Abstract: Injection molding is widely used to produce a variety of parts, from the smallest component to entire body panels of cars. It has some advantages, including high production rates, repeatable high tolerances, ability to use a wide range of materials, low labour cost and minimal scrap loss. As a case, the paper introduced the application of MoldFlow software in injection molding development of the mobile telephone frame. Best gate location was obtained. The numerical simulation provided scientific and valuable injection process information. At last, a multi-cavity injection mold for mobile telephone frame was designed, and the NC machining of the mold core was programmed by UG NX software.

Abstract: Drawing process is an important technology in shaping products. In the paper, the geometric surfaces of tools and sheet were modeled by Pro/E software, and a 3D finite element model of the cylindrical drawing process was developed by DYNAFORM. Numerical simulation results showed the distribution of stress, strain and thickness. FLD showed no material was in crack area and risk crack area. The drawing process could be successfully completed in one stroke. The simulation results were helpful for the die design.

Abstract: The problem of reliable guaranteed cost control with state feedback is discussed for a class of T-S fuzzy large-scale system with actuator failures. The sufficient condition of the existence of reliable guaranteed cost controller is put forward and the upper bound of the performance for the system is given. The reliable guaranteed cost controller is designed by a convex optimization method with linear matrix inequality constraints, which minimizes the cost upper bound of the closed-loop system.

Abstract: Springback is the main defect in ultra high strength steel roll forming. It can be reduced or eliminated by manipulating a suitable parameters, such as, roller corner radius and overbending angles. But it is difficult to attain the optimum parameters during roll forming. This paper deals with the optimization of roll forming parameters in order to compensate the springback, a new optimization algorithm integrating the finite element method (FEM) and adaptive response surface methodology (RSM) is presented. Finally, The springback benchmark of U-profiled section roll forming has been utilized to validate the method, and good results of springback elimination have been obtained.

Abstract: This paper presents one mobile phone product mechanical architecture design. This phone was already launched to market and get very good feedback and volume. For one mobile phone mechanical architecture design, it must be consisted of some processes such as phone specification definition, key components selection, architecture concepts creation then concept selection and concepts verification etc. This document explains and demonstrators how to get this phone’s final optimized and mature architecture according to product design and development process.

Abstract: In this paper, two modeling methods, the forming method and the generating method, for hypoid gears with two kinds of transmission ratio are discussed by simulating the actual machining process. In the generating modeling method, the tooth profile of the gear is generated by boolean algorithm step by step after creating the models of the gear blank and the cutter and then rotating around their own axis by certain degrees until the cutter is outside the gear blank completely. In contrast with the generating modeling method, the tooth profile is formed by carrying out the boolean algorithm for one time after creating the models of the gear blank and cutter seperately in the forming modeling method. Then using feature instance, all the teeth are created both in the generating modeling method and in the forming modeling method. Using the two modeling methods given in this paper, the modeling process can be shortened and the modeling precision can be improved.

Abstract: With the method of FEA (finite element analysis), the distribution of temperature field in sense organ at different arrangements of hot-resistances and different accelerations, were obtained by building the three-dimensional model of airflow acceleration sensor’s sense organ. The results are asfollows: When the acceleration is not same, the temperature field distribution near the wires is different; The difference of temperature of 2 symmetry detection thermistors ΔT has also changed. If not beyond the measurement range, The more close to the heat flow center, the greater temperature difference between the two hot-resistances,and the greater output of voltage.

Abstract: Input-Queued switching fabrics are widely used in high speed network switches for their scalability. However, a scheduling algorithm must be elaborative designed for input-queued switches to get high throughput. The randomized algorithms are attractive in kinds of scheduling algorithms for their low complexity and well performance. In this paper, a fluid model is introduced to analyze the rate stability of switching systems with randomized schedulers. By this method, we proved that the randomized scheduling algorithm can achieve 100% throughput under any admissible traffics which satisfy the strong law of large numbers (SLLN).

Abstract: At present, the research for the cultivation pattern of compound informationization innovative undertaking talented person is still under explored at home and abroad. Though its form and way are various, it is far from the demand the society to the compound talents. So, there must be a adjustment to the talents ‘cultivation pattern, and attach importance to the cultivation pattern’s study in theory and practice.

Abstract: A photoelectric hybrid coupling current transformer has a lot of obvious advantages over a traditional electromagnetic current transformer. It is very valuable in practical application for the electricity protection and signal measurement of power system. This paper will introduce the design of a new type of Rogowski coil, integral and filter circuit, the realization of A / D timing and Manchester decoding with CPLD. The test results have proven that the proposed system design can perform the expected functionality of photoelectric coupling current transformer. It can better meet the power system’s requirements in the high-speed data processing, large data quantity and complex operation. It also has merit of being simple in structure and easier for modification. It is worth of further investigation.
