Abstract: Quadric surface is an important part of complex object and free form object, showing its graphics is hot research of computer graphics and 3D data visualization. Researching quadric and deducing the process of its classification. Taking three 3D graphics commands contour3,ezmesh and ezsurf as main line, it is analyzed that 3D drawing function of Matlab7.It comes true that programming is to draw 3D graphics of all kinds of quadric, and it was compared that various graphics results, it can provide reference for computer mapping of any other surface objects.

Abstract: In term of the problems that the traditional fluxgate sensors with analog circuit have low temperature adjust ability, the paper does research on closed-loop fluxgate sensors. It takes advantage of high speed AD signal collecting sensor, disposes the signals by single chip, and outputs analog signals by DA chips. It describes the hardware environment and software design, and tests the magnetic field by the new sensor. The results show that: its original temperature coefficient is 6.7×10-10/°C, sensitive temperature coefficient is 2.5×10-4/°C and its linearity comes to 5.4×10-3.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel test system for emulsion pump to save the energy consumed by the conventional test system in the coal industry standard MT/T188.2-2000. First, the detailed information of this system was described to explain how this system functioned as designed and how the power recovery was realized. Then simulations within AMEsim were carried out to validate the feasibility and capability of this system, and the results were discussed and compared. Finally it was testified that this novel system could save nearly 90 percent of energy consumed by the original test system while still accorded with the test standard.

Abstract: Design review is a very important step in Industrial Design. Based on the analysis of physical prototype, digital prototype and virtual prototype in this paper, augmented reality technology was employed in Industrial Design and an augmented product model evaluation environment was established in order to make a comprehensive product design review. By importing 3DS data, realistic product models in AR environment were obtained and evaluators can perform some manipulations, such as selecting, rotating, moving, scaling and material transforming with mouse, keyboard, marking object and virtual panels. In this way, evaluators can fully understand design ideals and can make comprehensive product review effectively, and the quality of design review was improved.

Abstract: In this work, highly functionalized carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were achieved using plasma inducing-graft technique, in which maleic anhydride (MAH) was used as graft monomer. Then they were introduced into epoxy resin (EP) curing system to obtain CNTs/EP composites. The modification performance of this proposed method was summarized and contrasted with that of argon (Ar) plasma atmosphere. Results show that these two plasma methods can improve CNTs’ surface activity, and corresponding optimum powers are both 60 W. Meanwhile, thin polymaleic anhydride film can be coated on the surface of CNTs during MAH plasma inducing-graft, which can make sure of effectively dispersion and adhesion of CNTs in epoxy. Such treatment can not only obtain highly functionalized CNTs, but also overcome its serious self-entangling and aggregation problem. Compared with those composites modified by argon (Ar) plasma, the mechanical and thermal properties of CNTs/EP composites modified by MAH plasma are greatly enhanced.

Abstract: The Distributed Constraint Optimization Problem (DCOP) is able to model a variety of distributed reasoning tasks that arise in multi-agent systems, and widely applying to distribute programming, scheduling and resource allocation etc. In order to solve the multi-depot vehicle routing problem (MDVRP) in distributed manner, this article show how DCOP can be used to model the MDVRP, and using existing various DCOP algorithm solve it base on Frodo simulation platform. We have evaluated the performances of various DCOP algorithms on an existing MDVRP.

Path Planning for Mobile Robot Search and Rescue Based on Improved Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm
Abstract: Aiming at disasters such as fire, earthquake etc. city disaster complex environment, a robot search path algorithm based on ant colony algorithm is put forward in this paper. Suppose environmental was known, we use grid method to divide and model the whole environment space and put forward some improvement in dead circulation, optimizing parameters, stimulating factors for the basic ant colony algorithm, which improved the ant colony algorithm’s robustness effectively. Finally, we obtain search path through numeric experiments in the simulation rescue scenario and make a comparison with original results. Experiment results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and the improved rationality. It will be a good basis for later path planning research in unknown environment.

Abstract: Through the study of double switch forward converter, an arc welding power circuit with LCD nondissipative snubber is designed by using IGBT as its power switch. The operating principle of this converter is analyzed in detail; the design considerations of key circuit parameters for the topology are introduced. The LCD nondissipative snubber can not only suppress the voltage spike, but also reduce switching loses and improve power density and efficiency. Furthermore, the snubber itself is lossless. The paper provides the foundation of researching high efficiency power circuit based on Interleaving Two-Transistor converter. The experiment results of the prototype coincide with the theoretical analysis and the validity of analysis approach is proved.

Abstract: The present study establishes the relationships between the carbon fibers (CF) content and the trbological properties of Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) composite. PEEK composites such as unreinforced PEEK, reinforced PEEK with different content of carbon fibres were used for the tribological tests. The results indicated that CF/PEEK composite had better tribological properties than pure PEEK. Some CF was ground and squeezed, then mixed with debris on the worn surface, which improved the wear resistance greatly. The low friction coefficient of CF/PEEK composite caused little change in the temperature and further ensured the stable state of sliding.

Abstract: Based on the theory of hydro-mechanical transmission system, a new kind of gear shifting control scheme to improve work efficiency of hydro-mechanical transmission system was designed. By describing the work principles of crucial components mathematically, the dynamic model of hydro-mechanical transmission was constructed according to modular modeling method. The proposed efficient type shifting strategy was embedded in aforementioned model to predict its performance. The simulation results indicated the proposed strategy could improve hydro-mechanical transmission efficiency.
