Abstract: The technical principle of integrated solidification and cementation at cement-formation interface (ISCCFI) with Mud Cake to Agglomerated Cake (MTA) method based on the mud cake modifier and forming agent of agglomerated cake can be divided into two steps. Firstly, add the mud cake modifier (the amount is 1 % to 3 %) to the drilling fluid before drilling the isolation section, and keep this proportion until the well completion. Secondly, prepare 3 to 4 cubic meters of prepad fluid based on forming agent of agglomerated cake before the well cementing operation. This new method doesn’t need to change oilwell cement slurry system. In order to verify the practical cementing effect of MTA method, it was applicated in 16 adjustment wells (9 conventional wells and 7 heavy oil wells) in the old area of two oilfields in China. The interpretation results of CBL/VDL (Cement Bond Logging/Acoustic Variable Density logging) show that the qualified rate of casing-cement interface and cement-formation interface is up to 100 %, and the qualified rate of cement-formation interface increased by 30 % in Shengli oilfield and the average high-quality rate of all the isolation section length at cement-formation interface reaches 90.48 % in Henan oilfield.

Abstract: Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of lycopene from freeze-dried tomato pomace(peels and seeds) with CO2 was explored. The effect of different technical parameters, such as temperature (40°C, 50°C, 60°C), pressure (35MPa, 40MPa, 45MPa) and particle size (three degree index), on the extraction yield and the content of lycopene in extracts was determined with statistical analysis. The product obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction at over 35MPa contained the highest concentration of lycopene, while the product rich in β-carotene and lutein was obtained at below 30MPa.The product obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction at 40MPa and 60°C contains the highest concentration lycopene of 32.52±1.02g/100g dry material.

Abstract: Ganglioside is a kind of acidic glycosphingolipid containing sialic acid. It is the major component of nerve cells and has a very important biological activity. This study is based on the molecular structure of ganglioside and the absorption of stovall stone to various ions. The chromatography media made by stovall stone loading chitosan has a better adsorption to gangliosides. The experiment showed that the best adsorption parameters are 8BV, chloroform: methanol (1:4), PH = 5.5, temperature is 2.0°C; Resolution: the mixture of chloroform, methanol and 0.9 mol/L NaAC (30:58:12 v/v/v) which is 10 times the volume of the filtrate, 8BV, PH = 5.5, temperature is 1.5°C and 22BV, 0.3mol/L methanol solution of potassium acetate; 180mg gangliosides with 75% purity were obtained from 300g fresh porcine brain. The recovery rate reached 95%. The target compound was confirmed by IR, UV and HPLC. Compared with the current method, this method is more suitable for industrial production.

Abstract: Rheological and film forming properties of fish gelatin modified by transglutaminase (TGase) were investigated. The results indicated that the modified gels had higher gel strength of 101.4 g and 118.6 g with added TGase of 1% and 2 %, respectively. Elastic modulus (G'), viscous modulus (G'') of modified gels were significantly increased by the addition of 2% TGase. Tensile strength (TS) and elongation at break (EAB) of modified film increased by 38.2% and 137.1%, respectively, compared with the control film (P<0.05). The use of TGase significantly decreased water vapor permeability (WVP) of resulting film. Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and microstructure analysis denoted a certain degree of interference of TGase in the arrangement of gelatin molecules.

Abstract: The dynamic changes of the oxygen and carbon dioxide volume fraction,in modified atmosphere packaging of Agaricus bisporus were studied at different temperature. The respiration rate of Agaricus bisporus under modified atmosphere packaging at any instant of time were determined by improved permeable system. A respiration model, based on Michaelis-Menten type enzyme kinetics, was proposed for predicting respiration rates of Agaricus bisporus as a function of O2 and CO2 volume fraction at the storage temperature. The model parameters were estimated by fitting the model to the experimental data by non-linear regression using Matlab. The effection on the model parameters of temperature was described by Arrhenius equation. The results suggest that, the low temperature and MAP could inhibit the respiration of mushroom, which is essential to the design of modified atmosphere package.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of catfish bone hydrolysate (CBH), at levels of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0%, on the quality of catfish sausage stored at ambient temperature (37 °C). The results showed that sausages with addition of CBH had lower pH, lower TVB-N and lower total plate count during storage. The lightness (L*), redness (a*) and yellow (b* ) values of sausages with CBH were lower than control before storage. During storage, the L* values of the sausages with CBH decreased significantly. The a* values and the b* values changed slowly. Samples with 1.5% CBH had higher overall acceptance during storage.

Abstract: To utilize low-value fish, Spanish mackerel protein was hydrolyzed using alcalase for production of antioxidant peptide. The antioxidant activities of antioxidant peptide from Spanish mackerel protein were evaluated. Results: The radical-scavenging properties on hydroxyl and superoxide of protein hydrolysates were 53.11% and 23.1%. And their reducing power was increased with the peptide content of the hydrolysates. The hydrolysates significantly inhibited lipid peroxidation in linoleic acid emulsion system, and effectively inhibit autoxidation of linoleic acid; and the inhibition ability increased with the increasing of peptide content in hydrolysates. The hydrolysates inhibited the activity of LOX to a certain extent. Conclusion: The hydrolysates from Spanish mackerel protein exhibited high antioxidative activity.

Abstract: The antioxidation activity and the linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of gingerol were detected in different condition. Gingerol’s median effect concentration(EC50) was 7.6165ug·mL-1 and its TAC was higher than that of ginger oleoresin prepared from ginger extract. The surface property of gingerol-Sudan (I) was investigated with Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) .The linear pits of Sudan were observed , and the average size of Sudan was 18nm to 20nm in Z-range, there were a few tinodular islands of gingerol-Sudan in the AFM image. The tests demonstrated gingerol reacted with Sudan in appropriate alkalinity solution, and the products held larger maximum maximum wavelength(λmax). The reaction capacity of gingerol and the enlarging of λmax were closely related to the gingerol’s concentration. There was no signal for gingerol-fibrinogen solution in Sum Frequency Generation vibrational spectroscopy. The results indicted that gingerol could remove the Sudan’s toxicity from organic tissue and did not affect the property of fibrinogen.
