Abstract: Discrete and Multi-tube Pass Number Inorganic Membrane Reactor offers supplements to single-tube membrane reactor, referencing heat exchanger can provide larger transmission area and plate column can realize multi-stage separation. It realizes the reaction and separation occurs simultaneously many times, and can change the membrane area according to the need, so that reaction and separation process can be matched better. Discrete and multi-tube membrane reactor and fixed bed reactor was experimented in sec-butyl alcohol dehydrogenation system at 150-225, the result shows the new membrane reactor structure is reasonable.

Abstract: The paper researches the processing for leather by utilizing different kinds of tanning materials, retanning and leather fatliquoring, and analyses the effect of leather electroconductibility influenced by water ratio in it and pressure added on the leather. The study illustrates: the greater electric conduction function of tanning materials or amount of polar radical they containing, the better conductivity the leather has. There is a compact relationship between the electric charge of different chemical material which were added in leather and electric conduction function, and the electrical conductivity of leather can be improved obviously by increasing the electric charge and water ratio the leather has.

Abstract: Based on the microscope phase-field model, the evolution of atom morphology, the long range order(lro) parameter and concentration can be gotten, and atomic clustering and ordering during the precipitation process of Ni-Cr-Al alloy could be obtained. The Ni-14at.%Cr-15.5at.%Al alloy is studied and the temperature of precipitation are 973K. It was showed that the ordering of both Al and Cr atoms take place simultaneously during the precipitation process of Ni-Al-Cr alloy, Cr atoms transfer to the boundaries of L12 phases, the domain of rich Cr atoms are formed. At the boundaries of L12 phases, Cr atoms may substitute the Al sublattice, and the D022 phases are formed.

Abstract: This investigation gives attention on the rheology characteristics of polymer composites based on graphite and carbon black as fillers for further processing using an injection molding machine. In such a high solid loading system, the particles exhibit a very strong tendency toward agglomeration. This rapidly increases the viscosity of the mixture and decreases moldability. The presence of agglomerates in the mixture in particular may result in defect within the microstructure in the final product, even though it is sometime necessary in electrical conductivity. Composite materials in this study are polypropylene (PP) as matrix, and graphite (G) and carbon black (CB) as fillers, with a varied composition according to the percentage weight (% wt) of CB. Twin screw co-rotating extruder was used for mixing materials in order to achieve the best homogeneity of this compound. The measurement results obtained using capillary rheometer equipment showed that the addition of CB to the mixture of PP/G increase the viscosity of the materials, increase the activation energy and generally reduce the fluidity of composite materials. The value of the mixture viscosity increases with increasing the number of CB, reducing the ability of materials to be formed (moldability). Material viscosity, activation energy, fluidity and moldability shows how suitable the compound material to be processed by using injection molding machine.

Abstract: One of amino compounds of traditional fluorescent brighteners with polyaminamide was replaced and new triazinyl aminostilbene fluorescent brightener was modified by polyaminamide which synthesized through three-step condensation reaction. The molecular structures were characterized by IR spectrum and photoproperties in aqueous and ethanol were studied by ultraviolet absorption spectra, fluorescence emission spectra, photochemical stability and paper coating application test. The results show that the light stability and fluorescence quantum yield of polyaminamide fluorescent brighteners (PFBs) were improved obviously, which compared with the traditional FBs, such as VBL, and the whitening performance of paper coating enhanced and used widely. Meanwhile, the photophysics and photochemical properties of triazene-stilbene fluorescence brighteners are markedly determined by solvent polarity.

Abstract: With a view of simulating the dimensional changes during sintering of rectangle green bodies, the thermo-mechanical behavior of zirconium powder compacts at high temperature is investigated. In order to better describe the behavior of anisotropic shrinkage, the revised Master Sintering Curve is modified. Finite element calculations are then carried out on the green body according to the modified equation with the different shrinkages coefficients at the different stages of sintering. The possible causes of the anisotropic shrinkage are explained by macro-surface energy model. Numerical shape predictions have been compared with experimental data, which are considered to be in good agreement.
