Abstract: This paper focuses on the stability analysis and invariant set stability theorems for nonlinear impulsive systems. A set of Lyapunov-based sufficient conditions are established for these convergent properties. These results do not require the Lyapunov function to be positive definite. Inequalities relating the righthandside of the differential equation and the Lyapunov function derivative are involved for these results. These inequalities make it possible to deduce properties of the functions and thus leads to sufficient conditions for convergence and stability.

Abstract: Stability is a crucial issue for transport protocols. A lot of works study how to tune the parameters of congestion control algorithms to keep the stability of networks. This paper uses the idea of re-engineering to design an adaptive-stability congestion control algorithms base on the optimization theories. Furthermore, we present one congestion control algorithm according to different stable conditions. The effectiveness of these stability criteria is validated by simulation results.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of fluid-structure interaction, this paper presents a new numerical method named as particle on grid method (POGM) for incompressible fluid. Based on the physical mechanism of the fluid motion, the POGM has a clearly physical meaning by using representative physical values at points to describe the fluid’s overall flow. It has been proved that this method is consistent with Navier-Stockes’ equation essentially, and some numerical problems have been discussed. Coutte flow and Poiseuille flow are used in the numerical examples. The results of the POGM are well agreed with the analytical solutions of incompressible flows of the examples.

Abstract: In this study, a tailwater recovery system in paddy field was simulated in order to supply reuse water to industries. Field experiment and historical data were obtained for a two-tank model parameter estimation and verification. The simulation results showed that the optimization tailwater recovery system corresponding to the area of 6,036 ha in the first crop season and 1,994 ha in the second crop season in the paddy field. The volumes of the tailwater and reuse water are 18.74 × 106 and 15.52 × 106 t, respectively which can supplement 86,000 ton per day to satisfy the water requirement of industrial park with farm pond. However, an increase in the height of field’s bunds, active capacity of pond, and scale of purification unit will aid in the development of tailwater recovery system around paddy fields.

Abstract: Research into landscape change was one of two major fields of interdisciplinary research into the human dimensions of environmental change, the other being the approach of socio-economic metabolism; the causes of which were complicated and comprehensive. Based on the household level interview, analyzing the causes of change by the multifactor was a good method. We applied the household level interview data to analyze the causes of landscape cover change at the upper reach of Minjiang, China. The causes of landscape change at the upper reach of Minjiang included agriculture, wood, infrastructure, economy, technology, policy & institution, demography and culture variables, etc. The results showed that the primary causes of landscape change at the upper reach of Minjiang were the correlative country policies (such as the Great Leap Forward, the Deforestation, the Institutional Revolution, the Planned Parenthood, the Open-up, the Natural Forest Conservation Program) and triggered event (such as the three years’ natural disaster) at the large scale, however, at the small scale such as at the village level, the principal cause of which was different, and there were the interplay among different factors. So we thought that the landscape cover change was the result of multifactor interplay at the upper reach of Minjiang, China.

Abstract: In this paper, the study of the navigation system is to build a system of clear categorization so that users can make full use of search results and build relations between search results; By using FCA the search results are processed for the second time, during which a categorization system is built to organize these results. Through the navigation of search results, users can gain the search results they need more quickly and the search scope is also narrowed effectively.

Abstract: Based on the strong coupling and interval requirement of multiple quality indices, the interval-index-oriented optimization method is proposed to effectively realize the optimal control of alumina blending process. Firstly, the lexicographic interval goal programming model is built to describe the process requirements for quality indices. Then, based on the characteristics of the programming model, a kind of classificatory knowledge base is constructed by using the empirical knowledge accumulated in long-term production and the expert reasoning strategy is proposed to realize the optimal control of quality indexes with interval constraints. The results of industrial application shows that the proposed method can realize the optimal control of quality indices. It provides a good optimization mode for other blending processes of nonferrous metal production.

Abstract: In order to restore power supply of a complex distribution network in the most economical way, proposed a dynamic improved ant colony algorithm. It’s used to select the path of supply restoration. Improved the original pheromone update mechanism of ant colony algorithm and update the increment of pheromone dynamically. It not only takes into account the inherent loss in the chosen route for power restoration, but also considers the economic losses in every region caused by time delay. This algorithm can find approximate extreme solutions quickly and avoid trapping in local minima. It can minimum the total economic loss of the electric interruption, and provide a reliable basis for the economic decision-making of the power recovery.

Abstract: On the basis of LuGer friction model, an integrated sliding-mode control strategy is proposed to deal with servo system nonlinear and uncertain factors effectively. The control strategy includes two parts. One is nominal model without considering disturb and uncertain, the other is real model including disturb and uncertain. To one part, choose reasonable sliding surface and design controller law. To another part, PTSC algorithm and NNC algorithm combines together to optimize RBF neural network in order to acquire upper bound of uncertain. Simulation and experiment results show that proposed control strategy better servo system performance.

Abstract: Data transmission is one of key techniques of acquisition station for seismic data acquisition system. With the development of electronics, computer science and communication science, a good realization method has become available for seismic data transmission. The paper focused on the independent design & development of Manchester encoding module, Manchester decoding module and parallel/serial and serial/parallel conversion module by hardware description language (HDL) with FPGA as main control unit and Manchester code and low-voltage differential signaling as theoretical basis. It can realize data transmission speed of 16Mbps between seismic data acquisition stations. Testing results showed low error rate during data transmission to ensure that seismic data acquisition station can read commands sent by power station and convey seismic data correctly.
