Abstract: E-service composition is most impressing method for development and deployment of e-business. Description and modeling the behavior requirements of composite E-services for users and verifying composite E-service compliance to specific requirements is an important step in design of services. But most work does not address the issue of how to model the requirements that the BPEL4WS processes are supposed to satisfy. The specifications in verification works are general temporal relation based on activity or scenario in essence. Distinguish with these work, we propose a novel concept of behavior specification based on activity chain in which granularity is between activity and scenario. Chain existence mode, chain absence mode are designed to express such behavioral requirements based on activity chain that is similar with safety or liveness property based on activity respectively. Encode them on Labeled Transition System LTS and then give them exact operation semantics. Finally, an example is illustrated.

Abstract: If three antenna units are divided into two set and two baselines are placed at right angles to each other in flight plain, in which the direction of one baseline is parallel to the actual flight direction of air vehicle, the sine and cosine function of target bearing respectively in two baseline directions can be simultaneously obtained according to the analysis principle of the direction cosine change rate. The angulations’ formula only based on Doppler frequency difference can be derived after eliminating the unknown parameters including angular velocity and wavelength by the specific value of two circular functions. The analog calculation shows that the relative error is in direct proportion to the baseline length provided that the incident wave is parallel in derivation. But the error analysis depicts that the measurement accuracy is in direct proportion to the baseline length. Moreover, the measurement error relies on mainly the accuracy of frequency measurement. Furthermore, the derived formula has irregularity in airborne axis direction. However, since the new method is not associated with wavelength, this new DF only based on Doppler frequency difference will be more adapted to passive sounding as compared with phase interference method.

Abstract: The monitoring of equipment capability has been strengthened by personnel to meet the inspection standard and intelligent in order to improve the reliability of substation electrical equipment and safety of operating. The system based on Bluetooth wireless communication technology has been pointed out to realize intelligent inspection substation. The system include monitoring terminals, transfer stations, control stations, and has the advantages of inspecting intelligent objectives, high data transmission speed, status inquiries and analysis of inspection equipment running etc.

Abstract: Feedback control systems wherein the control loops are closed through a real-time network are called networked control systems. Multi-rate networked control systems mean the sampling rates of notes in networked control systems are not the same. The controllability of multi-rate networked control systems are investigated in this paper for the first time. Based on the mathematic model of multi-rate networked control systems with short time delay, some sufficient or necessary conditions for controllability of multi-rate networked control systems are got using stochastic systems approach.

Abstract: In the paper, new results on finite-time control of fuzzy continuous nonlinear systems subject to exogenous disturbance are presented. Applying the Lyapunov function theory, some sufficient conditions including relaxed ones are established for finite-time stability by fuzzy controller laws.

Abstract: The thermal vacuum method was used to test the adsorption performance of compound adsorbent. This thermal vacuum method, without vacuum pump, can expel the air of system up to its partial pressure, lower than 2 Pa. the adsorption performance of 13X zeolite and some compound adsorbent were tested by this way. Conclusions can be drawn as following: the adsorption capacity of 13X measured by this way has the less difference (<10%) with the reference. In this experimental system, the compound adsorbent, which has better adsorption performance and mould performance, was used in a solar cooling tube system as adsorbent and the experimental coefficient of performance (COP) of the solar cooling tube can reach about 0.26.

Abstract: A type of 4-PPPR parallel manipulator is presented. The kinematics model of this mechanism is founded and kinematics solutions of both direct and inverse are given in closed form by means of coordinate transformation. For convenience to analyze the same kind of mechanisms, a new concept of even-group decoupling is put forward from a more common sense. A study is made on the 4-PPPR parallel manipulator using this method and it proves to have excellent character of decoupling which is of great importance for its path planning and real control.

Abstract: With a descriptive and predictive ability, data mining can discover the hidden patterns of data from a large-scale data warehouse by precise mathematical means, which is valuable for decision making, especially for corporate top management. With a regression analysis based on a large survey data, this paper examines an important issue concerned to corporate acquisition. It is found that acquisition performance is positively influenced by organizational adjustment, top management turnover, buyers’ experience, target firm’s performance, and business relevance, and negatively influenced by region distance, shareholding ratio, state-owned shares of buyers, and relative size. The founding can have some theoretical value for corporate decision on the process of acquisitions and how to enhance acquisition performance and also indicate the practical value of data mining technology.

Abstract: In order to study the evolution strategy adopted by the telecom industry in a new competitive environment, this paper introduces an ecological theory and method. The authors build a model for the telecom industry’s ecosystem and analyze the dynamic evolution process of the telecom industry through a Logistic model. The results show, when the telecom industry’s ecosystem comes to the mature phase, the main body of it need to change the evolution strategy from quickly occupying market with quantity to expanding market capacity by improving business innovation and constantly developing new value-added services. Different from traditional qualitative analysis, the dynamic and quantitative method adopted by this study gives a deep insight for the evolution mechanism of the telecom industry’s system, and guides the telecom market towards rational development.
