Abstract: Base on the quantitative risk evaluation, the dangerous device risk is described by potential life loss. Potential life loss assessment and risk ranking of 71 hazards device in 8 factories of a petrochemical enterprise, shows that refinery and olefin plant risk, diesel hydrodewaxing unit and diesel hydrogenation unit risk is relative to the front in their respective categories’ risk ranking. The research results can be used to direct the relevant government departments or enterprises to prioritize hazard supervision and management, optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of management.

Abstract: The quantitative assessment and classification of the disaster loss is a complex and difficult work. It often encounters the problem that different people will arbitrarily create different membership functions for the same issue, so the results of different model can not be compared. The other problem for the current classified models of the loss of disaster is that the evaluation factors may have mutual relationships between each other, which will affect the results. In the aim of solving these problems, a new model for fuzzy classification for the loss of disaster is proposed. Firstly, the related indexes are decomposed based on orthogonalization theory in order to solve mutual relations between the factors of loss. And then, in term of fuzzy and probabilistic reasoning theory, the fuzzy membership interval function of loss of disaster is obtained through establishing optimization model. Through solving the optimization model by Genetic algorithms, the fuzzy classified model is established. Finally, the model proposed is utilized to evaluate the loss of mud-rock flow in Bijie area Guizhou province. The conclusion shows that model proposed has highly precision to evaluate the loss of disaster.

Abstract: The region of Yushu has fragile natural environment. In 2010, it suffered severe damages caused by earthquakes. This paper subject, on the basis of status research of natural and cultural environment in Yushu area and urban public facilities across the world, is aiming at a design attempt of public facilities suitable for Yushu area under the guidance of sustainable-development design theory. After constructing computer models, we made physical models to further test the reliability of our scheme. The overall design acts according to circumstances, and makes it environmental friendly, developmental sustainable, economical, aesthetic, practical and reliable. We also added to our design some local characteristics to make it better integrate into the local natural environmental features so that it could be widely used. In the end, we summarized the pros and cons of the scheme through theoretical analysis of our design process, despite that, in June 2014, we had an on-the-spot investigation in Yushu, and according to its current state of development, we made outlooks of our further scheme practice.

Abstract: Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, B2C enterprises begin to focus on how to handle the relationship between logistics services and E-commerce services in the face of intense competition from other companies. This paper proposes a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) approach to select the logistics mode of B2C electronic commerce companies. In addition, a case study is presented to demonstrate how the approach can help in solving such problems in practice.

Abstract: The measures for effective investment control of construction project include: raise the scientific nature of feasibility study report, compile practical and feasible design task book, strengthen design bidding and quota design, optimize design scheme, compile scientific bidding documents, properly sign construction contracts, strictly control design changes, strengthen investment management of equipment and material, make good analysis on investment and budget, strictly control payment progress and quality, correctly prevent and treat claims, and carefully examine and verify quantities and costs.

Abstract: Construction projects with energy-efficient technologies in use are systems that require more detailed analysis of potential risks than it could be in the evaluation of other construction projects. For that matter it is necessary to take into account non-economic "pure" project risks that are possible in the spheres, which traditional risk management does not consider in-depth. The traditional management of such "pure" risks comes down to estimating the extent of insurance coverage and redundancy in their implementation. Creation of user-friendly program could help investors to assess pure risks quickly and qualitatively and significantly reduce their time and cost spends.

Abstract: In recent years, construction enterprises’ poor economic performance and the drain of senior technical personnel have been two cause-and-effect problems, which seriously restrict the enterprises’ long-term development, and the existing researches contribute little to solve the problems for managers. Considering the uncertainties of talents resource demand resulting from the difference of Multi-project schedule, a cyclic queuing theory of fixed number of customers was introduced from the enterprise management level. Then the risk loss curve and waiting loss curve could be simulated according to historical data and management experience. Finally, a best method to allocate the shortage of technical talents came out. The model was built throughout the management processes, so it owned not only high theoretical basis but also high operability, and has a better reference on solving the two construction enterprises problems.

Abstract: This article covers main problems associated with the operation of public sports and fitness swimming pools and consequences, which may result from the improper operation of them. Issues of how to maintain indoor climate conditions in a swimming pool room are brought up. In addition, it describes the necessity of using an indoor climate control smart system, its efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Abstract: In this study, teaching contents and methods of bioharmaceuticals were improved, and a research-oriented teaching model was established. The teaching program was divided into three levels depending on the purpose of teaching and the teaching content of biopharmaceuticals was divided into three categories based on the level teaching objectives. Some visual and vivid multimedia coursewares were applied, the students were encouraged to participate in research activities, the writing of experimental reports was standardized, and the assessment of experimental examination was strengthened. The results showed that the reform of biopharmaceutical experiment teaching contents and method, the standardization of report writing and the improvement of experimental assessment should be helpful to stimulate the enthusiasm of students' autonomous learning, train the operational ability of students, cultivate their research thinking and provide an open and innovative research platform for the students. This may help students become biopharmaceutical research talents with a solid professional foundation, high overall quality and strong research capacity.

Abstract: Objective In the process of improving college students' innovative thinking ability, Using the method of case writing standardization to promote college students' innovative thinking ability of ascension .Method: In view of the college of nursing level 2011 nursing undergraduate class (1.2) 76 students, 76 students as a group to take use of their spare time to participate in the writing process of standardized cases , And repeated modification, strict review, Finally through the teacher group carefully proofread and a series of writing process. This period of time for 3 months . Class 3 of 34 students as control group adopts the traditional learning style, After school time for autonomous learning ,Final for two class students the theoretical achievements of the paper comparative analysis .Result: Participate in the standardization of medical record writing students understanding ,application and cases analysis topic average score in the final internal medicine nursing papers, significantly higher than that of the control group students conclusion : Experimental cases of students through standardized writing process, greatly improve college students comprehensive analysis thinking ability , In the final examination paper understand applied exam scores are significantly higher than the control group, So is to participate in medical record writing process to exert positive effects on college students' innovative thinking ability training .
