Abstract: This paper mainly introduced a model of the production plan for a paper manufacture company. Primal problem of the production plan lies in determines the production quantity of different variety paper by different paper-making machinery. Considered the production cost of the paper and the estimate sales volume and so on, taken the profit maximization of the paper manufacture corporation as the goal, this paper used general mathematical model system to establish the linear programming model to optimize the profit of the paper manufacture company, and at last, several variables can be got through the GAMS solution.

Abstract: Different methods adopted to study the working space of robot other than the traditional software methods, used block diagram in control theory to describe the transfer function of the kinematical chain of robot based on decomposition, digital and logical circuit of electronic technology with the foregoing result, data acquisition of dexterous working space and singular working space can be easily found then.

Abstract: Controlled anatase TiO2 was grown on cellulose surface using a fragile hydrothermal method in different conditions. With the analysis of FTIR spectra, the grown TiO2 was chemically attached to the cellulose surface. The morphologies and amount of grown TiO2 on cellulose surface could be controlled through the adjustment of reacting factors. From the observation of SEM images, the morphology and content of TiO2 grown on cellulose surface could be controlled under appropriate reaction conditions. Under the regulation of reactant conditions, the content ranging from 8.7%-34.2% of TiO2 could be grown on cellulose surface.

Abstract: With the fiercer competition and more complex environment of manufacturing industry, the service-oriented manufacturing mode integrating manufacture and service has become an inevitable trend. Together with the producer services and product-service system, the development process of service-oriented manufacturing mode was summarized. Compared with the traditional manufacturing mode, a conceptual model of service-oriented manufacturing was proposed. Furthermore, the operational framework of service-oriented manufacturing mode was established based on its operating characteristics. The research paper could provide the manufacturing enterprises with some foundation for implementing the service-oriented manufacturing mode.

Abstract: The plasma was generated by focusing a pulsed Nd:YAG laser at 1064nm and 10ns on the surface of ITO. We investigated the relationship between the signal intensity of LIBS and the pulse energy of laser, and found the signal of the analyze lines of In and Sn increased with the laser energy enhanced proportional. A series of measurements were made to found the optimum time delay between the laser pulse and the beginning of the LIBS spectra acquisition. Through calibration-free method we obtain the temperature of plasma,at the same time we measured the content of In and Sn by the program which writed with matlab.

Abstract: Quadratic TC-Bézier curves with shape parameter is constructed in a special space, it shares most optimal properties as those of the quadratic Bézier curves and its shape can be adjusted by changing the parameter value in . The circle and ellipse can be represented with this curve accurately. Presents G1 condition of quadratic TC-Bézier curves, the results have definite geometric meanings and can be applied to surface modeling conveniently.

Abstract: Water assisted injection molding is a pretty novel way to fabricate hollow or more complicated parts. Its molding window and process control are more critical and difficult since additional processing parameters are involved. A simulation model for the filling stage of a pipe cavity during short-shot water assisted injection molding was proposed. The finite element/finite difference/control volume methods were adopted for the numerical simulation. A numerical study, based on the single factor method, was conducted to characterize the effect of different processing parameters on the short shot water-assisted injection-molding of thermoplastic composites, including short-shot size, melt temperature, mold temperature, water temperature and water pressure. For the factors selected in the simulations, short-shot size was found to be the principal parameters affecting the water penetration length while melt temperature, mold temperature, water temperature, water pressure were found to have little effect on the penetration of water.

Abstract: Total protein extraction method should be adjusted for get higher quality product for special material. We optimized the protocols and extracted total proteins from P. koraiensis adopt TCA-acetone, TCA-acetone contains β-mercaptoethanol, methanol and protein extraction kit respectively. Then we compared extracts from these methods using SDS-PAGE. The results show that there are no obvious differences between TCA, TCA-2ME and Methanol, which all have better bands. In contrast, extracts from protein extraction kit had ambiguous bands. We also found that it should take about eight hours at least for precipitate of mixtures of samples and extraction solutions. We think optimized TCA-acetone is an idea method for protein extraction from P. koraiensis.

Abstract: Novel titanium complex [2-O-(5- NO2)C6H3CH=N[(C6H4) –2-O ]]2TiCl2 (1) has been prepared by treatment of the ligand complex 1a with TiCl4•2THF in dichloromethane solution. The complex 1a and 1 were characterized by 1H-NMR . Activated by MAO, Complex 1 displayed very high activity for methyl methacrylate polymerization and the viscosity-average molecular weight of PMMA is more than 35×104 at 60°C.The molecular-weight distribution of PMMA measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is narrow.

Abstract: The most commonly used method for ocean information visualization is plotting two-dimensional distribution images by using the IDLgrContour object in IDL,But when the data volume exceeds 10M, it process looks like rolling window curtains.Draw on the experience of contour display type, here we put forward the application technique of efficient visualization of large data sets, include basic framework, colorbar configuration and realizing process. The example shows it can meet the fast display requirement of common ocean remote sensing information with excellent expansibility and flexibility.
