Abstract: During the operation of outlet high slop of the hydropower station diversion tunnel, the monitoring data shown that the upper slope had an abnormal deformation tendency toward the upstream, which was different from the general slope deformation law. The paper analyzed the deformation mechanism of the high slop outside the hydropower station diversion tunnel in detail based on detailed analysis of the geological data. The analysis shown that the basic reasons of slope deformation were the upper hard and lower soft structure characteristics and the fully developed interlayer shear zone; the excavation unloading, reservoir impounding, reservoir water level change, rainfall, flood discharge atomization, rock weathering, water-rock long-term effects, and some other factors induce and aggravate the rock mass deformation.

Abstract: Permeability of concrete was an important part of durability. Osmotic coefficient of gangue concrete was studied by orthogonal test. The test analyzed the influence of coal gangue, fly ash and slag in place of aggregate and cement on osmotic coefficient of concrete. The results showed that compression strength was highest and osmotic coefficient was lowest when gangue was in place of 30% aggregate, fly ash was instead of 20% cement, slag took the place of 20% cement. And gangue in place of some aggregate had biggest influence on the osmotic coefficient in coal gangue concrete. At the same time, its mechanical properties and permeability were controlled in a good condition. Finally, the results could provide useful technical reference to exploit the green building material from gangue.

According to calculation and analysis, it can be known that this kind of composite structure can obviously improve seismic resistant capability, and the level of destruction is relative smaller, which can meet the requirements for fortification against earthquake that is "keeping intact in minor earthquakes, repairable in medium earthquakes, standing upright in major earthquakes"

Abstract: To determine the compacting temperatures of rubberized asphalt (RA) mixtures containing warm mix asphalt (WMA) additives, a total of three RA binders were produced in laboratory using two kinds of WMA additives (Sasobit and CW), and one control binder without WMA additive. Brook rotational viscosity test of RA binders and Marshall compaction test of RA mixtures at various temperatures were conduced to study the viscosity-temperature properties of RA binders with WMA additives and analyze the volumetric properties of RA mixtures with different compacting temperatures, respectively. The results indicate that both Sasobit and CW can decline viscosity at testing temperatures and the compacting temperatures of RA mixes containing CW and Sasobit are 160°C and 154°C, respectively.

Abstract: A method is proposed to determine deep ground thermal properties at worksites using one-dimensional ground heat exchanger solid cylindrical heat source model together with parameters estimation method. The ground thermal properties of an actual project were measured and analyzed by this method, and the results show that this method can get credible ground thermal properties, which can be used for engineering design.

Abstract: This paper analyses the technology characteristics of HDPE pipes and UPVC pipes that used in drainage. Using a residential building project in Hangzhou as an example, it compares the economic benefits and comprehensive benefits of HDPE pipes with those of UPVC pipes. It concludes that it’s better to use HDPE pipes in same floor drainage system, and the using of HDPE pipes will bring benefits in the promoting of the same floor drainage system.

Abstract: Hopkinson Pressure Bar (HPB) is one of the main sets to study material dynamic mechanic properties. Large diameter HPB is mainly used for nonhomogeneous materials. In this paper the properties of Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) of Ø100mm are introduced, including its structure and performance index. The main problems of large diameter SHPB are analyzed. The further development and application of SHPB are also explored.

Abstract: This paper introduced the test system which can record and process the related condition parameter considering the needs of international vehicle emission (IVE) model. In order to improve its extendibility and versatility, gasoline vehicle fuel consumption measurement model based on carbon balance method was established. Theoretical model of calculating nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission and fuel consumption by carbon balance method is illustrated. And to measure the exhaust gas flow rate, a V-cone flow-meter and a gas analyzer which were modularized were designed, too.

Abstract: The principle of an electro-hydraulic servo-driven control valve used to regulate mixed-gas pressure in combined cycle power plant is introduced. The mathematic model for describing the dead-band characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo-driven control valve is built. The effect of driving system leakage of the control valve on the performances of the control valve is analyzed. The results show that the dead band of the electro-hydraulic servo-driven control valve increases with the rise of the system leakage, the leakage affects the response rapidity and the control accuracy of the control valve, and the valve control effect on the pressure pulsation of the mixed gas decreases with the increase of the system leakage.

Abstract: A new method of automatic assembly technology (AAT )is proposed on 3D design platform, which marks the primitives by BRep and save the data into the Xdata by BRep, then gets the elements by indexing the Xdata and assemblies them through assembly relationships in assembly, which is adopt in secondary development of Autodesk Inventor with better effort.
