Abstract: In this paper, the simulation model of the cold rolling process of the deep groove bearing inner ring was established by using the finite element software Deform-3D. The numerical calculation of the model was made with different process parameters. The law of the influence the process parameters on the rolling force was analyzed. The deformation mechanism of the cold rolling process of the inner ring was revealed. The research indicated that the feed rate of idle roller had the greatest influence on the cold rolling process. Finally the experiment using the XS-50 precision CN ring rolling machine was carried on and a finished product of the inner ring of a better quality came out. It verified that the numerical simulation could provide theoretical basis for the practical production process.

Abstract: Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is a new type of motor with high positioning accuracy. This paper introduces the related design theory of PMLSM with the utilization of finite element software. we refer to the sample transient electromagnetic analysis, firstly. And then get the Thrust fluctuation map and compare to its winding back EMF curve and other related graphs. Through altering of the thickness, air gap length, junior core’s structure and size and other parameters, we finally conclude the designed requirements will be eventually fulfilled this optimization.

Abstract: Melt blowing is known for directly converting polymer resin into nonwoven fabrics of microfibers. The fiber diameter of melt blown nonwoven fabrics is strongly influenced by the air jet flow field developed from the sharp die. The dual slot sharp die is often used to yield polymer fibers in this process. The objective of this paper is to investigate the fiber diameter of melt blowing nonwovens produced by sharp die using an artificial neural network model. The fiber diameter of melt blowing nonwoven is mostly influenced by processing parameters (polymer flow rate, polymer melt temperature, initial air velocity, die-to-collector distance and initial air temperature). By analyzing the results obtained with the aid of the ANN model, the effects of melt blowing process parameters on the fiber diameter can be predicted. The results demonstrate that ANN model is a effective and a excellent method for predictors.

Abstract: With non-linear elastic-plastic finite element method, the numerical simulation of the steel pipe rotary-drawing bending process is carried out, and the forming mechanism and spring-back phenomenon of rotary-draw bending is analyzed. Aiming at the phenomenon of pipe collapse deformation, a mandrel is used and it makes the bending process. The simulation results show that using mandrel could avoid collapse appearing in deformation area, reducing contact friction coefficient will help to improve wall thickness uniformity, and increasing the angle of rotary-draw bending will aggravate the amount of spring-back.

Abstract: Pressing is an important part of precision seeding operation, which has an important effect on crushing soil. In order to enhancing the effect of soil crushing, some press wheels with flange rim are used. But further research is needed to evaluate whether the use of these press wheels affect the actual seeding depth that will affect precision seeding quality. Three kinds of press wheels, with the smooth rim, circular flange rim and rib rim respectively were designed, and the PFC3D discrete element method (DEM) software was used to simulate the pressing processes of these press wheels, and the contact force between the rim and soil, soil displacement and porosity were analyzed. It was concluded that the press wheel with the smooth rim is better than others in precision seeding operation.

Abstract: Using industrial robot system for grinding surface is a higher surface processing quality effective means. In order to obtain the three-dimensional coordinates on the machined surface, this paper firstly use a monocular camera and a word to construct a set of line lasers to obtain the visual acquisition system for processing surface grinding robots the sequence laser line picture. Then according to the characteristics of laser line, using the least squares method of parabolic fitting for each picture of the center of laser lines extracted. Continuous laser line of existence, this paper puts forward the cubic b-spline curve of each picture of the algorithm generated between it and break a smooth and continuous curve. Finally, stitch the intensity information of the laser line in every picture together. It builds a complete robot coordinate for processing surface within the 3-d information pictures, by it we can make the robot trajectory and speed planned. This article applied a large number of experimental proofs, and used robot grinding surface technique above to robot grinding test, satisfy the precision requirement of experiment, the introduction of the method is practicable and effective.

Abstract: Arch dam is a water retaining structure which has beautiful bodily form and reasonable structure form. In recent years, arch dam has been widely used. This paper adopts finite element method to carry out three-dimensional finite element simulation analysis for Xiuwen hydropower station, research variation law of the dam’s stress and displace in operational process. Research results show that, single curvature arch dam of Xiuwen hydropower station have reasonable structure, good mechanical properties, every index meets the requirements for design.

Abstract: According to the mathematical model of brushless DC motor (BLDCM), control equations of BLDCM speed control system and simulation model were established for steering control device in electric pallet truck based on transfer function in Matlab/Simulink. The fuzzy adaptive PID control method was introduced to speed control system, and it can realize PID parameter’s online adjustment. Simulation result shows that the designed speed controller based on fuzzy adaptive PID has better dynamic and static performance than the controller based on traditional PID, and the control accuracy is also greatly improved.

Abstract: In supply chain, manufacturing suppliers may provide incorrect information to purchasers because of fierce market competition and privacy protection. This paper proposed a convenient method of obtaining production information based on electricity and forecasting suppliers’ Unused Production Capacity based on electricity. With fuzzy cluster-analysis technique and virtual variable-regression analysis method, the relation model between months’ electricity and product quantity was constructed. Then achieve a forecasting model of unused production capacity using gray-theory and Ordinary Least Square according to recent months’ electricity. And the example was discussed, the predicting results will provide decision-making basis for purchasers.

Abstract: To control the length and morphology of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) is difficult in its producing process. Influencing factors of length and morphology of carbon nanotubes have been analyzed in the catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) process. According to the growth characteristic of carbon nanotubes, the diffusion model was developed. Over time, the diffusion potential decreases due to a reduction in the carbon atom concentration gradient. With the model, the shape of catalytic particle is analyzed. From theoretical derivation, it is demonstrated that with the temperature ranging from 1173K to1373K, the growth rate raises up sharply with the increasing of temperature. Growth rate of CNTs increases with increasing layers at the same temperature.
