Abstract: BjMT2 cDNA clone gene isolated from Brassica juncea was constructed in pETM-20 and expressed in E.coli as a TrxA::BjMT2 fusion protein. After affinity chromatography and cleavage from the TrxA domain, pure BjMT2 protein was obtained which strongly reacted with the thiol reagent monobromobimane. The amino acid sequence determined by mass spectrograph revealed the polypeptide contains 80 amino acids and is full of 8 and 6 cysteines with CC, CXC and C-XX-C motifs clustered near -N and -C terminus, respectively.

Abstract: 16 strains of microorganisms were screened from garden soils which contain large amounts of insoluble phosphate rock, respectively, named HPP1-HPP16. HPP16 was selected to be further studied by reason of its high-performance phosphate-solubilizing ability. After a series of experiments about physiological-biochemical identification and 16SrDNA molecular biological identification, HPP16 had been identified as one strain of Enterobacter asburiae. After cultivation of HPP16 in liquid inorganic phosphorus medium, its activity achieved to an accumulations of soluble phosphate up to 1212.32 mg/L. The results showed that HPP16 has a great potential and a good prospect in crop farming.

Abstract: The treatment of NO-3-N in groundwater by a biofilm-electrode reactor demonstrated that no matterthe temperature is excessive low or excessive high, the bacteria of denitrification will be controled;when the C/N rate is 1, which is lower than the theoretic value (1.07) the TN and TC can be removed together. The current experiment comfirmed that the current could improve the efficiency of the nitrate removal ratio, and the nitrate’s eliminating ratio relates to the current, The nitrate’s eliminating ratio will be improved when the HRT is longer.

Abstract: Eggshell membrane is a natural biomaterial with macropores lattice and high surface area. The bio-sorption and decolorization of organic dye eosin B was investigated based on eggshell membrane. The effect of adsorption time, pH value and temperature of eggshell membrane on the decolorization of eosin B was studied. Time for adsorption to reach equilibrium is 100 min. Optimum pH value is 2.0 for the adsorption. And the amount of dye removed by egg shell membrane was increasing as temperature ascending. At room temperature and optimum conditions, 95% of eosin B could be removed and maximum adsorption of 40.9 mg/g had been achieved. The adsorption behavior of eggshell membrane towards eosin B fit well with Freundlich isotherm.

Abstract: Removal efficiency of heavy metal Cu from acid wastewater using egg shell as adsorbent was investigated. The influence of calcination temperature and dosage of egg shell, as well as pH value on the removal efficiency were discussed to obtain the optimum removal condition. The results show that the removal rate of lead would achieve the best result of 99.56% when we use the egg shells calcined at 400°C,2h, and the content of egg shells is 30g/L, pH=3.0.Using eggshells to treat acid chrome-containing wastewater is simple and easy to be operated, which has application prospects for the process and good treatment effect.

Abstract: Harpin protein was produced by a recombinant E. coli BL21(DE3)/pET30a(+)hrpNEcc in a 1-ton fermentor, and acute oral toxicity test in rats and guinea pig skin sensitization test for Harpin protein were carried out in order to determine its toxicity. The experimental results show that the protein production is up to 4.78 g/L after 16-18 h of fermentation, and the production cost of this protein is 1.75 yuan/g. Harpin protein produced by the recombinant E. coli strain is non-toxic (LD50>5000mg/kg) and has a low allergenicity (rate of sensitization is 0%). The results obtained in this study lay the foundation of the industrial manufacturing and the application on agriculture for Harpin protein.

Abstract: This research studied spatial relationship between groundwater resource-function and sensitivity by statistical analysis in HuFu Plain. The results indicated that groundwater resource function was classified as middle, while groundwater sensitivity was classified as middle and lower in HuFu Plain. The area , groundwater resource function is classified as rich or poorer and richer or poor, where groundwater sensitivity is higher or lower respectively. At last analyzing the mechanism of multicorresponding relationship based on the same factors that they have.

Abstract: In this study, the marine circular economy mode of marine industries was investigated by using utilization of sea water in combination with thermal power generation. As an ocean state owning a broad sea frontier, China has a very great potential in development and utilization of marine resources. It is necessary in development of marine economy to seek for some modes differing from that of traditional terrestrial economy.

Abstract: In this study, the marine circular economy mode of marine industries was investigated by using utilization of Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant. Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant, taking the effective and circular utilization of resources as core, depending on the regional industrial advantage, expanding the industrial chain continually and making itself play the leading role, perfectly combines sea water desalination, salt making, salt chemical products, building materials and some other items, thereby making the wastes of by-products of former processes the raw materials of latter processes. In this way, the power plant has found a new road of circular economy characterized by maximum resource utilization, minimum waste discharge and optimal economic benefit. The project meets the 3R rules of circular economy, i.e. “high efficiency, low consumption and low pollution”, and its project combining electric power, water and salt is first-ever in China and a typical circular economy project and an ecological project as well, presenting an important demonstration significance and promotion value for the comprehensive development of circular economy.

Abstract: The qualitative ELISA was used for screening out atrazine in soil and positive results were proved with GC-MS. The recoveries 、Precision and the detection limits were estimated in this paper. The average recoveries of ELISA were 96.64%~98.06%,and coefficient of variations were 1.69%~3.36%,the detection limit was 0.04μg/kg, while The average recoveries of GC-MS were 85.78%~87.46%,and coefficient of variations were 4.3%~6.56%,the detection limit was 0.03μg/kg, when the concentrations of 0.5,1.0,5.0μg/kg atrazine standard were add to soil samples. Then three positive samples that filtered by ELISA were proved with GC-MS, and the results were coherent between two methods. The assay found ELISA is a rapid and exact method with good reproducibility for atrazine determination in soil .
