Abstract: Energy is among the most important key words in modern times. Energy efficiency of building has becoming one of the most important subject branches and development trends of architecture. In this work, we try to do some researches to make contributions to Energy efficiency of building. In the paper we proposed several solutions from the points of roof, floor, door, windows, wall and so on. Finally we made a summary of the work at the end of this paper.

Abstract: The deterioration of the environment is much more serious, which leads to low carbon development of power industry overwhelming, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems of low carbon development in China’s electricity industry, including the higher cost of low carbon energy construction, unreasonable energy structure, backward level of technology , difficulties of new energy paralleling in power grid; On the other hand, points out some measures towards low carbon development, including determining the price policies of renewable energy, levying carbon taxes and government subsidies, strengthening the construction of western electric facilities, optimizing the power structure, developing new energy technology, applying intelligent grid as well as promoting the international exchange and cooperation. We hope that the analysis can give certain reference for the low carbon development of China’s power industry.

Abstract: The level of residents' cognition on function of green agro-ecological compensation is an important prerequisite to support green agriculture’s sustainable development and improve the public welfare. It is also a social and psychological foundation to develop and improve the policy of green agro-ecological compensation. This paper based on the surveying data about 186 residents in six countries of Da Bie Shan Pilot Site and finds that: the survey has some awareness about the green function of agro-ecosystems, but not high. The level of awareness of ecological compensation will directly affect the people’s willingness to pay. We use the model of logistic and conclude the main factors what influence persons’ willingness to pay which is in order to provide some reference for establishing an ecological compensation mechanism which based on the public participation.

Abstract: In this paper, by analyzing the cause of the weak power for China's carbon emissions, we design the trading and OTC options contracts of China's carbon emissions. By testing we found that the pricing method can indeed improve the pricing power of carbon emissions and acquire more transactions in negotiations .The policy implications of this article: Firstly, China should combine with domestic and international progress to plan the framework of China's carbon emissions trading as soon as possible. Secondly, we also launch the research of carbon emissions trading market and experimental work; the third, establishing trading center with the market-oriented to guide China's implementation of greenhouse gas emission reduction projects and to achieve Low-cost emission.

Abstract: In the recent years benefit transfer method has become a hot research area in the evaluation of non-market natural resources. Amide a variety of adopted research methodologies,Meta-regression benefit transfer method has become a mostly used one.In this paper, a large dataset based on the empirical non-market valuation study results reported in the United States was analyzed. This dataset is used to estimate a meta-regression model that was used to predict the corresponding recreation resources and activities values in China. The convergent validity of the meta-analytic international benefit transfer is tested against the observed recreation activity values in China. In the process, a relative percentage error indicator, paired t-test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test are used. The mean benefit transfer error is 18.74%, an acceptable value for international transfer. These results suggest that the international benefit transfer could be reliably used in valuing outdoor recreational activities in China.

Abstract: The vegetation recovering effect of oily soil after bioremediation was studied and contrasted with the background of natural environment in this paper. The results indicated that the vegetation productivity of oily soil after microbial remediation can be restored to its original level, but is not enough to rely on natural recovery of vegetation. The unit productivity of oily soil only through microbial remediation was obviously lower than natural background, and the biocommunity and its vertical structure were relatively simple. But the unit productivity of oily soil after phytoremediation was nearly similar to the uncontaminated soil.

Abstract: Using Brevibacterium flavum CN1021 as starting strain, the L-glutamate producing strain was directionally bred with protoplast UV mutagenesis, UV mutagenesis and DES mutagenesis. Through shake-tube preliminary screening, shake-flask re-screening, genetic markers verification and continuous passage, an L-glutamate temperature-sensitive mutant strain GTS190 (Ts+Omr+GluHXr+ SGr+FEAr+AECr+Sucg) was screened finally. It was fermented for 36h in a vessel (30L) feeding by batches, in which glutamic acid production reached 195g/L and sugar and acid conversion rate was 66%.

Abstract: The tolerance stability of black sweet corn was investigated in this paper. The results showed its tolerance to light is weak, while it can be proved that the tolerance to heat is strong. The stability of melanin in acid, alkali, deoxidant and Na+, K+ solution is relatively good, while the stability in oxidant, Al3+, Fe3+ solution is bad.

Abstract: One hundred and forty lactobacillus strains which were obtained from infant faeces and traditional fermented foods in western China were examined for possible use as probiotics. The live whole cells from lactobacilli were tested for antiproliferative effects, adherent capability, acid and bile tolerance on colon cancer HT-29 cells. The results showed that eleven strains inhibited growth of HT-29 cells. Among the eleven strains, ten strains were further screened out through adhering activity assay. All the ten strains could grow in acidified broth at pH 1.5 and in 0.3% (w/v) bile salt. Nevertheless, G5, X11, X12, M5, M23, K11 and K14 showed the most profound inhibitory activity against HT-29 cells. While Q12, SB27, X2 and M7 were poorly presented. 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that X12, M5, M7 and M23 were Lactobacillus paracasei, G5, Q12, SB27, X2, X11 and K14 were Lactobacillus casei, K11 was Lactobacillus rhamnosus. Together, these results suggest G5, X11, X12, M5, M23, K11 and K14 to be good probiotic candidates and potential application in functional foods and health-associated products.

Abstract: A greenhouse experiment was carried out to study the effects of the sterilization of the soil on the invasive weed Coreopsis grandiflora Hogg. at two irradiance levels. The sterilization was done by benomyl which is a fungicide used worldwide to sterilize the fungal pathogens. The study found that the effects of the sterilization on C. grandiflora varied with the light intensity in terms of the leaf biomass, total biomass and the root-shoot ratio. At high irradiance (60%) the sterilization significantly increased the leaf biomass, total biomass and the ability of photosynthesis of C. grandiflora, suggesting there are soil pathogenic fungi which contribute to biotic resistance against the invasive plants. In contrast, at low irradiance, the sterilization did not have significant effects on the biomass of the plant although the Fv/Fm was significantly increased, suggesting that the light was the key factor and the biotic resistance of soil biota have some minor effects on the plant invasion of C. grandiflora in low light habitat such as forest canopy. The biotic resistance of soil biota on C. grandiflora varies with irradiance levels, suggesting the limiting factors of invasive plants are complex and vary with microhabitats.
