Abstract: The conflict between accuracy and speed is one of the most well-known dilemmas of the real-time defect detecting system. This paper presents a real-time defect detecting algorithm based on Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA). KPCA-based feature extraction have recently shown to be very effective for image denoising, however the Normal KPCA method is time-consuming. In our method, we propose a progressive algorithm to speed up the reconstruct process while improve accuracy. Experimental results demonstrate that our method is dramatically better than Normal KPCA Pre-image method in terms of speed and performance.

Abstract: This paper has an analysis on actions of traffic throughput and traffic overload management based on a new intelligent controller for industrial Ethernet: ICIE (Intelligent Controller for Industrial Ethernet). It proposed a new mechanism to minimize the congestion which is based on the taking an adaptive decision during transferring multicast messages. It also focuses on the actions analysis on traffic throughput to achieve and improve the traffic throughput goal. It has a further discussion on four conditions of traffic management: detection of traffic overload, measures to be taken to avoid traffic overload, traffic overload behavior, traffic overload recovery. It is through the external devices solicitation of join messages that allow the ICIE component to correctly decipher on which ports the downstream listeners are connected.

Abstract: Traffic noise pollution does great harm to human health and brings huge damage to environment. This paper is aimed specifically at the issue of traffic noise pollution and its hazards, introducing three major types of noise pollution, exploring the causes for traffic noise pollution, and puts forward feasible prevention and treatment as countermeasures by analyzing the characteristics of each particular type of noise pollution to achieve a more healthy and sustainable transportation system.

Abstract: In order to verify whether a new kind heat pipe heat sink can meet the requirement of high energy chip cooling or not, an experiment was conducted under heating and cooling process with a constant airflow rate. The transient heat exchange rate and transient temperature response of four thermocouples mounted on the upwind surface of the heat sink condenser were obtained. Results show that heat resistance decreases with increase in heat transfer rate under heating process, and the heat resistance is about 0.22K/W with the airflow rate 40m3/h. The transient temperature response is also analyzed with theory.

Abstract: Along with the power electronic technology constantly to high frequency change, miniaturization, direction, switching power supply the electromagnetic compatibility problems appeared more and more important. This paper mainly analyses the switch power electromagnetic interference source and the coupling channels, and with half a bridge type switch power converter for example analyses of switch power supply conducted interference. On the basis of existing circuit model, calculates and analyzes the an active filter, thus for suppression of switch power supply conducted interference provide theoretical basis.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons which cause the interferences between TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA systems and studies the types of interferences between the two systems in the same area. It gets the additional isolation requirements of coexistence and co-location of TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA base stations with deterministic method which bases on the minimum coupling loss. At last, some proposals for solving the interferences are given.

Abstract: As an irreversible viscosity reduction way, catalytic aquathermolysis of heavy oil is given close attention by scholars at home and abroad, and a high content of asphaltene in heavy oil is the major cause for the high viscosity of heavy oil. Through the use of IR spectrum and TG-DTA, this paper analyzes the asphaltene structure and thermal analysis before and after the catalytic aquathermolysis reaction, and the result shows some changes in the heavy component structure in the asphaltene after the reaction, a reduction in some unsaturated structures, an increase in saturated structures, a reduction in long-chain structures, an increase in short-chain structures, and an increase in light components. Thermal analysis shows that part of the asphaltenes can be converted into alkane soluble substance. The catalyst acts on the heteroatoms in asphaltenes, which partly changes the asphaltene structure and makes it cracked to some extent, so as to lead to the lower viscosity of heavy oil.

Abstract: Network services located by Object Name Service (ONS) can associate Electronic Product Code (EPC) of Internet of Things with related Web sites or other Internet resources. Based on depth analysis on ONS parse rules, the paper compared ONS parsing rule based on format string and ONS parsing rule based on Naming Authority Pointer (NAPTR) record and introduced concept of aggregation to improve ONS parsing rules, and then presented a kind of ONS parsing method based on address aggregation. The application example of this method proves its operability.

Abstract: TD-SCDMA communication platform based on concept of cloud computing is the natural trend of mobile communication development. Based on introduction of related concept of cloud and TD-SCDMA communication platform, the paper combined TD-SCDMA wireless communication network platform and cloud computing and designed wireless communication network download system under this concept. The communication manage module of system completes signaling transmission, data transmission control and monitoring. The Flash module block manage memory chip. Data block multi-threaded simultaneous downloads, combining with high-level protocol stack module, and the network data backup as well as wireless download transmission was implemented based on concept of cloud computing. System stability and efficiency has been proved in the platform development process.
