Abstract: The air compressor system is a time-varying, delay and nonlinear complex system, it has a very important sense to ensure that the supply pressure is stable in the compressor control system. According to the working characteristic of air compressor system, the fuzzy control theory, as one of the modern control theories, was applied into the constant pressure control system to design a fuzzy pressure controller. The simulation results show that the controller was more convenient and effective; it has certain directive significance and reference for the other parameter’s control of air compressor system.

Abstract: All measurements have error that obscures the true value. The error creates uncertainty about the quality of the measured value, which is requiring testing and calibration laboratories to provide estimates of uncertainty with their measurements. Measurement uncertainties include input uncertainty, the propagation of input uncertainty, the output uncertainty and the systematic error uncertainty. Several methods for estimating the uncertainty of measurements have been introduced for different kinds of uncertainty quantification, and two data mining methodologies-Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) are used to build the unknown propagation model. This paper will discuss the quantification of measurement uncertainty (MU) and the separation of various uncertainty sources to MU and will discuss the advantages and limitations of SVM and ANN for building the propagation model of MU.

Abstract: Based on the nonlinear theory, the unbalanced responses of the gas-lubricated journal bearing-rotor system are investigated. A time-dependent mathematical model is established to describe the pressure distribution of gas-lubricated journal bearing with nonlinearity. The rigid rotor with gyroscopic effect supported by self-acting gas journal bearing with three axial grooves is modeled. The differential transformation method is employed to solve the time-dependent gas-lubricated Reynolds equation, and the dynamic motion equation is solved by Newmark-β method. The unbalanced responses of the rotor system supported by finite gas-lubricated journal bearings are analyzed by bifurcation diagram, orbit diagram, Poincaré map. The numerical results reveal periodic, period-4 motion of nonlinear behaviors of the system.

Abstract: Hypereutectic Cu98Cr2 alloys were prepared by vacuum arc melting and electromagnetic levitationing method. The microstructure evolution was investigated during the solidification process. It is shown that for the arc melted hypereutectic Cu98Cr2 alloy, the general microstructures consist of primary β(Cr) grains distributes on α(Cu) matrix and (α+β) eutectics set in cellular α (Cu) phase. However, due to the different solidification rate, the primary β(Cr) phase, (α+β) eutectics and α(Cu) phase coexist for the electromagnetic levitated hypereutectic Cu98Cr2 alloy. The reason for the different microstructure and evolution for the hypereutectic Cu98Cr2 alloy is studied in this paper.

Abstract: In order to find out its active behavior, the extractives of bagasse biomass were adsorbed and determined by Py-GC-MS. And the main constituents were 1-phenanthrenecarboxylic acid, 1,2,3,4,4a,9,10,10a-octahydro-1,4a-di methyl-7- (1-methylethyl)-(52.25%), stigmastan- 3,5-diene (11.3%), 2(1h)-phenanthrenone, 3,4,4a, 9,10,10a-hexahydro-7-hydroxy-1,1,4a-tri methyl-8- (1-methylethyl) - (9.00%), 2- furancarboxaldehyde, 5-(hydroxym ethyl)- (6.25%), etc.

Abstract: Use Hall-trough experiment and simulate actual wire rod, the strip, the tubing galvanization experiment to galvanize the copper matrix and the iron matrix separately, the polarization curves of plating fluid before and after adding brightener were obtained. The influences of the brightener to the sulfate plating fluid and the zinc coat were investigated. It indicated that after adding the brightener, the performances of plating fluid and coating have been improved obviously, so the coating become smooth and luminous. And satisfy the demand which the wire rod, the strip and the tubing under the big electric current can galvanize fast.

Abstract: Rotary ultrasonic machining process, regarded as one of the effective processing methods for hard-brittle materials, is introduced into drilling K9 glass in this paper. The effective cutting velocity, cutting depth, and cutting length of single diamond particle are determined by analyzing the kinematics characteristic of diamond tool in rotary ultrasonic drilling (RUD). Experiments are conducted to study the influences of process variables (spindle speed, feedrate) on cutting force, chipping size, and surface roughness in RUD. As comparison study, the processing performances between RUD and diamond drilling are also discussed. The experimental results show that the RUD process can significantly reduce cutting force and the value of chippings size, which inferred that RUD process can improve machining efficiency and make the machining cost lower. It is also concluded that the effective cutting depth of diamond particles is the main factor for surface roughness in RUD of K9 glass.

Abstract: C6H5COONa, C10H10O, AESA, NNO diffusion powder, OP emulsifier, C6H5NO2 and so on in a certain proportion have been dissoluted and mixed evenly, then refined as the brightener needed. The contrast experiments with the obtained brightener to the sylvite galvanization and the sulfate galvanization separately are carried. It indicated that through controlling the quantity of adding the brightener, it can satisfy the demand that the surfaces of the sylvite galvanization specimen and the sulfate galvanization specimen are luminous, compact and well-leveling. It indicated that this brightener is one kind of sylvite galvanization and sulfate galvanization general brightener.

Abstract: It can help enterprises to decrease cost, add income and then improve their competitiveness that the enterprises within the regional economic jointly build the recovery processing center. A cooperation game model is put forward to enterprises with the regional economic, and then analyses the effect factors which include the scales and quality of recovery products of enterprise itself. At last, this paper advances the income distribution proportion interval which the enterprise pleasure to co-construct the recovery processing center.
