Abstract: Based on the analysis of current zip code, this article put forward a new encoding algorithm of the address tree - the largest matching algorithm. This algorithm combines the characteristics of the address tree, considering the uniqueness of the address tree, raises a best matching theory, and taking into the matching speed of the address tree, brings in the associate floors of the node of the address tree to improve the efficiency of the match. Because of the change of the address tree, the address tree’s thesaurus in order to timely update its information, increase unknown node by intelligent means automatically.

Abstract: Domain ontology introduces a new theory and method for information retrieval. In this paper, we analyze the deficiencies of traditional information retrieval and explore the relationship between domain ontology and information retrieval, as well as the basic design ideas of information retrieval based on domain ontology. Finally we present a domain ontology-based intelligent information retrieval system, so that the information retrieval can be promoted from the keyword level to the semantic level. With the rapid development of the national economy and the growth of information resources, traditional methods relying on the browser, database fields, keyword matching, or even manual retrieval query has become increasingly difficult to meet people's information retrieval needs. How to quickly and accurately identify the needed information resources has become a urgent question in front of us. Information retrieval is a technology which can find out the relevant information the user needs from a collection of large amounts of information. It has experienced manual retrieval, computer retrieval stage, now it has developed to the network and intelligent stage. The objects of information retrieval extend from a relative closed, stable and consistent, centrally managed information content by an independent database to an open, dynamic, quickly update, widely distributed, and loosely managed web content; the users of information retrieval also spread from professional intelligence agent to the common including government officials, businessmen, managers, teachers, students, professionals, etc. They ask for the higher and more diverse requirements from the results to the manner of information retrieval. Adapting to the need for network, intelligence and personalization is a new trend of information retrieval technology.

Abstract: A new Billing system for Integrated Services Customer Premises Network is proposed, which supports the requirement of rating for integrated services of CPN, including TV Service, Internet Service, IP Phone Service, Video Meeting Service. The topology of CPN and the structure of the billing system are introduced, and then the video surveillance access service’s info protocol and the flow of IP phone access service are given. The billing system supports multiple access protocol, such as RADIUS, Diameter, NetFlow, SNMP, PPPOE.

Abstract: Many errors including radial error influence the accuracy of simulation turntable, which is a crucial equipment in hardware-in-the-loop simulation system. The aim of this paper is to propose a new method of radial error motion separation of rotating spindle on a simulation turntable. Based on transformation matrix and small angle approximation, gesture transformation matrix with various error items is achieved. As a result of this analysis, form errors of master ball are corrected and the eccentricity from the rotation error of a spindle is separated. This radial error analysis is carried out when this measurement result is applied to a simulation turntable. Furthermore, this study also permits the user to know how to minimize some error sources of the spindle system.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a class of vector-valued wavelet packets of space , which are generalizations of multivariate wavelet packets. A procedure for constructing a class of biorthogonal vector-valued wavelet packets in higher dimensions is presented and their biorthogonality properties are characterized by virtue of matrix theory, time-frequency analysis method, and operator theory. Three biorthogonality formulas regarding these wavelet packets are derived. Moreover, it is shown how to gain new Riesz bases of space from these wavelet packets.

Abstract: In this work, the notion of vector-valued multiresolution analysis and biort- ogonal vector–valued wavelets is introduced. The existence of finitely supported biorthogonal vector-valued wavelets associated with a pair of biorthogonal finitely supported vector-valued scaling functions is investigated. A new method for construc- -ting a class of biorthogonal finitely supported vector-valued wavelet functions is presented by using multiresolution analysis and matrix theory. A sufficient condition for the existence of multiple pseudoframes for subspaces is derived

Abstract: Vast amount of bioinformation immerged in the past, HapMap Project had genotyped more than 3.1 million Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) information by 2007, a prediction equation based on SNPs was derived to calculate genomic breeding values. However, the simple mathematical function could not reflect the complex relation between genome and phenotypes. Unlike the methods of regression, artificial neural networks could perform well for optimization in complex non-linear systems; artificial neural networks have not been used to calculate genomic breeding values. In this paper, back-propagation neural network is used to simulate and predict the genomic breeding values or polygenic genotype value, and the different numbers of gene loci and hidden neurons were used to discuss the influence of the learning rate on estimating the polygenic genotype value. The result showed normalization was very important for training prediction model. After phenotype value normalized, optimum neural network for estimating the animal phenotype could be established without considering the gene number, but the optimum neural network should be selected from amount of neuronal networks with different hidden neuron number. No matter what the gene number is, as well as the number of hidden neurons is right, BP networks could be used to predict the animal phenotypes.

Abstract: Recently, largescale, high-density single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker information has become available. However, the simple relation was not enough for describing the relation between markers and genotype value, and the genetic diversity should be carefully monitored as genomic selection for quantitative traits as a routine technology for animal genetic improvement. In this paper, back-propagation neural network is used to simulate and predict the genotype values, and the different gene effects were used to discuss the influences on estimating the polygenic genotype value. The results showed that after phenotype value being normalized, optimization network could be established for predicting the phenotype value without fearing that the gene effect is too large. If the number of hidden neurons is large enough, the stability of back-propagation artificial neural network established for predicting phenotype value is very well. the gene effect could not affected the precise of optimum neural network for estimating the animal phenotype, the optimum neural network could be selected for predicting the phenotype values of quantitative traits controlled by genes with small or large effects.

Abstract: Workflow technologies are becoming pervasive in the area of space. They enable the execution of space business processes in distributed and ubiquitous computing environments. However, there are some problems such as cross-platform workflow which need to be solved urgently in space test and launch. Aiming at enhancing the efficiency of space test and launch, the distributed workflow engine model of the space test and launch based on JMX was designed. And the workflow engine routing control algorithm was proposed. At last, the performance of the workflow engine system was analyzed. The model was applied in a launch base successfully. The actual operation tests show that: the proposed design model was rational and effective. It enabled changing the engine process dynamically and enhancing the flexibility of the engine system. Furthermore, it enabled setting workflow engines according to the task and application of the test and launch departments. The performance and efficiency of the space test and launch system was improved greatly.
