Abstract: School internationalized operating model acts as a kind of school operating model, with the main task of taking the operating approaches of integration, disposition, control and occupation to utilize teaching resources of foreign school into the teaching, education, and management to enhance the efficiency, quality and standards of teaching, education and management of our school. These resources are the curricula, faculty, teaching techniques, education and school management technology of foreign school. Studies have shown that there exist three basic operating models. They are single-campus internationalized operating model; double-campus internationalized operating model and abroad operating model. By implementing the model of internationalized operation and developing internationalized cooperation and communication, school could broaden its version, could promote its operating standard as well as enhance it.

Abstract: As the field of computer technology applications in accounting, the traditional manual accounting system has undergone tremendous changes, from the manual accounting methods to the computer system accounting method. This change greatly improved the efficiency of the accounting staff. This manual accounting system in the computerized accounting system and the Comparative Study of the paper puts forward the process of development of computer accounting, computerized accounting analysis of the impact of the existing accounting, accounting and computer manual summarizes the similarities and differences of accounting. Also studied the main advantages of computerized accounting, computer accounting also analyzed a number of deficiencies, these deficiencies exist in the same time, the paper identified a number of outcomes to improve the approach was carried out from all the negative perfect. Abstract: This paper proposed a multiple-objective algorism based on target space partitioning and demonstrated its evolution and optimization. The result showed that this algorism is effective in keeping the even distribution and convergence of the solutions. This paper also proposed an innovative design idea for algorism computation – the concept of tolerance is introduced and by adopting the double-population storage mechanism, the algorism's overall optimization capability is improved.

Abstract: Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) is an interactive communication process between people. So,we treat this network as a social network. In this paper we analyze user behaviors of MMS system. Using a province's dataset of China Mobile, we obtain almost entirely of the messages has been sent via GSM;VAS applications were very popular and profitable;The size and the storage time of message is very important for a MMS system;The in-degree and out-degree distribution both obey power law form. A big found is that users have acknowledgement effects between each other.

Abstract: In this paper, we researched the monitoring technology of structural health which based on wireless sensor networks, and combined with the characteristics of structures, we designed a wireless sensor network monitoring systems, then the composition and topology of wireless sensor networks was proposed. At last, we used the improved ant colony algorithm to develop network energy-saving strategy which parameters are the energy of wireless sensor nodes, resized using node energy to control the routing between nodes, effectively reducing the energy consumption of wireless sensor monitoring network. The simulation result proved that the algorithm is effective, reliable and energy-saving effect.

Abstract: This study attempts to comprehend the influence on vocational college library in Taiwan through the four structural dimensions of the balanced scorecard on financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective, and investigate them further and thoroughly. Based on the author’s fifteen-years working experience on vocational college library, this paper provides management strategies to assist vocational college library in enhancing performance of library service, and expect to create a new vision for future development of vocational college library in Taiwan.

Abstract: Applying reverse engineering technology to the design of engine port, the reconstruction technology on the free-form surfaces of the engine port were investigated deeply. The data on the 3D surfaces of the engine port sample were collected by means of laser scanner, and the scattered data points were processed in regularization. Triangulation processing of surface data cloud was carried out based on surface grid method. According to the free-form surface technology and curve fitting algorithm used at present, the methods used to reconstruct the port surface were proposed. Taking CATIA software as developing platform, the free-form surfaces of the engine port were reconstructed.

Abstract: Financial stability has become the world focus. Considering the imbalance of regional economic development and the unique economic features of the central region, this paper analyzes the assessment of financial stability in central region. Taking financial sector in Hubei as an example, we measure the regional financial stability condition after removing asset bubbles by introducing the concept of asset bubble, contingent balance sheet. The empirical result turns out to be greater market value fluctuations of the financial sector, and in general, the actual risk of asset structure in Hubei financial sector is relatively low. However, in terms of trend, the obvious increase of asset liability ratio is coherent to the stability assessment of financial department, during the financial crisis in 2008.

Abstract: Based on chaotic characteristics in vertical direction of vibrating screen sides, nonlinear methods were proposed to diagnose crack of vibrating screen. First phase space maps were got in different conditions of vibrating screen, and the correlation dimension of signals were calculated. Through the comparison, the author proved that the equipment had different nonlinear characteristics in different work condition. Meanwhile, a three-dimensional spectral analysis method was proposed and validated based on neural network identification model.
