Abstract: Owing to the completeness of concept lattice, construction efficiency is always a bottleneck restricting its next application. Starting with construction of concept lattice, the paper puts forward the idea of synonymous concept lattice. Applying the character of synonymous concept lattice, the paper promotes an algorithm that is vertical union of synonymous concept lattice (VUSCL Algorithm). The test results show that with the nodes increasing, the algorithm makes better improvement in time complexity than the other vertical union algorithm found in related literature.

Abstract: The analysis of Shandong development power has important practical significance for promoting the country's sustained, rapid and coordinated economic development. The article adopts longitudinal comparative analysis and reaches the following conclusions: Shandong economic development power has been enhanced year by year, but there are still some deficiencies, and need improving the industrial structure to further enhance the economic development. As a coastal economic province, Shandong occupies an important position in the national development. Its GDP increased by one percentage point each, will be able to contribute to the national GDP growth of 0.1 percentage points. If one percentage point reduced, it will pull down the national GDP 0.1 percentage points. The analysis of Shandong development power has important practical significance for promoting the country's sustained, rapid and coordinated economic development and building a socialistic harmonious society. This paper rejects traditional research and analysis of the economic development competitiveness, and it introduces “development power” which is more consistent with the concept of scientific development, and leads a new way of thinking for economic development research. Regional economic development is based on the required elements of the development have a full flow in space, thus activate the regional economic vitality, diversify the economy development, and eventually form a common development pattern.

Abstract: The comparative analysis of Jinan and Qingdao which are located in Shandong peninsula is made with the purpose of improving urban competitiveness of these two most influential cities and reinforcing Shandong province’s macroeconomic strength accordingly. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) methodology is applied to structure an urban competitiveness model. Furthermore, a dynamic evaluation of both cities is conducted based on evaluation methodology involving factorial analysis and AHP, which is followed by strategic proposals beneficial to both of them and is thus conducive to the region’s economic harmonious development.

Abstract: Highly ordered nanotube arrays were fabricated via electrochemical anodization of Ti-6Al-4V (TC4) alloy foils in aqueous fluorine containing electrolytes. The formation of ordered nanotubular films was affected by the applied anodization potential and the anodization time. The optimal applied voltage and anodization time were 20V and 1h, respectively, as-prepared anodic nanotubular films were in highly ordered with the average inner diameter of about 120nm, the wall thickness of 17nm and the tube length about 300nm. The tubular nanostructures were examined by field emission scanning electron microscopy. The possible nanotube formation mechanism was also discussed.

Abstract: Most of the CRE solutions either assume existence of a central planner who has all the information about the system, or assume that each participant of the computation shares all of his information with other participants. These solutions, however, are problematic when the data is sensitive and the participants are reluctant to share their private, proprietary information. The development and deployment of privacy preserving coordinating model in supply chain based on common replenishment epoch could allow supply chain collaborations to take place without revealing any participant's data to the others, reaping the benefits of collaboration while avoiding the drawbacks. In this paper, secure multi-party computation protocols are applied in the problem of a multi-stage supply chain, where the objective is to find a CRE policy for each facility in the system such that the total average ordering and inventory-related cost of the entire system is minimized.

Abstract: Information security is a continuously changing discipline that requires continuous adaptation to new and ever-changing information security threats, countermeasures and the global business landscape. This calls for decision makers to become vigilant in their spending and move towards an optimised information security investment. This paper gives a brief overview on the economics of information security and discusses related work on information security investment. The main aim of this paper is to provide decision makers with a set of requirements to be considered when implementing a cost-effective and optimal information security budget; in a manner that preserve organisations’ information security posture and compliance status.

Abstract: With the fast development of personal communication network and mobile technology, various mobile communication applications have already been incorporated into our life. Therefore, the mobile learning is becoming a hot issue too. This paper combines the mobile network with the GPS technology to use the characteristic of fast input of QR-Code technology taking action in study, and utilize the data mining technique which extracts from the learner’s e-portfolio data to achieve the learners to enjoy and get the suitable and individualized study teaching material whenever and wherever possible. And we will focus on how to fully develop the fast and large memory ability of the QR-code to combine the analysis of the learner’s learning records into the m-learning to provide the real-time recommending learning materials. Finally, through some experiments about some different QR-code input efficient and correct we found the certainly and greatly improved the learning results through our personalized mobile learning system.

Abstract: The key of decision-making of manufacturing resource planning is material requirement planning (MRP). The traditional computing method of MRP is not efficient while the market is fluctuant and the customer demands are different. A new kind of optimized MRP model based on the real supply environment and the real demand is presented in this paper. The new optimized MRP model can improve the material demand plan effectively. Some aid information for decision-making such as price, ordering costs, holding costs, the working capital and restraint for safety stock are taken into account in the optimized MRP model. The discrete characteristics of the net requirements are considered in this new optimized MRP model, and this new model can make the decision-making of production process dynamically respond to the changes of real demand efficently.

Abstract: Comparing to the condition of normal road surface, the driving speed, headway, following-up speed, start-up time, braking time, start-up delay and walking speed are different on the condition of ice-and-snow. This paper surveyed and contrastively analyzed the traffic flow characteristics on the two conditions, optimized the intersection signal, and then verified the validity of the method by simulation.

Abstract: Avian coccidiosis, caused by parasites of the genus Eimeria, is a major intestinal disease of chickens. In order to develop a new generation of vaccine which can provide a safer, more effective and cost-effective approach for avian coccidiosis control, bioinformatic and molecular approaches are used to predict and analyze the molecular characterization and B-cell epitopes of Eimeria antigens. In the present study, the molecular characterization and B-cell epitopes of the antigen pEtK2 of Eimeria tenella(E.tenella)were predicted by using of bioinformatics techniques. The pEtK2 gene was predicted to encode a polypeptide of 487 amino acids with a putative molecular mass of 55.102 kDa , and a predicted isoelectric point of 5.707. The acid sequence analysis showed that the potential antigenic epitopes are situated in 1-19,51-70,135-154,237-255,279-299 and 420-439 amino acids. The results obtained from the present study may provide necessary data for further study of E.tenella pEtK2 and development of recombinant vaccines and epitope vaccines.
