Abstract: Chongqing is a typical mountainous city and favorable exploration has been made with respect to the preparation of the regulatory detailed planning through decades of urban planning and construction. In combination with the experience of Chongqing, the planning method is discussed on the actuality of the land under investigation and analysis, the protection and creation of the landscape features, the establishment of the harmonious relations between human and city as well as nature in respect of the actuality investigation & analysis and the planning layout exploration.

Abstract: The further development and utilization of underground space resources by human effectively integrate urban space with underground space and win high space scale benefits. As an important form of urban public space, street space undertakes complex urban functions, which is placed as the priority of urban design. This paper studies deeply the development and integration of two street space forms, i.e. underground space and street and road space, to explore effective utilization mode of modern urban space.

Abstract: It was the research on spatial pattern that received most attention in traditional theories of urban plan. The majority of city practical consequences were expressed in the form of illustration by qualitative analysis, and lack of data supporting by quantitative analysis. The authors study this research by the methods of calculating the relevant datum and comparative analysis; introduce ecological rationales into the urban plan, and put forward three quantitative strategies: First, the authors investigate the coupling relationship between the city spatial pattern and carbon emissions by “Ecological Footprint” and clarify how some typical city spatial patterns effect carbon emissions; Second the authors designate the ecological sensitive area by GIS, establish the city carbon sink system, identify the landscape structure; At last, in order to modulate and optimize the industry distribution, the authors hunt for the limiting factors which restrict the development of industry by “Bottleneck Index”. In responds to this situation, introducing ecological and low carbon technologies into the urban plan may open up a new orientation to provide the theoretical references. Furthermore, some obscure intensions put forward by experience can be translated into digital technical specification which is available for practical operation.

Abstract: In this paper, there is a study about two important parameters equilibrium factor and production factors in the ecological footprint model. According to the domestic and foreign research present situation and application of production factor, based on the need of the city and the more small scale regional evaluation system, the author put forward the concept of city hectare, and set up the way of calculate the equilibrium factor and yield factor, so that provide the guarantee for ecological footprint model in the area for more small scale and the application of regional.

Abstract: This paper introduced the developmental course of the Harbin "three power" industrial zone from birth to prosperity, again by wins and failure and to the Renaissance of development and it’s internal causes; and in detail analysed of the industrial zone of space morphological characteristics and present situation of the land layout, and analyzed the decisive role of the inner mechanism of the spatial structure of the industrial zone for its spatial development, and put forward the concrete optimizing measures.

Abstract: Urban spatial structure that is a comprehensive reflection of the interaction between human activities and natural factors, is the internal driving force mechanism for sustainable urban development. For the secondary city of unifying adjacent cities, the main city can effectively undertake some of the features of the spillover, but also with the development of low-carbon urban development concept, select a reasonable space to expand the model of vital importance. Therefore, in the study of in the secondary expansion y on the basis of the dynamic mechanism, focusing on the Secondary City space to expand the city and its chosen range of four models for different city of the context of the city spatial expansion in the unifying adjacent cities.

Abstract: From the perspectives of component elements of space and its functions and practicability, four appraisal factors, boundary, vegetation landscape, recreational facilities and human activities, are screened, and 18 appraisal indexes are established in this study. Analytic hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed to determine index weight, and establish the appraisal system of open space suitability of city square in Luoyang at last. The case study of City Square in Luoyang is conducted to provide theoretical basis for the reasonable and scientific design of city square in the future.

Abstract: This article was based on Beijing urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, namely, aerobic treatment and anaerobic treatment. According to actual collection and processing methods of sewage and industrial wastewater in rural areas , combined combining with the 2006 IPCC internationally cognition and greenhouse gas calculation that related scholars studied, ecological footprint calculation of Beijing urban sewage and industrial waste water was summarized and developed ,thus laid foundation for the study of Beijing urban ecological carrying capacity .
