Abstract: At present, the proposal of SaaS makes network application more and more popular. However, in the process of users use network application, network congestion occurs frequently, causing network connection to be cut and to be connected instantly. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the offline application in SaaS architecture must be developed. This article takes the example of navigation mark business management system; it combines SaaS architecture into traditional MVC pattern, and offers offline application of the navigation mark business management system. This system solves the problem that the system can’t work offline.

Abstract: For ball mill pulverizing system is one of important assistant equipment of a thermal power plant and has high energy consumption, an interpolation-based fuzzy controller for load control of ball mill pulverizing system is proposed in the paper. The proposed controller is based on fuzzy control strategy and the Newton interpolation algorithm is adopted to improve the control precision. Moreover, the proposed controller obtains the final output according to the interpolation calculation of the neighboring antecedents of the observation with considering the distance between the observation and its neighboring antecedents. Experiments results verify that the proposed controller could realize the load control of the ball mill pulverizing system effectively and has higher control quality.

Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to develop a numerical Euler scheme and show the convergence of the numerical approximation solution to the true solution for stochastic delay neural networks. The definition of exponential mean square stability of numerical method is introduced. It is proved that the Euler scheme is exponentially stable in mean square sense. An example is given for illustration our result.

Abstract: Based on the projection theory and the uniform quantization method, a quantized Kalman filter is presented for sensor networks with random packet dropouts from sensors to the fusion center (filter). The bandwidths are scheduled by the optimality index that energy consumption is minimized under a given performance constraint. Compared with the filter without quantization, the quantized filter given can reduce the energy consumption and has an effective tracking performance. A simulation example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the absolute stability of a new class of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy Lurie control systems with time-delay in the state. By using novel techniques, a new delay-dependent absolute stability criterion described in the form of LMIs. Finally, a numerical example and its simulation results are provided to illustrate feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed result.

Abstract: In this paper, a vision sensing system was developed in order to measure the gesture of a serial construction robot and the cylinder displacement of each actuator. The system consists of a single CCD video camera and several light sources which were used to acquire the distance information of key points of the construction robot. The three-dimensional coordinates of key points were obtained from a two-dimensional video image by using image processing. The gesture of the construction robot and the cylinder displacement of each hydraulic actuator were calculated via the inverse kinematics method. In addition, the validity of the proposed method was confirmed through an experiment of parameter estimation for the friction characteristics of a hydraulic cylinder.

Abstract: Aiming to the shortcoming of traditional route protocols in cognitive radio networks, joint cognitive routing and spectrum assignment (JCRSA) algorithm was proposed. According to the characteristic of cognitive network, the most capacity channel is selected as communication channel on every link, and JCRSA calculates the transmission delay on every link for a given packet, and then uses classic Dijkstra algorithm to find the smallest transmission delay route. According to the route table, spectrum is assigned on every link. Simulation results show that the End-to-End delay of JCRSA is less than that of traditional routing algorithm.

Abstract: As a significant technology of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS), Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) is the bridge between Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM). Meanwhile, it is a momentous foundation for building the overall information model of manufacturing of engineering product. By using of which along with the theory of rough set in rule reduction of expert system, the development of CAPP system framework is basis of .net platform, utilizing Visual Studio 2003 to design the system interface and associated structured query language (SQL) allow distributed data processing and data access, which is supported by SQL Server 2000. By designing and running the program, the method of designing is verified.

Abstract: The locally vigorous development and highly competitive B&B industry in Taiwan has long been emphasized by governmental sectors and the private investors with continuous increase in its importance. The study applied a collection of relevant literature on explorations of B&B management, using Delphi Method to interview the scholars, officers, and business operators, and supplemented by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weight questionnaires to calculate the importance relationship between the B&B management performance indicators of Taiwan, thereby to construct the complete model. The study results showed the criteria on “information and resources” and the “accommodation quality” to be most important. The indicators on “local characteristics,” “atmosphere” and “unique style” were the three most important factors. The study intended to satisfy requirement from all types of consumers with results to be used as the important reference for future B&B related industry in the practical management and self-performance evaluation.

Abstract: In this paper, the web crawler in search engine was introduced firstly, based on the detailed analysis of the system architecture about open source web crawler Heritrix, proposed design of a particular parser, parsed the particular web site to achieve the purpose of particular crawl. Then by eliminating the impact on individual processors caused by robots.txt file, and introduced the ELFHash algorithm implements the purpose of efficient, multi-thread access to the web crawler resources. Finally, by the comparison of the speed of crawl web page between before-improved and after-improved, and the analysis of the number of crawled pages in the same long time, verify the performance of the after-improved web crawler has been more obvious increased.
