Abstract: The pinning adaptive synchronization of a class of weighted complex networks is investigated in detail and several criteria are obtained for locally exponentially asymptotic synchronization. The detailed number of pinned nodes to achieve network synchronization can be estimated by calculating the eigenvalue of the minor matrix of extended coupling matrix. Compared with the general adaptive controllers, the convergence speed of the proposed pinning adaptive controllers is greatly enhanced by an adjustable parameter.

Abstract: The adaptive noise cancellation system by LMS algorithm need not to know the prior knowledge of input speech signal and noise, and can carry out denoise. In this paper, we present a general approach to using Simulink to build adaptive filter which may denoise for noise added speech signal. Simulation results show that this method has the good suppression ability for the noise of collection speech signal.

Abstract: Aimed for current situation that most scholars concerned with mechanics, deformation, flow performance of modified cement mortar, the paper selected carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex as the modified material, researched on cement mortar’ water reducing effect, wear resistance, corrosion resistance-mechanical properties, drying shrinkage before modifing and after modifing. Compared cement fine mortar’s properties with cement mechine-made mortar’s properties before and after modification. Research results showed that the addition of carboxyl SB latex, the overall performance of cement mortar is greatly improved, and with the increase of polymer cement ratio, this improvement trend is more obvious, those changes especially are suitable for extra-fine cement mortar. The results clarify the properties variation law of cement mortar before and after modification, this provides scientific guidance for polymer latex modified cement mortar mix design.

Abstract: Software cost estimation is a very important activity in software development, but the existing methods can not do it accurately. In particular, various methods are based on the data of some mature companies. As a result, they can’t be applied to many small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and can not meet the demands of the increasingly refined industries. Based on rough set theory, an algorithm generating from a structured cost estimation model is proposed in this paper. Taking advantage of rough set theory which can analyze and reason the data, some tacit knowledge is discovered and the characteristics of some potential laws are revealed, thus improving the accuracy of cost estimation and meeting the demands of general businesses.

Abstract: Knowledge service network, a new mode of knowledge symbiosis in the agile supply chain, emphasized the main body of knowledge service and knowledge requirement in the network, and provided the more specialized, marketed and individual knowledge service. Expatiated the related concepts of the Knowledge Service Network in the Agile Supply Chain (KSN-ASC), analyzed the composition and network mode of the KSN-ASC, and reckoned the push of the exterior environment and the pull of the organization interior requirement as the main reasons of the formation and development of the KSN-ASC. Furthermore, it analyzed the evolvement from knowledge sharing, knowledge chain, knowledge network to knowledge service network of the agile supply chain, which can better comprehend the formation and development of the KSN-ASC.

Abstract: In order to diagnose the health status of aircraft effectively, a health diagnosis method based on D-S evidence theory is proposed. Firstly, this method apperceives the healthy information of a real aircraft stabilizer with real time by using AE(Acoustic Emission, AE) detecting system. Secondly, use the wavelet transform to extract feature of the AE signal, including three characteristics of maximum value (MA), singular value (SVD), standard deviation (STD) to set up characteristic vector, then using GRNN and BP neural network to classify the characteristic vector. Finally, D-S evidence theory is used for decision reasoning. Therefore, The Health State of aircraft can be diagnosed. Experiments show that the monitor has good performance to recognize and diagnose the fatigue crack of aircraft structural parts, which is proposed to be effective.

Abstract: Nonlinear function constitution and dynamic synapses, against spurious state for Hopfield neural network are proposed. The model of the dynamical connection weight and the updating scheme of the states of neurons are given. Nonlinear function constitution improves the conventional Hebbian learning rule with linear outer product method. Simulation results show that both nonlinear function constitution and dynamic synapses can effectively increase the ability of error tolerance; furthermore, associative memory of neural network with the new method can both enlarge attractive basin and increase storage capacity.

Abstract: In the process of macrophage image manufacture, cell adhesion often appears because of equipment or man-made reason and then influences subsequent automatic detection and analysis. The traditional watershed algorithm is easy to cause over-segmentation for the volatility of gray extremum. To overcome these phenomena, an improved watershed algorithm which was based on macrophages image segmentation was introduced in this paper. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can effectively segment adhesive macrophages and restrain the over-segmentation phenomena with an acceptable computation speed.

Abstract: A distributed information fusion structure based on data fusion tree is built to realize precise localization and efficient navigation for the mobile robot. The multi-class, multi-level information from robot and environment is fused using different algorithms in different levels, and make the robot have a deeper understanding to the whole environment. Experiments demonstrate that the new model proposed in the paper can improve the positioning precision of robot greatly, and the search efficiency and success rate are also better than traditional mode.
