missile using matched guidance at the front stage of ballistic trajectory and using target search guidance at the end of ballistic trajectory. Finally we prospect the direction of SARS development.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a methodology for analysis of composition variation of MSWI fly ash during heating process. This work performed analysis of elementary and chemical component variation as a function of temperature, by means of XRF and ICP. It is found that fly ash registers a SiO2–Al2O3–metal oxides system and its content of glass phases is around 57% which is conducive to reduction of energy consumption in its recycling process. Content of crystal phases first increases between room temperature and 800°C and then decreases between 800°C and 1300°C, while that of glass phases registers a reverse trend.

Abstract: Nowadays open and distributed Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) systems are faced with security challenges due to large numbers of cooperative users, and a mass of valued data resources need to be protected against unauthorized usage, disseminations and share. To this end, role-based collaboration framework and access control approaches have been a focus in recent years, but there lack of a holistic and comprehensive model and visual modeling. We proposed and formalized a CSCW-enabling access control model integrating generic centralized authorization and distributed authority delegation, called IACM (Integrated Access Control Model) for CSCW, based on the cooperative roles and their owned activities. And then, the visual modeling was represented with static and dynamic characteristics, with a goal to narrow the gap of the formalized model and application level. Finally, an application in the collaboration system for equipments manufacture designing was implemented to improve security of the role-based centralized authorization management by using the authorization constraint rules, and to enhance the collaborative capability based on the user-side delegation mechanism, effectively guaranteeing CSCW system security and authorization management efficiency.

Abstract: Discontinuous curve fitting is the task of finding a suitable function which is best fitting to a given set of data points. Once the expression forms of function and of error are determined, curve fitting is regarded as an optimization problem. In this paper, a measurement method is proposed to optimize curve fitting problem. The proposed method is based on genetic algorithm, namely GAOCF (GA based Optimizer for Curve Fitting). The main advantage is that the proposed GA based method can skip the local optimum solutions, and find out better solution in a huge searching space. Consequently, some arc data will be used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the GA based measurement method proposed in this paper.
