Abstract: Automated storage system has become a sign of enterprise production automation and management information. The design, optimization and simulation has become a key in modern logistics technologies. This paper studied the optimal cells distribution strategies and the storage and retrieval path optimization. Firstly, the distribution strategies are analyzed, then, the mathematical model is presented. An improved Genetic Algorithm is used to solve the model. The approach is finally illustrated by a practical example.

Abstract: Multisensor information fusion is wildly treasured and used in the mobile robot field.This thesis describes D–S evidence theory about photoelectric encoder,laser sensors and CCD camera.Because D-S evidence theory allows the existence of uncertainty, we may obtain the event probability according to experience.As a result,it is easier to promote the application.Therefore robot can do autonomous navigation and obstacle aviodance in unknown non-structure environment safely. If the system increased other sensors in the future perfect process,we can also adopt this approach to integration. The experiment results show that the improved D–S evidence theory can eliminate the noise interference,handle signals smoothly and improve the system control precision.

Abstract: Potassium permanganate process is an advanced oxidation technique that can provide a resolution removing organic matter in contaminated water. In this paper, the combination of composite potassium permanganate and a certain coagulant used in this process, which it was particularly suited to rapidly oxidize and degrade pollutants. It was an effective enhanced coagulation, advanced oxidation technique that could be conducted in a normal micro-polluted water environment. A series of experiment results demonstrated that the best adding quantity of composite potassium permanganate was 1.5-3.0mg/l, the best adding quantity of PFS as the coagulant was 25mg/l. Under the above conditions, potassium permanganate oxidation obviously reduced to each pollution index and greatly improved the water quality of purification of micro-polluted water. Furthermore, the organic removal rate with composite potassium permanganate was more than the unitary potassium permanganate process and the current traditional process.

Abstract: SOM neural network is a fully connected array of neurons composed of non-teachers and self-learning network, which has a strong nonlinear mapping ability and flexible network structure and a high degree of fault tolerance and robustness. This paper introduces the structure of SOM neural network and learning algorithm and presents an instance of marine diesel engines in MATLAB environment. The diagnosis of marine diesel engine showed that the model can reduce the cost of diagnosis and increase the efficiency of diagnosis. There will be well application prospect in practice.

Abstract: Evaluation of teachers is one of the most important sectors for colleges and universities to foster a high-quality teaching staff influencing the training qualities of students directly. Scientific and rational evaluation of teachers has the important guide functions to improve the quality of teachers, inspire teachers' potential and creativity and encourage teachers to make constant progress. It is difficult to evaluate one teacher objectively and fairly using the ordinary evaluation method for the influencing factors are more and complex. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of selecting outstanding teachers in university is proposed in this paper, its main goal is to make the scientific and rational evaluation on one teacher and select outstanding teachers. Finally, an example of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on one certain teacher for the illustration of the proposed method is represented, the result indicates that the scientific and rational evaluate result is provided by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

Abstract: The development of information technology sped up the pace of the reform in modern family life. People have a higher demand for safety, comfort and efficiency of home environment. The conception about ”Smart Home”, “Digital Earth”, “Digital Comfortable Community”, “Wisdom Earth” are being put forward with the rapid development of the property of digital home microprocessor. The technology of digital home embedded web server will become the bottleneck in the development of the digital home. Therefore, this paper used the ARM9EJ-S processor and Linux operation system, combined with the mature technique of Java and MVC (Model View Controller) and designed a kind of digital home embedded web server. The validity and efficiency of the system was validated via test-experiment. The results show that this system has many advantages, such as small volume, lower power consumption, lower cost, safety and reliability, easy to install and to maintain, good practicality and so on. People can control everything in the home whenever and wherever they are through the Internet.

Abstract: Natural disasters and public health emergencies occurred frequently and nearly everywhere in recent years. The emergencies not only seriously affected the production and life of people in disaster areas, but also brought huge economic losses to the state. In order to minimize these losses, the government must establish emergency procurement system to ensure providing necessary materials after emergencies in the fastest speed, best quality and lowest cost for the affected areas. Based on this, this paper, using integration theory, recognizes the government emergency procurement platform system, operating system and supervision system as the elements of the government emergency procurement system, and laid the foundation for further study.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the benefit of government emergency procurement, analytical hierarchy process method (AHP method) is used in this paper. After establishing a clarity and comprehensive government emergency procurement evaluation index system, which includes emergency benefit, economic benefit and social benefit, this paper applies the AHP method on the system and gives the specific calculating process. Calculating results show that the most important benefit evaluation index is promptness rate of time. It means that the government has to procure materials as soon as possible after emergencies. The application of AHP method on determining the importance of indexes reflects the objectivity and impartiality of benefit evaluation process. It is an effective and practical method and can be applied in other fields.

Abstract: In this study, the MITSUBISHI PLC (FX2n-32MR) is used to achieve the lead-acid battery monitoring system. The battery is by way of rater and FX-2AD used in charging state. The analog and digital data are transmitted to PLC to get the real-time monitoring and control. During charging, time and voltage keep constant to reach charging optimization condition. In addition, AD590 is used as reference measurement and battery protection in temperature control.

Abstract: Owing to the distinctiveness of business operation mode and profit acquisition style between commercial website and entity enterprise, traditional customer equity measurement model is not applicable to that of commercial website.Therefore,this paper combines the basic theory of customer equity with the features of commercial website and puts forward customer equity measurement of commercial website on the basis of ARIMA time series model,then further choose Sohu company as a case and calculate its customer equity value. Study results show that this model is not only accurate but highly feasible.
