Abstract: The roller chain is a kind of flexible transmission with high transmission efficiency, low precision requirement for the manufacture and mount of the base machine. Therefore, the roller chain is widely used in machinery manufacturing. In this paper, we use the man-machine interactive input to set a different parameters to create a different number of chain wheels with different standard pitch diameter and tip diameter by the Pro/Programme and we use the Family table that allows for rapid modeling of chain wheel to improve the design efficiency and quality of parts.

Abstract: In this paper, 40Cr steel was gas-nitrided for varying time. The microstructure and microhardness of the nitrided layer were examined by means of optical microscope and microhardness tester. The CO2 corrosion behavior of 40Cr steel influenced by nitriding was studied using high temperature high pressure autoclave. The SEM, EDS and XRD technique were adopted to study the characteristics of CO2 corrosion scales on 40Cr steel. The results show that the pitting is generated for all the un-nitrided and nitrided specimens, however, the corrosion tendency and corrosion rate decreases with nitriding time increasing, mainly due to the compact of FeCO3 formed on the surface.

Abstract: This paper proposes a non-cooperative game approach based on neural network (GMBNN) to solve the job shop scheduling problem. Machines in manufacturing task are defined as players and strategies consist of all the feasible programs which are selected by dispatching rules for minimizing the mean flowtime. Strategies for the game model are generated from a backpropagation neural network, which selects combination of the rules for the machines. Case study shows that the GMBNN can be an effective approach to solve the job shop scheduling problem.

Abstract: Multiprocessor problem signifies that there are at least one process produced at more than two machines, which increases the difficulty and complexity of the problem. Hybrid particle swarm algorithm is adopted to solve the problem of multiprocessor in this paper.Through the redesigning parameters and programming, the final result is compared with that of genetic algorithm in conferences. The simulation results indicate that Hybrid particle swarm algorithm for solving multiple processors problem is better that of using genetic algorithms.

Abstract: A new type of enterprise network based on B2B website platform, which is expanding constantly, has appeared now. Such new enterprise network based on B2B website platform is different from traditional network in competition and cooperation among members, dynamics of enterprise network and scope of network. An enterprise joins a B2B website platform in order to complement each other’s advantages and create competitiveness. According to the basic features of B2B platforms, we selected 4 indexes including correlativity, centrality, scope and stability of network to analyze the effect of B2B enterprise network on enterprise performance.

Abstract: An enterprise should establish an emergency management mechanism that includes accident warning mechanism and fast reaction mechanism. Accident warning mechanism can let the enterprise do predictive analysis and judgment and make reasonable strategies and suggestions. Fast reaction mechanism can help the enterprise make correct decisions in a short time and improve efficiency and effectiveness of emergency management. Rules and regulations are necessary to ensure smooth implementation of accident warning mechanism and fast reaction mechanism.

Abstract: Needle biopsy is a widely used medical procedure in which a tissue sample is cut and removed by needle for examination to identify and diagnose cancer and other diseases. Predictions of soft tissue deformation and reaction caused by needle insertion are important for the accuracy of this procedure. In this paper, in order to aquire the properties of soft tissue, indentation experiments of porcine livers are performed as non-invasive test to measure the force response depending on time in various indentation depth and indentation velocities conditions. A nonlinear least square method on Matlab have been created to fit the indentation results. According to the experimental and fitting indentation force-time curves, the coefficients of Neo-Hookean model and Kelvin model which are selected to develop the nonlinear model of porcine liver are acquired . Finally, a finite element model of liver based on experimental data is finally developed and succeeds in simulating the stress relaxation character and force-time curve. This finite element model and methodology can be used to investigate soft tissue reaction in needle biopsy.

Abstract: In order to suppress vibration of the flexible-joint manipulator, a new topological structure of the manipulator with the controllable local degrees of freedom is suggested. By kinematic and dynamic analysis, it is found that arbitrary motions introduced by the controllable local degrees of freedom are independent of the nominal end-effector motion, but can greatly affect dynamic performance of the manipulator. As a result, a vibration control strategy is put forward based on the controllable local degree of freedom. By planning the branch link motion, the vibration of the flexible-joint manipulator can be reduced. The results of numerical simulations verify the effectiveness of the vibration control strategy proposed in this paper.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce the concept of the software-focused chain. A software focused product consists of hardware component and software component, where the software component is either the higher value part of the product. We study a software-focused product and service supply chain based on the case study of Beijing UniStrong Company. We discuss the common and unique issues that a software-focused supply chain has compared with a traditional supply chain. Issues and challenges of the software-focused supply chain management have also been studied in the paper.

Abstract: Emergency decision making is the core link and key content of crisis emergent management. The conventional decision-making principle cannot meet the needs of emergent decision-making. Therefore, general linear superposition principle is not applicable any more, and the synergetic principle must be followed in emergent decision-making on critical incidents. Basic principles of making emergent decision and approaches to multi-sectoral synergetic mechanism innovation relating to emergency decision making is presented in the article.
