Abstract: Applying the improved gene expression programming arithmetic to optimization plan,the convergence rate and precision of the model can be improved,which can be used to load forecasting. Preprocessing the load sample data,and applying the flexible skills of the improved gene expression programming arithmetic ,the paper forecasts the whole point load of future short-term to see the same point load sequence of different work-day as sample.Through a case analysis,the improved gene expression programming arithmetic has been proved to have more efficiency and faster convergence rate than optimization methods.

Abstract: Aiming to the problems of the mechanical press such as ponderosity, big noise,operating inconvenience and wasting energy for forming micropart of sheet metal or nonmetal,The Pneumatic-hydraulic supercharging press of microparts was designed ,three dimensions model of press frame was built in virtue of Solidworks, the nine combinating frames were analyzed and optimized by FEM CosmosWorks, the corresponding maximum stress curve and maximum distance curve for the fixing plate were presented.The result shows that the throat dimension induces more remarkable influence for the maximum stress and the maximum distance .The sample press is developed, its structure is simple , reliable, safe and convenient.

Abstract: June 12, 2009, Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd published announcement that it would adopt " directional addition + agree on transfering " to acquire Shenzhen Development Bank. The news came out, all walks of life proclaimed comments in droves, which account for the majority, so far the transaction has been gained first certainty from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, Department of Commerce, China's Bank Regulatory Commission, China's Securities Regulatory Commission and other departments. This paper attempts to review the process of this incident, briefly analyze of the advantages and disadvantages after its acquisition, discuss the guided significance to mixed operation of China's financial industry.

Abstract: The paper is about designing fusion tracking system based on multi-sensor information processing which combined with data fusion. It solves the multiple sensor nodes collaborative work problems of the target tracking system, which makes wireless sensor networks can process a large number of instantaneous data in time. Its practicability becomes strong after practicing and simulating.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a new super resolution (SR) reconstruction method to handle license plate numbers of vehicles in real traffic videos. Recently, SR reconstruction shemes based on regularization have been demonstrated to be effective because SR reconstrction is an ill-posed problem. Working within this promising framework, the residual data (RD) term can be weighted according to the differences among the observed LR images in the SR reconstruction model. Moreover, L1 norm is used to measure the RD term in order to improve the robustness of our method. Experiments show the proposed method improves the subjective visual quality of the high resolution images.

Abstract: This paper put forward a Configuration Platform of Application System (CPAS), illustrated the reuse of component and the end-user-oriented configuration-developing pattern based on CPAS. It helps to customize the Business ActiveX, upload project files and register the business component, create database, and faces the end-users whose demands are changing dynamically, implements the application system agilely and efficiency, and increases the maintenance, reconstruction and extensibility of the application system.

Abstract: By use of ASTM C1202, this paper studied the influence of mineral admixtures on the chloride ions penetration resistance of the steam-cured concrete. The experimental results indicated that mineral admixtures improved the permeability properties of high-performance concretes, but at different rates depending on the binder type. FA required a relatively longer time to get its beneficial effect. For each 10%~40% replacement of OPC by FA in a concrete mix, the values of coulomb charge of steam-cured and standard curing concrete reduces by 8%~17% at180 days. When 30% weight of the OPC were replaced by FA and ground blast furnace slag(GBFS), the inclusion of 30% mineral admixtures provided a significant improvement to the chloride ions penetration resistance properties of steam-cured and standard curing concrete at 28 days and 180 days, especially for the combination of 10% FA and 20% GBFS (double adding).

Abstract: The relationship between ceramic roller kiln simulation model building parameters and temperature field uniformity is extremely difficult work. In this paper, DEPSO-CFD, a system integrated of an algorithm of hybrid particle swarm (PSO) with Differential Evolution (DE) operator, termed DEPSO, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), is proposed to meet the demand. And with the help of the efficient parallel calculation, the ceramic roller kiln temperature field uniformity is mainly researched by using Fluent and DEPSO algorithm. It proves that the system is of high speed and of excellent parameter exploration capability, and the final computational example is got; thus parallel-DEPSO-CFD is of great academic value and significant applicable value.

Abstract: Regarding the shortcomings of 5S activities mainly carried out by local in universities, this article puts forward the idea of the full implementation of 5S activities within the universities. From the classroom 5S, dormitories 5S, library 5S, laboratory 5S, etc, we made researches on the contents of 5S activities in universities, which can provide a better reference for the implementation of 5S activities in universities.

Abstract: Collapse-mechanism analysis can simulate that bridges enter strong elasto-plastic and large displacement response and collapses phase, so that it is very important for the seismic design of bridges. In this paper, a damage model of reinforced concrete is introduced, and dynamic response and collapse of long span and high-pier continuous rigid frame bridge during strong earthquake is studied with damage model of reinforced concrete by the explicit dynamic analysis code (LS-DYNA). The simulation results indicate the development of the concrete elements from cracking to failure and the bridge from part collapse to the whole collapse of the bridge are studied. The damage and collapse mechanisms during strong earthquake are given of Long Span and High-pier Continuous Rigid Frame Bridges. References are provided for seismic analysis of this kind of bridges.
