Abstract: We discussed the syntheses table of the standard amino acid based on the graph theory that transformed the syntheses table into a network graph and using the connected-graph concept to discuss the performance of the table based on the various classification results. Finally, we selected a set with 29 specific representative classifications of twenty amino acids to calculate each connected-rate and on average connected-rate of 29 specific reached to 0.944. It means the similar amino acid have been arranged together and get a suitable position in the table, meanwhile the performance of this table reached our required

Abstract: The transverse vibration of a nanobeam subject to initial axial compressive forces based on nonlocal elasticity theory is investigated. The effects of a small nanoscale parameter at molecular level unavailable in classical mechanics theory are presented and analyzed. Explicit solutions for natural frequency, vibration mode shapes are derived through two different methods: separation of variables and multiple scales. The respective numerical solutions are in close agreement. Validity of the models and approaches presented in the work are verified. Unlike the previous studies for a nonlocal nanostructure, this paper adopts the effective nonlocal bending moment instead of the pure traditional nonlocal bending moment. The analysis yields an infinite-order differential equation of motion which governs the vibrational behaviors. For practical analysis and as examples, an eight-order governing differential equation of motion is solved and the results are discussed. The paper presents a complete nonlocal nanobeam model and the results may be helpful for the application and design of various nano-electro-mechanical devices, e.g. nano-drivers, nano-oscillators, nano-sensors, etc., where a nanobeam acts as a basic element.

Abstract: With a experiment calculation example, this paper presents the dynamic simulation method based on virtual prototype according to the cantilever material piling machine with the stress of the big leg problems. first We established virtual prototype of the side cantilever material piling machine pig leg and analyzed the stress of the incoming car pig leg in three different work conditions , it is concluded that the stress and strain distribution. Combine the date of dynamic strain and static train in field surveys, by comparing the data, we can think finite element model is correct, and work on the model of stress and strain problem, and propose the reasonable design improvement. The result provides reliable date for improving and optimizing of the Big-Leg of Cantilever Side Material Piling Machine.

Abstract: Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique was used to investigate the corrosion behavior of HRB400 reinforcing steel in Simulated Concrete Pore (SCP) solutions differently contaminated by bicarbonate ions and/or chloride ions. The corrosion kinetics parameters of the capacitance Y0-CPEdl, surface roughness n0-CPEdl and charge transfer resistance Rct of the electric double-layer capacitance of the interface of solution/HRB400 were analyzed and were compared to those of HPB235 reinforcing steel. The results show that the corrosion resistance index of HRB400 and HPB235 is increased with an increase in NaCl content to 0.1%, but that is decreased markedly for a larger NaCl content; and that of them is decreased largely with an increase in pH; the decrease extent of the corrosion resistance index of HRB400 with NaCl or pH is larger than that of HPB235; and the corrosion resistance of HRB400 is inferior to that of HPB235.

Abstract: A novel method of a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) stain sensor demodulation technique is presented. An experimental system is built up in which high birefringence fiber (HBF) Sagnac loop mirror (LM) is used as the edge filter. In order to improve the temperature stability of the system, we have experimentally demonstrated that packaged HBF can compensate the temperature shit of the HBF Sagnac LM filter. The shift of wavelength for an uncompensated HBF Sagnac LM is approximately 2.3nm/0C, and that of the compensated HBF Sagnac LM is 0.03nm/0C, which is much less than that of the uncompensated HBF Sagnac LM filters. Using the temperature-compensation HBF Sagnac LM, We achieve linear demodulation of FBG strain sensor with a range of about 1900 and the strain sensitivity is about 0.14 w/ .

Abstract: The nature of civil infrastructure projects can be described as complex and large-scale systems that are dynamically associated with diverse organizations and participants. Large budgets, collaboration efforts, and IT strategies are involved in major projects to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all site activities involved. Emerging IT-based computational environments are providing a feasible vision of ubiquitous computing for the improvement of productivity and efficiency. This paper introduces the serviceability criteria of wireless sensor network to investigate the practical and technical considerations. Among the criteria, reliability issue was chosen for experimental analysis to analyze the equivalent distance between receiver and transmitter. The performance measurement indicates that the degraded ratio compared with the line-of-sight condition increases in accordance with the thickness and dielectric constant of construction material.

Abstract: Holography is an important non-destructive testing method for its unique idea of recording the complete wave field, i.e. both the amplitude and the phase of the light wave scattered by the object. In digital holography (DH), hologram is recorded digitally by CCD and then numerically reconstructed in the computer. The biggest limitation for digital holography is the constraint of the resolution of the CCD camera and the recording distance is very important for DH. This article presents the principles of recording and reconstruction in digital holography. The experimental results and conclusion are also provided in this paper.

Abstract: Nonsynchronous vibrations (NSVs) with high amplitude levels in the first rotor blades of a multi-stage axial compressor have been observed. The excitation is aerodynamically caused and associated with a unsteady flow field, including sound field. In order to investigate the characteristics of sound field in the axial compressor, the noise inner compressor casing are measured simultaneously with the vibration of the rotor blades on a high pressure compressor component rig testing. The results show that noise with specific frequency structures appear in the axial compressor under a pre-arranged structure adjustment and the specific operating conditions, and the noise spectrum characteristics are analyzed detailedly. Some influence factors such as rotating speed and corrected mass flow rate on noise characteristics are discussed emphatically. The results presented in this paper can be a reference for further understand of the characteristics of unsteady flow field and the effects of the high intensity sound waves on the rotor blades.

Abstract: Based on the submarine soft rock supporting engineering in Beizao Mine, the physical model tests of four kinds of supports were carried out including high strength (HS) roadway without support, HS soft rock roadway with U-shape steel support (U-S-S-S), low strength (LS) roadway with bolt support (B-S), and LS roadway with U-S-S. The thermal infrared (TIR) changes with the fracture and damage of roadway are investigated. It is discovered that the TIR radiation is the stronger in the stress concentrated area, strong friction and interaction range between U-steel support and roadway than that in the stress relaxed area and week friction. The TIR temperature (TIRT) of the fracture increased higher and changed rapidly than other parts. The TIR radiation of soft rock is influenced with seawater. The TIR-anomaly appears at the stress concentrated area, interaction ranges and fractures. The TIR omens occur when load is 65%~90% of the peak load.

Abstract: A new method is put forward to positioning solder joints on fully-automatic LED wire bonder. In the method, the image of a LED micro-chip is first processed with GPU by median filtering based on average and adaptive window size. Then the potential areas of the micro-chip are determined by the algorithm of adaptive threshold for image. These potential areas are stored in groups according to distances. The best potential area of each group is screened out in terms of symmetrical features of grey scale after that it is a weighted process. Finally, the LED micro-chip solder joint is precisely located by calculating the center of mass. The results show that the proposed method is fast, accurate, effective, suitable for automation, and has no requirement to the consistency of the shape of LED micro-chips.
