Abstract: The Pro/Toolkit secondary development tools and Visual C++ programming language are used in the second development of the Pro/E, which can realize the parametric design of machine tool’s parts. Input the parameters, the system will automatically generate 3D models. This system can reduce the time of machine tool design and development, and improve the design efficiency. The information management module system can realize the management of machine tool important design parameters, which greatly lightened designers’ workload. This paper develops the parameterization design of supporting stand for the example, and introduces this development mentality and its key technologies in detail.

Abstract: The mainstream Web 3D making tools were analyzed in this study. And the main constituents of Turntool software, featured of three-dimensional digital model, were introduced. The adoption of CAD digital model produced in the industrial design process and methods and steps of using Turntool technology to make virtual digital model is analyzed combined with cases to discuss its key technical essentials. By recruiting web publishing technology, Turntool virtual digital model with static pictures were combined to produce brand-new dynamic product rendering, which solves the problem of effective combination of texts and graphics and improves the visual effect of product display.

Abstract: The main factors that influence product color design include the regional environmental and cultural differences that lead to people’s color preference, the tendency of popular colors as well as the symbolization of colors. The auxiliary decision system of the product color design, which is based on kansei engineering, is mainly investigated with the quantitative methodology. The variation of the preference of regional color, especially the tracking of popular color image for the public is recorded. Moreover, combined with qualitative research analysis, setting up a continuous color design auxiliary system can assist designers to coordinate the relationship of the three factors and deploy the color design job. This essay takes the color research of the cupboard as an example to explore the establishment and application of this auxiliary system.

Abstract: Design of a pharmaceutical industry management system based on ERP and CRM integration, including design background, function and implement, are presented in this paper. The designed system applies middleware technology in data exchange between ERP and CRM, and all the data is transferred in XML format. The mainly integrated function modules are customer management module, product information module and sales module. Snowflake mode is used in data warehouse to eliminate data redundancy and to save storage space. The system can improve management ability and competition superiority of the pharmaceutical industry through ERP and CRM integration.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to assess technologies used in the monitoring of nano-particles that are available commercially and under research. The goal of the assessment is to propose a new device based on the technologies assessed. The assessment is performed based on information obtained from literatures review of articles and brochures, and from communications with representatives of the manufacturers of the counters. Two types of nano-particles counters were assessed; counters that are currently commercially available are the condensation particle counter (CPC), the scanning mobility particle spectrometer (SMPS). A description of how each counter works is given, and the advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. Experimental results showed that the performance of capillary had been installed and cleaned. The SMPS mean diameter fell within the range of the NIST standard. The sample offered well distribution in 300 and 400 nm.

Abstract: Based on existing study on image and symbol, two new concepts are proposed, user image and product symbol for design field. The process of establishing images of users and the influence factors on them were described. How to use the product symbolic form, content, sort to design were also illustrated. On the basis of the above theories, the research laid emphasis on how to make designers construct effectively the corresponding relationship of product symbol and user image and to apply the correspondence to design. It is demonstrated with an example, how to use the process of the new user images which is based on oriented product symbols to design.

Abstract: Based on existing study on LED modularization, how to make flexible and convenient modular adjustments and combination on LEDs is studied in order to serve as requirements of LED’s functions and modeling. This research laid emphasis on the recombination of LEDs inside the module and the adjustments of modules. Combining with the theories of man-machine engineering, product system design, innovative design thinking and techniques in the product development, a set of systematic design procedures and methods on LED modular adjustments and combination were set up. With the application of research results, the author constructed a flexible and convenient LED lawn lamp which can make modular adjustments and combination.

Abstract: With high demand of CNC machine tools accuracy, machines are needed to run-in more than 48 hours before selling. As a key link of last process in mechanical assembly of CNC machine, the importance of CNC machine running-in has been approved to have vital effect on the safety, reliability and lifetime. CNC machine running-in instrument is used for test and run in mechanical parts of CNC machines including screw, guide rail and bearings. The paper presents the function of the CNC machine running-in instrument, principle, hardware circuits, the software flowchart of running-in instrument and part of the servo control program.

Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce market competition, product design and development has been paid much attention. At the same time, because of people's aesthetic awareness and the continuous improvement of quality life, people show too much favor in technique, human oriented design and artistry, which can also become the essential means for companies to compete in the market. Starting from the market demand perspective, taking the human oriented design and interesting design into consideration, and combining native culture and new material, this article provides a new idea of future product design and development.

Abstract: Pile clamping mechanism with hydraulic static pile driver has advantages of convenient for the design, improvement and use. The maximum transmission pile driving force of pile clamping mechanism of hydraulic static pile driver was analyzed. The static forces of pile clamping mechanism and prefabricated pile were researched and analyzed. The contact between prefabricated pile and pile clamping jaws under pile driving was investigated. It was revealed that when the force of pile clamping cylinder is small, the contact between prefabricated pile and pile clamping jaws under pile driving can be considered that between the elastic inner cylindrical surface and the axis parallel elastic outer cylindrical surface. When the force of pile clamping cylinder is large, the prefabricated pile contacted with pile clamping jaws under pile driving can be considered the hollow thick-wall cylinder subjected to uniformly distributed external pressure.
