Abstract: Diversification of investment is an important part of corporate strategy. In this paper we studied diversified investment. Firstly, we made a classification of industries according to the growth potential. We also discussed the decision-making problems of industry combination in diversified investment with the aim of maximizing the growth rate-risk ratio. At the end of the paper, we put the case in power generation group as an example explanation. In the case, we found that power generation group bringing diversified investment into effect can achieve the goal of the group.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new method for visual programming. Make full use of visual graph and visual studio, which are popular environment for visual interface development, the author developed some controls with some properties and events in visual graph, and then re-edit them in visual studio as the basic controls. With these basic controls people can do their visual programming without inputting work of text codes. Even a common developer can gain the software what they need by using some graphical component like building blocks. This may greatly improve development efficiency and avoid code rewriting greatly.

Abstract: This paper establishes fair incentive model of large-scale dredging project using principal-agent theory and fairness preference theory and analyzes the influence of technical parameters of ships and bid price of the dredging project on principal, agent incentives and profits. Study shows that the principal-agent model must be corrected, so this paper puts forward correction methods and calculation methods.

Abstract: In many real-world domains, learning from imbalanced data sets is always confronted. Since the skewed class distribution brings the challenge for traditional classifiers because of much lower classification accuracy on rare classes, we propose the novel method on classification with local clustering based on the data distribution of the imbalanced data sets to solve this problem. At first, we divide the whole data set into several data groups based on the data distribution. Then we perform local clustering within each group both on the normal class and the disjointed rare class. For rare class, the subsequent over-sampling is employed according to the different rates. At last, we apply support vector machines (SVMS) for classification, by means of the traditional tactic of the cost matrix to enhance the classification accuracies. The experimental results on several UCI data sets show that this method can produces much higher prediction accuracies on the rare class than state-of-art methods.

Abstract: How to aggregate and reduce duplicated alerts is one of the most important tasks in IDSs. This paper proposed an alert aggregation method, which clustering similar alerts into a hyper alert based on category and feature similarity. For each feature we define an appropriate similarity function. The overall similarity is weighted by a specifiable expectation of similarity. Experiments on DARPA2000 data set have demonstrated the effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: Intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), proposed by Atanassov, have gained attention from researchers for their applications in various fields. Then similarity measures between IFSs were developed. In this paper, firstly, some existing measures of similarity are reviewed. Then a new similarity measure is proposed and the relationships between some similarity measures are proved. Finally, the similarity measures of IFSs is applied to pattern recognition and the proposed similarity measures can provide a useful way for measuring IFSs more effectively.

Abstract: The credit risk is introduced into the pricing model of convertible bond in this paper. The main results of paper have three aspects: (1) By modifying the dynamic motion of stock, a defaultable stock process is obtained in neutral risk measure, then the pricing model of convertible bond with finite maturity and credit is proposed. (2) The defaultable binary tree algorithm is proposed, and the convergence of algorithm is proved.

Abstract: The pressed protuberant characters on metal label are the difference of reflectance. It is very difficult to obtain the character of full binary image directly. It has presented a novel method of image acquisition on metal label pressed protuberant character based on moiré contour. At first, the principles of moiré contour were analyzed; Secondly, the experiment parameters were designed by using of shadowing moiré equipment and pressed characters’ height. The moiré image of metal label is captured through experiment by using of CCD camera. The binary image of pressed characters was output using moiré fringe image modulated by the characters’ height as input image contrast enhancing, complement, middle filter, automatic threshold etc. The binary image of pressed character was obtained using image preprocessing. At last, the binary images of moiré contour obtained and direct obtained were compared. The experiments show that the binary image of moiré contour obtained is better than direct obtained image.

Abstract: This paper summarized the literature of diversified operation and its performance evaluation, introduced the basic principles of CCR and BCC model, created a diversification performance evaluation system of the listed electric power corporations using the DEA model, and made a positive analysis of the diversified operational efficiency of listed electric power corporations based on sample data, aiming to find out the effect bought by diversification. The results turn out that the corporate technology performance presents downtrend, while total performance and scale performance ascend insignificantly.

Abstract: This article gives the trajectory tracking control methods of lunar rover vehicle on the flat slope based on a triangular spline wavelet structured. It is based on the dynamic model equations to describe the movement of lunar rover, sample the desired trajectory within a finite time; use triangular spline wavelet method, numerical solution of control parameters to achieve the desired trajectory tracking lunar rover control. This method is small, simple, high precision, and can achieve any desired trajectory tracking of non-linear curve. Numerical experiments verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
